Abstract

Nowadays, with the increasingly competitive business in Indonesian telecommunication industry, every telecommunication operator required to have good business strategies to have an edge over the competition and have a good market share in the competition. The study covered to analyze the competition between Brand ABC with other CDMA and GSM operators in Indonesian telecommunication industry. This analysis is to compare several categories from the aspects of technology, regulation, product & service, and marketing strategy based on the data obtained from related companies about Brand ABC and competitors. Brand ABC is FWA mobile service from PT XYZ which has the objective to facilitate the communication for Indonesian people. The main focus and the methodology of this Thesis are to gather all information about Brand ABC at telecommunication operator PT XYZ. The methodology of case study that used in this Thesis are field research and desk research. Field research is interview with related group at PT XYZ and Desk Research is data collecting method from several books, published report, online journals. Further more, the objective of this Thesis are to understand how to choose the strategy and differentiate for Brand ABC, and also to improve the strategy of new product implementation in the future.Finally, it concluded that the Brand ABC has some strengths and weaknesses in terms of “Technology”, “Regulation”, “Product and Services”, and “Marketing Strategy”. Based on the data, the company should be able to avoid those weaknesses by optimize its strengths.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was created with the aim to find out how the effects of Work Stress, and Burnout on Employee Performance in DKI Jakarta during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Based on the results of this study is expected to provide input, both to the company and to the employees themselves. This aims to find the most effective way so that employees can work comfortably and can still produce a good performance and still maintain the quality of the company. The data collection method used questionnaires to 200 people as respondents. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis. Therefore, if Work Stress and Burnout can be controlled then employees are able to provide their best performance for the company as well as for the community

Abstract

The Multilevel Marketing (MLM) business became a more dynamic and competitive environment that drove companies to be sustainable in their business. However, the practices were sometimes perceived to be challenging by some of them. The research aimed to determine the role of network externality on Business Growth in the network marketing industry, often called MLM industry. With a non-probability sampling approach, the data were collected using structured questionnaires that were sent through emails or hardcopy. The collected data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM method with SmartPLS software. The results reveal that network externalities fully mediate both digital adoption capabilities and strategic agility to sustainable business growth. Meanwhile, network externality partially mediates the perceived product advantage to sustainable business growth. The result shall be taken into action by the companies as a key strategy in performing their business.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of job satisfaction on employee motivation in coal mining companies. Satisfied employees tend to be more motivated, which in turn can improve company performance. Factors such as recognition for performance, career development, and intrinsic satisfaction with work play an important role in employee motivation. This research aims to provide insight into the relationship between work motivation, employee satisfaction, and operational performance in the mining industry. This research investigates factors that influence employee engagement at work, including career development, pay and benefits, social needs, and work motivation. Using a quantitative approach and survey methods, this research hypothesizes that job satisfaction influences work motivation. By utilizing survey methods with questionnaires and interviews, quantitative data was collected from field workers in the mining sector. Statistical methods are used to analyze data and test the influence between research variables. References include theories of motivation and job satisfaction, as well as related research in the mining industry. This research utilizes a quantitative approach and survey method by distributing questionnaires to 83 field workers at PT AI. The research hypothesizes that job satisfaction influences work motivation. This study employs validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and t-tests. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of job satisfaction on work motivation among mining workers at PT AI.

Abstract

Except for consumers from the Millennial and Generation Z generations, sustainable products with their primary selling point—being ecologically friendly in the business concept and the production process—have less of a place in people's purchasing preferences. Future consumers of millennials and Generation Z are committed to and interested in adopting sustainable products, which also exhibit extremely environmentally conscious consumer behavior. They will own and shape future consumption patterns. Jakartans stand out among them as particularly significant markers of economic advancement and development.  This study focuses on green attitudes, social norms, and perceived behavioral control, which are thought to influence green purchase behavior through green purchase intention, in order to identify the determinant factors of green purchasing behavior toward sustainable products.  A questionnaire for the non-probability sampling method was included in a Google Form package.   Purchase behavior is influenced by elements from the Theory of Planned Behavior (attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control), which in turn results in sustainable product purchasing behavior. Data analysis using SmartPLS software demonstrates that purchase intention has a direct impact. The results support the benefits of sustainable product adoption patterns.JEL Classification  D12; M31; Q50

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kinerja korporasi integrasi bisnis Bio Farma Group sebagai holding dan anak perusahaan, apakah masih berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan tujuan awal transformasi bisnis perusahaan yang dimulai sejak tahun 2020 dan melakukan kajian strategi korporasi yang diawali dengan melakukan analisis dengan menggunakan teori BCG Matrix, diperkuat dengan teori strategi manajemen (Fred R David), hasil kajian dianalisis dengan teori strategi korporasi dan diimplementasikan dengan analisa tiga horizon dan Strategic SWOT untuk meningkatkan keunggulan dalam menumbuhkan kinerja perusahaan yang berkesinambungan. Sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjadi bagian dari konsep strategi jangka panjang perusahaan, dengan memberikan kontribusi dalam perencanaan strategi holding perusahaan Bio Farma dan anak perusahaan dimasa mendatang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pendekatan masalah melalui analisis deskriptif, mengenai integrasi lini bisnis perusahaan dan realisasi kinerja holding dan anak perusahaan mulai dari tahun 2020 sampai dengan tahun 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rencana strategis perusahaan dalam merencanakan konsep bisnis yang kompetitif dan berbasis investasi yang berkelanjutan dan dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan tiga horison, yaitu horizon 1 (maintain core business), horizon 2 (build emerging business), dan horizon 3 (create new opportunities)
