Abstract

This study aims to analyze the communication strategy of Islamic religious educators in disseminating the application of the Covid-19 health protocol in Medan City, along with its effectiveness and communication barriers. This descriptive research uses interviews, observations and documentation studies as data collection techniques. The analytical knife used is the Diffusion of Innovation Theory, Uses and Gratification, and the theory of symbolic interactionism, and the Principles of Communication. The data is processed by data analysis techniques, the collected data is heard again, arranged systematically, read, analyzed, then identified answers and documents with research objectives, in order to obtain valid conclusions. The results of the study concluded that the extension strategy was carried out directly or face to face. At the time of the spread of Covid-19 at the end of 2019 the activities of religious instructors were divided into 2 methods, namely the first to continue to do it directly while still implementing the Covid-19 health protocol. Second, online or online using social media as a tool, by creating a special WhatsApp group for fellow Islamic religious instructors and majils ta'lim whose contents are appealing to health protocols and recording lectures that last 3-5 minutes. Technical barriers: Use of masks; washing with soap; Don't approach the crowd; Not traveling; Study at home; Pray at home; Body temperature detection and. Cough/sneeze etiquette. Political obstacles, blown by the opposition against the government.

Abstract

AbstrakTulisan ini merupakan penelitian yang dipublikasikan oleh beberapa media online yang berkembang di era modern. Banyak media yang membahas pemaknaan kepribadian dengan budaya hijab di Indonesia, kemudian munculnya berita tentang hijab seleb selalu dikait-kaitkan dengan isu lain. Salah satu media yang membahas masalah rumah tangga dengan selebriti Rachel Vennya dan Niko berasal dari Tempo.Co. Sebelumnya, pernikahan ini selalu menunjukkan keharmonisan tanpa pernah mengalami kabar miring dan berawal dari postingan kata-kata yang diunggah Rachel Vennya, banyak pihak yang mengira akan bercerai. Lepas hijab yang dilakukan istri Niko ini mengundang reaksi dari masyarakat tentang unsur sebelum dan sesudah mengenakan hijab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis wacana suatu berita yang berasal dari selebritis Rachel Vennya menggunakan teori analisis wacana Fairclough, analisis wacana dalam tiga dimensi, yaitu teks, praktik wacana, dan praktik sosiokultural. Hasil penelitian ini tentang perceraian yang sebenarnya saat ini hanya dalam kondisi buruk karena mereka memiliki beberapa masalah rumah tangga dan status mereka sebagai suami istri dan meninggalkan jilbab tidak ada hubungannya dengan masalah rumah tangga mereka.AbstractThis research is a study published by several online media that are developing in the modern era. Many media discuss the meaning of personality with the hijab culture in Indonesia, then the emergence of news about the celebrity hijab is always connected with other issues. One of the media discussing household issues with celebrities Rachel Vennya and Niko came from Tempo.Co. Previously, this marriage has always shown harmony without ever experiencing any slanted news and starting with the posting of the words uploaded by Rachel Vennya, many parties thought that they would divorce. Removing the hijab, which was done by Niko's wife, invited reactions from the public about the elements before and after wearing the hijab. This study aims to determine to analyze the discourse of a news item that comes from Rachel Vennya's celebrities. using Fairclough's theory discourse analysis, discourse analysis in three dimensions, namely text, discourse practice, and sociocultural practice. The results of this study regarding actual divorce are currently only in a bad condition because they have several household problems and their status as husband and wife and leaving the hijab has nothing to do with their household issues.
