Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the relationship tendency democraticparenting and emotional intelligence and academic achievement Bilingual juniorstudents. Subject reaserch are 124 male and female students grade 7 juniorBilingual tepadu Junwangi-Krian. The implementation of data collection is done injunior high school student and Bilingual Integrated. Distributed measurement scaleconsists of two questionnaires: 1) Democracy parenting scale, 2) emotionalintelligence scale. The result show F regression = 2.898 de-ngan p = 0.059 (p>0.05) , this means that there is no significant relationship between democraticparenting and emotional maturity with Academic Achievement.Keywords : learning achievement, parenting Democracy, emotional intelligence

Abstract

Intisari: Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di pesantren yang mengedepankan sistem kaderisasi cukup rentan mengalami tingginya turnover yang mengakibatkan terputusnya regenerasi kepengurusan. Salah satu faktor internal yang bisa ditingkatkan di lingkungan pesantren adalah motivasi berprestasi pengurus ponpes, sedangkan variabel eksternal yang bisa dibentuk adalah kepemimpinan transformasional seorang pengasuh ponpes. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mencari hubungan motivasi berprestasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional dengan komitmen organisasi pengurus pondok pesantren. Subyek pada penelitian ini adalah pengurus ponpes Ngalah, Purwosari Kabupaten Pasuruan. Hasil analisa data didapatkan bahwa secara simultan kedua variabel X tidak berkorelasi dengan Y. Secara parsial, variabel motivasi berprestasi berkorelasi positif dengan komitmen organisasi (p = 0,020), sedangkan variabel kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berkorelasi (p = 0,737).Keywords: Motivasi Berprestasi, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komitmen Organisasi

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create a model program to improve the marital conjugal harmony of different cultures (Flores husband - Javanese wife) with an age range of 1-10 years of marriage which is the age range of marriage prone to divorce. Participants in this study were members of Flobamora who married women from the Javanese, so the participants are married couples of different cultures to the age of 1-10 years of marriage. This study was an experimental study-kuasi Locally-particular. The experimental group will receive treatment Enneagram Modified Program in each weekend (Saturday-Sunday) for approximately 6 weeks, while the control group remained participate week-end program, but not given treatment Enneagram Modified Program. Data analysis technique used is the Mixed-Anova or Anava A mix B.
