Abstract

The problem of decreasing learning outcomes is a question mark for teachers, parents and the school. For this reason, it is necessary to have strong motivation so that students continue to be able to improve learning outcomes in accordance with predetermined standard results. This research uses qualitative data analysis with field study techniques, documentation and interviews. At the data analysis stage using data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. To determine the validity of the data, the criteria used are the degree of trust (credibility), transferability (transferability), dependability (dependability), and certainty). The results of the study indicate that there is a need for effectiveness in the learning process so that learning is right on target according to the curriculum that should be, there is self-evaluation carried out on students, teachers and parents and culture to provide motivation for students in each lesson.

Abstract

This study aims to determine student learning outcomes in the subject of Fiqh before and after using the Student Teams Achievement Division learning model and to determine the effectiveness of students in class during learning. This study uses the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR) with II cycles and each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting through the application of the Student Teams Achievement Division learning model in the Fiqh subject on Freedom of Organization. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes before the action only get an average score of 64.41 or 21% success rate. After the application of the Student Teams Achievement Division learning model in cycle I, students Fiqh learning outcomes had an average score of 70.52 or 52.6% student success rate. In cycle II, an average score of 83.16 or 83.21% was obtained for the success rate of the students. This Classroom Action Research can be said to increase by using the Student Teams Achievement Division learning model.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Hadiths Concerning the Obligation to Educate and Be Educated. The research method using library techniques is library research carried out by reading, studying and recording various literature or reading materials that are appropriate to the subject matter, then filtered and outlined in a theoretical framework. The results of the research in the form of educating laws are mandatory. The argument is in one hadith from Abu Daud No. 495. Education is also mandatory. Based on the hadith of Sunan Ibn Majah no. 224. Education is very important, based on the hadith of Sahih Bukhari no. 100. There are many other hadiths which state about the obligation to educate and be educated, with the limitations of this paper, I will suffice only 3 hadiths.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the policies of the Ministry of Religion of Islam in Southeast Aceh towards educators and education staff. This research uses descriptive qualitative. The research was conducted at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Southeast Aceh. The data collection technique begins with presenting the data obtained in the field. After that, data reduction, namely selecting and sorting the required data, then followed by verification, namely the conclusion of data according to the problem under study. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the policies of educators and education staff, the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Islam in Southeast Aceh, found that the government's policies towards educators and education staff regarding the basic competencies of educators and education staff, teacher education, class rank of teachers and policies, the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Aceh Tenggara Dalam towards educators and educational staff.
