Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to knowing the mentality of a suspect who is undergoing a criminal legal process at the investigation level. Second, knowing the mental health development of suspects who are undergoing legal procee-dings at the investigation level. Thrid, knowing the Urgency of guidance and counseling for suspects who are undergoing criminal legal proceedings at the investigation level. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach. There are also informants in this study are the suspects, investigators, lawyers, former suspects; data collected by the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results obtained in this study are that people who undergo criminal proceedings at the investigation level experience mental and psychological disturbances and pressures, and require counseling guidance but there are no rules in the Republic of Indonesia that govern the permissibility and guidance and counseling. Against suspects who carry out criminal legal proceedings at the investigation level, while for assistance in terms of legal proceedings, the state prepares lawyers (lawyers) who are prodeo for those who are able to pay, so the state invites to appoint its own legal advisors (lawyers). Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the implementation of religious mental coaching in shaping the personality of Musxii lim soldiers in the Ar-Ridha Mosque, Barracuda Navy Complex. This study uses the type of Ex Post Facto research because the independent variables in this study are not controlled or specially treated but only reveal facts based on the measurement of the symptoms that have existed in the respondent before this research was conducted. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, namely by systema-tically carrying out descriptions, descriptions or paintings that have been processed into a sentence in testing hypotheses and knowing factual and accurate data about events or activities, characteristics and relationships between the phenomena being investigated.The results showed that: The implement-tation of religious mental guidance at the Ar-Ridha Mosque, Barracuda Navy Complex, is carried out routinely every Wednesday morning at 08.00 until finished at the ar-Ridha Mosque. Forms of Religious Mental Development are specified in various forms, such as: Forms of Guidance, Forms of Guidance. Forms of counseling, forms of service, and forms of care. The material for religious mental development activities is Islamic material that covers all aspects of life in accordance with the qur’an and Hadith, while the methods for religious mental development activities are diverse, namely lectures, question and answer, discussion, and recitation. The results of Religious Mental Development show that this religious mental development activity has good results for soldiers.Keywords: development, mental, personality, soldier.

Abstract

Pemaknaan bimbingan konseling dilihat dari filsafat dan agama, pembahasannya difokuskan pada telaah tentang manusia sebagai makhluk utuh, dan bukan sebagai serpihan yang terlepas dari induknya. Manusia lahir dengan potensi fitrah yang menuntut pengembangan ke arah terbinanya manusia sehat dan sempurna. Karena itu Bimbingan Konseling lebih terfokus pada fungsi pengembangan dan pencegahan dari pada fungsi kurasi. Di sisi lain memang terdapat individu yang dalam perkembangannya kurang sejalan dengan fitrahnya.

Abstract

The research was backed by researchers ' interest to examine the guiding principles of guidance and counseling in North Sumatera regional Police School. This research aims to find out how the role of guidance and counseling in Mental development activities in North Sumatera regional Police School. Mental view of students who are studying police schools in North Sumatera regional Police School. The method used in this research is qualitative in the narrative approaches, That is, the research procedure that produces the detailed data of the written or oral words of the observed behaviour. The research of guidance and counseling principles in North Sumatera regional Police School: First, the role of caregiver in the motivation of the state Police school students by applying the principles in guidance and counseling, so it is achieved a good and mental healthy learning. This can be seen from the student's success to complete the learning process at the state Police School. Secondly, students ' mental assessment is reviewed from the issue that students have restrictions and obligations. This is included in the final aspect of this diploma in: Academic values, physical value and the most important mental value of personality are mental values of personality.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of Islamic counseling guidance in overcoming juvenile delinquency. The method used is descriptive analysis, namely by exploring all sources related to Islamic counseling guidance as an effort to overcome juvenile delinquency. The data collection technique used in this research is library research where library research is the activity of collecting data or materials related to research through books, scientific journals, literatures and other publications that can be used as sources for research that will be carried out. researched by the author. The purpose of the study was to eradicate the problem of juvenile delinquency with Islamic counseling guidance. In adolescence, they want to show their existence and not infrequently they want to get recognition or want to be considered their existence in the midst of society by doing various things, both positive and negative things which is commonly called juvenile delinquency. Juvenile delinquency is a serious problem that must be addressed immediately in order to save the next generations of the nation. Islamic counseling guidance is one of the efforts that can be used in overcoming delinquency in adolescents, where Islamic counseling guidance aims to help individuals realize themselves into complete human beings in order to achieve happiness in life in the world and in the hereafter in accordance with Islamic laws. So it is hoped that later with the Islamic counseling guidance method, juvenile delinquency can be eradicated and not only that but also can form a better person according to religious norms and form quality teenagers who are religiously obedient.

Abstract

This article discusses the functions and important role of Islamic counseling in education. The method used is descriptive analysis, by exploring all the resources related to Islamic counseling as a means of education. Islam is the Shari'a of Allah for humans, with the provision of the Shari'a that humans worship as a form of realization to serve Allah SWT. In order for humans to be able to bear and realize the great mandate, the Shari'a requires practice, development and formation known as Islamic education. Of course there will be no realization of Islamic law without any effort to forge themselves, and for that we need an educational role to be introduced from generation to generation. Islamic counseling greatly contributes greatly to education. Islam as a religion full of divine values will give a positive value in the world of education. That way, Islamic counseling plays an important role in the world of education. Humans who basically really understand the values of Godhead that are within them.

Abstract

This research was conducted preceded by the desire of the researcher himself to explore the principles of counseling guidance at the State Police School (SPN) of the North Sumatra Regional Police. This study aims to determine the role of Guidance and Counseling in Mental Development activities at the North Sumatra Regional Police State Police School. The method used in writing this research was qualitative in a case study approach. The research data were collected through interviews and observations. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The results showed that in terms of motivating the State Police School students to apply the principles of Islamic guidance and counseling, so as to achieve good learning outcomes and mentally healthy. This can be seen from the success of these students in completing the learning process. Furthermore, the mental assessment of students in terms of problems that did students have restrictions and obligations. If you violated the prohibition, you will be mentally reduced. Personality mentality reflected in student learning outcomes, so if the student's mentality was good then the performance will be good.

Abstract

Font paragraph this study aims to determine the level of social relations of mathematics education students with the help of sociometry. This research was revealed using sociometry tools. The population is staple 2018 second semester mathematics education students, totaling five classes. The sample used by mathematics class 2 researchers was 40 students. In this study produced several student positions at the level of social relations. In determining the level of one's social relations measured by assisted sociometry determined by a range of values from 0 to 1. So that the results of the level of social relations are obtained as follows: 1) 0.384 totaling 1 person, 2). 0.282 totaling 2 people, 3). 0.153 innumber, 4). 0.128 is 1 person, 5). 0.076 totaling 7 people, 6) 0.051 totaling 3 people, 7). 0.025 totaling 8 people, 8). 0 numbered 17 people. The conclusions of this study explain that there are still many social partners that must be improved, especially among individuals because student answers are quite varied.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of peer counseling on the social interaction of students in class XI IPA 5 MAN 3 Medan. This study uses a quasi-experimental method. The sample is 36 students of MAN 3 Medan. Data collection techniques were carried out through the distribution of questionnaires. The data were analyzed using a different test. The results showed that: There is an effect of peer counseling on social interaction of students in class XI IPA 5 MAN 3 Medan with the calculation results obtained by the price tcount ttable = (14.66 > 1.688). Therefore, it can be concluded that peer counseling to improve intrapersonal competence, one of which is the problem of social interaction, is considered feasible to be used as a counseling service that can be modified according to conditions, schools and student problems.

Abstract

Gestalt psychology is a school of psychology that studies a phenomenon as a whole or totality, the data in Gestalt psychology called the phenomenon (symptom). phenomenon is the most basic data in Gestalt Psychology. In this case the Gestalt Psychology phenomenologi agree with the philosophy that says that an experience should be seen as neutral. In a phenomenon, there are two elements, namely the object and meaning. The object is something that can be described, after being caught by the senses, the object becomes an information and once we have given meaning to that object. Basic Principles of Gestalt is the interaction between the individual and the environment called the perceptual field. Prinsi-organizing principles are: Principle of proximity, Principle of similarity, Principle of objective, Principle of continuity, Principle of closure / principle of good form, Principle of figure and ground, Principle of isomorphism. Gestalt Theory Application In Education and Promotion are: Experience insight (insight); Meaningful learning (meaningful learning); Purposeful behavior (pusposive behavior); The principle of living space (life space); Transfer in Learning.
