Abstract

To create the feel secure in the marriage, the adult candidate is needed, physically and mentally. However, the preachers have different views about the meaning of manhood. Islamic law indicates that couples getting married have to mature physically and mentally. Thus, under the laws of our government is 1/1974, Article 7, paragraph (1), it is said that marriage is allowed only if the groom was 19 and the bride was 16.In Islam, marriage position has an important role in the survival of a family. Besides in a hadith history explained, marriage is one way for someone to reach heaven. In Indonesia, the law of marriage is also arranged. Starting from the terms of the age, the condition of validity to be a guardian. If one of the pillars is not completed, then in the view of Islam held to be invalid or void. Keywords : Marriage, husband, wife

Abstract

This research analyzes the dynamics of political communication in the formulation of the Regional Regulation on the Implementation of Islamic Boarding Schools in Lubuk Linggau City. Using a descriptive qualitative method, this research utilizes interviews, observations, and document analysis involving members of the DPRD. Using Kingdon's Multiple Streams Framework, this study reveals that the regulation emerged through the convergence of three main streams: the problem stream, which highlights the limited access of pesantren to funding and legal protection; the policy stream, which is reflected in the legislative initiative of Commission IV of the DPRD supported by national regulations and academic partnerships; and the political stream, which involves political support from local parties and support from the executive. These converging streams open a policy window that allows pesantren issues to enter the formal policy agenda. The findings underscore that effective political communication, cross-sectoral collaboration, and strategic framing of pesantren as socio-educational institutions are crucial in advancing local regulations. This research offers practical insights for other regions that want to develop contextualized faith-based regulations. Future research is recommended to examine policy implementation outcomes and comparative analysis across different jurisdictions to assess policy transferability and long-term impact.

Abstract

The digital era has driven a significant transformation in brand marketing strategies, with content marketing emerging as a key approach in building brand image. This study aims to analyze the role of content marketing in shaping brand image in the digital age using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, based on the PRISMA 2020 framework. A total of 31 journal articles published between 2020 and 2025 were thoroughly reviewed. The findings indicate that content marketing not only directly influences brand perception but also strengthens brand image through the mediating roles of brand awareness, electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM), and user-generated content (UGC). Content strategies that are emotional, informative, and personalized have been shown to enhance consumer engagement and stimulate purchase intention. This study concludes that the success of content marketing lies in its ability to build a strong brand image through relevant, consistent, and long-term value-driven digital communication.

Abstract

Di Indonesia aktivitas akuntansi mulai meningkat, maka permintaan jasa pajak dan audit untuk melakukan penilaian dan pemeriksaan mengalami peningkatan. Profesi akuntan publik merupakan profesi kepercayaan masyarakat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) mengajak remaja karang taruna serta pengurus RT 006 RW 01 Kelurahan Panunggangan Utara Kecamatan Pinang Kota Tangerang. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan memberikan manfaat di kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyampaian materi tentang pajak dan audit, memberikan contoh yang mudah dimengerti, sesi tanya jawab sebelum akhir kegiatan, dan ditutup dengan sesi foto bersama anggota kelompok dan pemenang sesi tanya jawab. Hasil dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini diharapkan meningkatkan pemahaman para remaja tentang pajak dan audit dan meningkatkan kesadaran pentingnya pajak dan audit bagi para remaja sehingga dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kesimpulannya adalah pengenalan dasar pajak dan audit sangat penting bagi para remaja dalam perkembangan zaman yang pesat ini sehingga para remaja memiliki pengetahuan dan kesadaran. Sarannya yaitu diperlukannya sosialisasi lebih lanjut untuk remaja karang taruna, sehingga dapat menambah tingkat pengetahuan umum remaja dengan harapan pengetahuan tersebut dapat di terapkan baik untuk kehidupan sehari-hari ataupun di sebarluaskan kembali kepada remaja  lainnya.Kata kunci : pajak, Audit, remaja karang taruna
