Abstract

This research is a literature study that examines the basic principles and principles of systematic thinking in education. background of the need for systematic thinking in the world of education, the results of the study show that in systems thinking, this structure (a set of causal circles) determines the behavior (behavior or dynamics) of a phenomenon. A positive causal circle will result in a growth or decline behavior. Positive causal loops are also known as Reinforcing loop types or use the "R" notation. Meanwhile, a negative causal circle will result in a goal-seeking behavior, although sometimes the goals or objectives in the circle are not seen explicitly. The negative causal circle is also a balancing process using the notation "B".

Abstract

This study examines the educational transformation of Mu'adalah using qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that the modernization pattern of mu'is education is at the Al-Abror Islamic Boarding School, South Tapanuli Regency. The pattern in this Islamic boarding school adheres to two aspects, namely based on the education and teaching system and based on the Kulliyatul Mu'allimin al-Islamiyah (KMI) Curriculum. The references to the two aspects of modernization in this pesantren are aimed at the modern Pondok Gontor Ponorogo Indonesia (KH. Imam Zarkasyi, KH, Ahmad Sahal and KH. Zainudin Fananie, namely the Trimurti Pondok Modern Gontor Ponorogo Indonesia). The educational method taught in Islamic boarding schools includes three elements, namely intra-curricular, extra-curricular and co-curricular curriculum elements. From the elements of the intra-curricular curriculum, the mu'ada transformation at the al-Abror Islamic boarding school includes ?????? ????????? , ?????? ???????, ?????? ??????. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam membentuk karakter disiplin siswa di SDN No. 060843 serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam kepada guru PAI dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI berperan sebagai teladan, pembimbing, dan motivator dalam menanamkan disiplin melalui pembiasaan, keteladanan, nasihat, serta pendekatan berbasis kesadaran spiritual (muraqabah). Disiplin ibadah, khususnya shalat, dijadikan sebagai dasar pembentukan karakter disiplin siswa. Kerja sama antara sekolah dan orang tua juga mendukung keberhasilan pembinaan karakter. Pembinaan yang dilakukan secara konsisten memberikan perubahan positif pada perilaku siswa, seperti lebih tepat waktu dan tertib di kelas. Adapun faktor penghambat meliputi kurangnya keterlibatan orang tua, keterbatasan pengawasan guru, pengaruh pergaulan, dan penyalahgunaan teknologi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pembentukan karakter disiplin memerlukan keteladanan, pembiasaan, dan kerja sama antara sekolah dan keluarga.
