Abstract

This project aims to see the effect of price and service quality on consumer satisfaction. The independent variable used is a sample of the variables used is standard operating procedures. The population in this project is members or consumers who come more than twice to use with a total of 50 consumers. The data collection technique was carried out using a study questionnaire, while the data analysis technique was using SPSS. The results of this study conclude that price and service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Kandang Kopi

Abstract

Vocabulary through morphemes provides meaningful vocabulary acquisition skill. Students learn to guess the word meaning by looking for prefixes and suffixes in context. The students analyze prefixes and suffixes within the words. Then, the students analyze other context clues such as part of speech around the words. The purpose of this research is to uncover the significant difference between the influence of teaching prefixes and suffixes in context and without context toward students’ English vocabulary development. This research uses quantitative study in line with experimental method. This research was held in SMAN 2 Garut located at Jalan Guntur No. 3 Leles Garut. The population of this research is eight classes of students in the second grade of SMAN 2 Garut. The writer chooses two classes to be sample of the research, they are class XI IPA 1 as experimental group and class XI IPS 1 as the control group. The total numbers of the sample are 66 students. Pre-test and post-test are used to collect research data. Analisis butir soal pilihan ganda is used to test the validity of the data. To find out the reliability of the data, the writer uses split-half method as proposed by Suharsimi Arikunto ( 2009: 93). Because the data distribution is normal, t-test formula is used to analyze the data. Students’ diversity scores averages show that the experimental group gets 40 and the control group gets 30.15. It means that there is positive progress of the experimental group after having the treatment. Based on the data analysis, tcounted = 3.5 and ttable= 1.99. Because tcounted= 3.5 is out of Ho acceptation area, between ttable = -1.99 and 1.99, so that Ha is accepted. It means that Ha is accepted, there is significant difference of influence between teaching prefixes and suffixes in context and without context toward students’ English vocabulary development in the Second Grade Students of SMAN 2 Garut on ninety five percent (95%) significance level.

Abstract

Menabung belum menjadi kebiasaan bagi sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia. Padahal, tabungan menjadi salah satu instrumen kontribusi masyarakat pada pembangunan negara. Sebagai salah satu bentuk menabung yang lahir dari tren frugal living, sinking fund adalah kegiatan menabung dengan target nominal atau dalam jangka waktu dan untuk tujuan yang tidak mendesak. Seseorang harus membuat keputusan untuk menabung dan melakukan konsumsi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menggali informasi terkait motif dan dinamika pengambilan keputusan menabung dalam sinking fund. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah partisipan penelitian, informan cross-check, dan dokumen. Pemilihan partisipan menggunakan prosedur purposive sampling. Data diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul, peneliti menganalisisnya dengan cara mengklasifikasi, mengorganisasi, mengkombinasi, dan membuat tabulasi data menjadi unit-unit yang dapat dikelola. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat tiga motif yang mendasari partisipan untuk melakukan sinking fund, yakni tujuan membeli atau membiayai sesuatu, antisipasi atau jaga-jaga, atau sekedar ikut-ikutan dan hasilnya bermanfaat untuk partisipan. Sementara pada proses pengambilan keputusannya cenderung mengalami tahapan yang sama mulai dari adanya pilihan, mempertimbangkan pilihan, memutuskan, dan melaksanakan keputusan. Ada dua hal yang diingat oleh partisipan saat proses pengambilan keputusan, yakni sebuah pengalaman terbaik dan terburuk terkait sinking fund. Hal tersebut menjadi dasar pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and awareness to UMKM players about the importance of implementing digital technology and innovation in increasing competitiveness and operational efficiency. Through this training and mentoring, it is hoped that UMKM can provide better insight into the potential benefits of technology. This service activity is carried out through seminars with the delivery of material about the importance of transforming conventional marketing methods to digital, creating logos for UMKM who do not yet have a product logo. The result of this service activity is increasing the knowledge of UMKM players regarding the importance of using technology in the marketing process to make it easier to introduce products, product logos created for UMKM players who do not yet have a product logo
