<![CDATA[One of the causes less than optimal national final examination activities is a high level of anxiety in students that will carry out the national final examination. This research aims to know the relationship between family support and confidence with anxiety towards the national final examination. Facors affecting anxiety among other are lack of self-confidence or confedence and sosial support family. The research design used was Cross Sectional. The research sample was 9thgrade students in junior high school 1Jetis. The sample was selected using the proportionate stratified random sampling with the sample as much as 48 students. Research data obtained by using a measuring instrument in the form of the scale i.e. family support scale, confidence scale and scale of anxiety towards of national final examination which is a modification of the Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (ZSAS). Result of calculation of regression with SPSS method produces the R value = 0,559, R square = 0,312 with ρ value (0,000) < 0,05 that shows there is a significant relationship between family support and confidence with anxiety towards of national final examination. Donations of family support and confidence against anxiety towards of national final examination is a 31,2% whereas the remaining 68,8% influenced by other factors. So it is advisable to institutions to establish a counseling facility for students in order for students grade 9thwho are experiencing anxiety not fall under the weight or panic so it doesn’t interfere with the activities of the national final examination.Key words: Family Support, Confidence, Anxiety towards The National Final Examination]]>

<![CDATA[PENGARUH KONSELING TERHADAP SIKAP KLIEN VCT TENTANG HIV/AIDS DI PUSKESMAS MENTIKAN KOTA MOJOKERTOBy :Faisal Ibnu,Binarti Dwi W,Amar AkbarSTIKES BINA SEHAT PPNI MOJOKERTOInfectious diseases HIV / AIDS is a health problem in Indonesia. Lack of promotion of the public about the existence of VCT ( Voluntary Counseling and Testing ) , and the difficulty of the community to access VCT services . The purpose of this study is to prove the effect of counseling on poly VCT clients attitudes about HIV / AIDS at the Health Center Mentikan Mojokerto . In this study using pre - experimental research design . Independent variables are counseled on HIV - AIDS and the dependent variable is the attitude of the client poly VCT on HIV - AIDS . The population in this study are individuals who have behavioral risk of contracting HIV AIDS who visited the health center Mentikan number 28 , the sampling technique used was obtained 28 samples of consecutive sampling . The instrument used was a questionnaire / questionnaires . Results of research on attitudes prior to counseling the majority of respondents had a negative attitude that is 16 respondents ( 57 % ) . Performed after counseling while most respondents have a positive attitude that is 24 respondents ( 86 % ) . From the data analysis using the Wilcoxon signed ranks test test results obtained ρ = 0.001 while α = 0.05 . Value ρ < α , then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted . There is the effect of counseling on clients attitudes poly VCT on HIV / AIDS at the Health Center Mentikan Mojokerto . Of this research is there influence clients attitudes toward counseling poly VCT on HIV / AIDS at the Health Center Mentikan Mojokerto . <![CDATA[Peran keluarga sangat penting untuk mencapai keberhasilan penyembuhan pasien skizofrenia. Tanpa peran dari keluarga penyakit jiwa sulit disembuhkan dan bisa dengan mudah kambuh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan peran keluarga dalam merawat pasien skizofrenia di Puskesmas Gedongan Mojokerto tahun 2015. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah salah satu anggota keluarga yang merawat pasien skizofrenia yang menjalani pengobatan di Puskesmas Gedongan Mojokerto tahun 2015 dengan jumlah total 69 orang. Menggunakan tehnik consecutive sampling didapatkan jumlah sampel 20 responden. Variabel pada penelitian ini adalah independen yaitu peran keluarga. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, setelah data terkumpul kemudian dilakukan tahap editing, coding, scoring, tabulating, dan disajikan dalam bentuk distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah peran keluarga baik berjumlah 6 responden (30%), dan peran keluarga cukup berjumlah 14 responden (70%), sebagian besar responden berperan cukup dan dapat diartikan bahwa keluarga sudah mampu berperan sebagai motivator,educator dan fasilitator. Peran keluarga sangat dibutuhkan oleh pasien karena adanya peran yang baik akan mempercepat proses penyembuhan penyakit terutama untuk pasien skizofrenia yang harus diperhatikan dan dirawat dengan maksimal.Kata kunci : Peran Keluarga, Skizofrenia, Penatalaksanaan Skizofrenia.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Salah satu pengobatan alternatif untuk penyakit diabetes mellitus adalah dengan mengkonsumsi undur-undur darat (myrmeleonsp). Kepopulerannya terbukti dari semakin banyaknya kalangan pebisnis yang membudidayakan dan menjual serangga yang berjalan mundur ini. Binatang kecil yang biasa dijumpai di sekitar rumah berhalaman pasir itu dipercayai ampuh menurunkan gula darah (Hidayatul, 2010). Hal inilah yang melatar belakangi penelitian tentang pengaruh terapi undur-undur terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah penderita diabetes mellitus di Desa Gayaman Kecamatan Mojoanyar Kabupaten Mojokerto. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group pre test-post test design, yang merupakan rancangan eksperimen dengan cara dilakukan pre test (pemeriksaan GDA) terlebih dahulu sebelum diberikan intervensi pemberian therapy undur-undur (undur-undur hidup yang dikapsul untuk dikonsumsi), kemudian setelah diberi intervensi dilakukan post test (pemeriksaan GDA). Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Probability sampling dengan jenis Cluster Random Sampling. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh dari p = 0.000 (p< 0.05) sehingga Ho di tolak yang artinya artinya ada pengaruh terapi undur-undur terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus Di Desa Gayaman Kecamatan Mojoanyar Kabupaten Mojokerto. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi undur-undur terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah penderita diabetes mellitus dianalisis menggunakan uji Paired T Test dengan bantuan SPSS pada tingkat kemaknaan Ï< 0,05 Penurunan dan peningkatan kadar gula darah dalam tubuh dipengaruhi oleh banyak hal, efek terapi akan sangat bervariasi hasilnya pada setiap orang. Dalam merawat diabetes mellitus tidak hanya obat yang berpengaruh dalam proses penyembuhan, tetapi perubahan gaya hidup dan asupan kalori harus sangat diperhatikan dalam merawat dan menjaga kadar gula darah. Kelebihan undur-undur sebagai obat insulin alami akan bekerja sangat efektif di dalam tubuh apabila di iringi dengan perubahan gaya hidup dan pengontrolan asupan kalori yang seimbang bagi tubuh, karena merupakan obat alami maka kami sangat merekomendasikan undur-undur sebagai obat anti diabetes yang aman bagi kesehatan liver.]]>

<![CDATA[Elderly patients with hypertension takes the role of the family in helping the elderly, each family member to support each other indicates that the function in the family goes well. A well-functioning family will make the steps used to solve the problem in advance, discuss the problems, these problems communicating with each other, and determine appropriate action so that elderly people with hypertension can have a good quality of life. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of family functioning and quality of life of elderly patients with hypertension. The research design used in this study is an analytic correlation with cross sectional approach. The population of elderly aged over 60 years and obtained a sample of 37 respondents using simple random sampling technique independent variables in this study was a family function and dependent variable is the quality of life of the elderly. family function was measured by the Family Function Device (FAD) and the quality of life measured by WHOQOL BREEF.Hasil research shows that a family function and quality of life of elderly hypertensive patients aged over 60 years in the hamlet pasinan Krajan village districts sekargadung Pungging mojokerto district has a value of ρ = 0 , 00 <α 0:05. Analyzed using contingency coefficient test with a significant level of 0.00. Shows that the correlation between the two variables is high enough to sense the better function of the family that owned the higher the quality of life in lansia.Lansia with hypertension require the participation of others such as the role of family members in helping the elderly, each family member to support each other indicates that the function family and healthy family environment is closely related to the quality of life of the elderly.Keywords: Elderly, Family Function, Quality of Life]]>

<![CDATA[AbstractPatients who are suspected of suffering from mental disorders more done by the family by means of penyasungan, after all efforts of medical treatment performed by the family. Patients with mental disorders often get stigma from the surrounding environment. Stigma is attached to schizophrenic patients and their families. Stigma is also one of the inhibiting factors in the healing of client mental disorders. This study aims to determine the stigma of people about mental disorders patients in the area or work between Puskesmas Wates with Puskesmas Gedongan. The research design used in this study is comparative. The sample in this study amounted LO 121 Head of Family with Cluster Sampling technique. The instrument used is a community stigma questionnaire about mental patients with 40 statements. Chi Square statistic test showed that p (0,003) <.1 (0,05) so that JIO rejected mean there is difference of society stigma about mental patient in working area between Puskesmas Wates and Puskesmas Gedongan. Negative stigma that occurs in the community working area Puskesmas Wates because in the area there are already mental health programs so that people are more able to accept the condition of people who have mental disorders. <![CDATA[ABSTRACTDiabetic Foot is one of the chronic complications of diabetes most feared. Amputation rate is still high due to diabetes,foot exercises can help blood circulation and strengthen the small muscles of the feet and prevent foot deformity and can lowerblood glucose levels. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of diabetes mellitus foot exercises to changes in bloodglucose levels in the Village District of Kemlagi Mojodadi Mojokerto. And type of research design used was a pre-experimental(pretest-posttest one group design). In this research there are two variables, the independent variable is Diabetes Mellitus Footexcercises and the dependent variable is the change in blood glucose levels. The population in this research were all patients withDiabetes Mellitus in Mojodadi village in October, amounting to 13 patients with diabetes mellitus with inclusion and exclusioncriteria for the current study there were 8 patients, sampling used was purposive sampling. The results of the analysis by T-test withsignificance level α = 5% and the output of the calculations obtained significance value of 0.001. H0 is rejected if the significance<0.05, so it can be compared to the significant value of 0.001 is less than 0.05, so H0 is rejected, which means that there is aninfluence of diabetes mellitus foot exercises to change blood glucose levels in Mojodadi village Kemlagi district. <![CDATA[Skizofrenia merupakan gangguan jiwa berat yang ditandai dengan halusinasi, waham, perilaku sosial yang abnormal dan gangguan emosional yang mengakibatkan penurunan kemampuan perawatan diri yang membutuhkan bantuan care giver (pengasuh). Proses pengasuhan care giver dalam merawat pasien gangguan jiwa berpengaruh pada penyembuhan dan kualitas hidup. Tujuan kegiatan meningkatkan kemampuan caregiver dalam merawat pasien gangguan jiwa tanpa obat antipsikotik. Metode pengabdian di Griya Cinta Kasih Jombang dalam bentuk pendidikan, pelatihan, dan simulasi tentang materi macam masalah gangguan jiwa, pengelolaan pasien gangguan jiwa, simulasi cara merawat pasien gangguan jiwa dengan terapi individu, terapi kelompok, terapi okupasi, dan diskusi pengelolaan masalah yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13-16 Agustus 2018 dengan peserta seluruh care giver sebanyak 10 orang. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan caregiver dalam merawat pasien gangguan jiwa tanpa obat antipsikotik yang signifikan tentang pengelolaan dan merawat pasien gangguan jiwa. Perlunya perjanjian kerjasama dengan pihak terkait dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat sebagai salah satu tugas tri dharma perguruan tinggi.]]>
