Abstract

Tulisan ini ditujukan untuk mengulas fenomena perubahan kurikulum di tahun 2013. Perubahan sebagai suatu keniscayaan tidak dapat dipungkiri juga telah merambah dunia pendidikan sebagai jawaban atas fenomena kehidupan masyarakat yang terus mengalami dinamika. Perubahan diperlukan untuk menyiapkan generasi muda dalam menyongsong Indonesia emas yang sangat membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan siap bersaing di pasar global. Dalam pendidikan Islam, perubahan kurikulum ini memberi arah yang menguntungkan di beberapa aspek. Dimulai dari tujuan pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan tiga domain pembelajaran, proses yang lebih “manusiawi” serta evaluasi sebagai akhir yang mengakomodasi seluruh potensi peserta didik. This paper is intended to review the phenomenon of changes inthe 2013 curriculum. The changes are an undeniable necessity; it also penetrated the education world as an answer to the phenomenon of a dynamics society living. Changes are needed to prepare young generation in facing great Indonesia that needs qualified and ready human resources to compete in the global market. In Islamic education, curriculum change is to give direction favorable in some aspects. It is starting from the learning objectives that integrate the three domains of learning, a process that is more ”humane” as well as a final evaluation that accommodate all potential learners.

Abstract

Abstract: This paper is adressed to all the components involved in education. Teachers, parents, and students all become object of study in this paper. Featuring educational thinking Sheikh al-Nawawi al-Bantani in the book Nashoilul 'Ibad will add to the discourse of existing educational concepts. By displaying various Qur'anic verses, hadiths and saying of the scholars, Sheikh Nawawi explain that the educational process should involved all parties with all his energy, ability, and willingness. Totallty is peppered with religious fervor is what ultimately produces educational thought kaffah rivaling the concept of modern education that lack of religious values. Abstract

Advances in information technology, particularly the internet and social media, have significantly changed communication and interaction within society. The ease of accessing information has made the global community resemble a global village. Digital technology has both positive and negative impacts that must be addressed wisely. Religious counsellors, as the frontline of the Ministry of Religion, are required to transform. Directorate General of Islamic Education Decision No. 1172 of 2024 provides guidelines for the implementation of religious counselling on social media. This study explores the opportunities, challenges, and alternative solutions for the implementation of the aforementioned decision. Using a descriptive quantitative research method, it can be concluded that religious counsellors must transform themselves to be willing and able to use social media for preaching and counselling. The role of digital technology brings benefits in various aspects, including religious counselling; however, social media must be used wisely so that religious counselling can run smoothly and provide benefits to society at large

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas hak waris dalam Islam sebagai implementasi hak asasi manusia (HAM) dan ḥifẓ al-nasl melalui pendekatan kaidah ushul fiqh. Fokus utama kajian ini adalah bagaimana hukum waris Islam dapat dipahami sebagai bentuk perlindungan terhadap hak-hak kemanusiaan dan keturunan dalam kerangka maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan normatif-teologis, melalui kajian kepustakaan terhadap sumber-sumber primer dan sekunder yang relevan. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif-analitis untuk mengungkap nilai-nilai humanistik dalam hukum waris Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hukum waris Islam memiliki dimensi kemanusiaan yang kuat. Ketentuan waris tidak semata-mata berorientasi pada distribusi harta, tetapi juga berfungsi menjaga keseimbangan sosial, menegakkan keadilan, serta melindungi keturunan dan kehormatan keluarga. Melalui kaidah ushul fiqh seperti al-ḥukmu yadūru ma‘a ‘illatihi wujūdan wa ‘adaman, dar’ al-mafāsid muqaddam ‘alā jalb al-maṣāliḥ, dan al-masyaqqah tajlib al-taysīr, hukum waris dapat dipahami secara dinamis dan kontekstual, sehingga selaras dengan prinsip-prinsip HAM tanpa mengabaikan nilai-nilai dasar syariah. Dengan demikian, hukum waris Islam merepresentasikan bentuk harmonisasi antara nilai ketuhanan dan kemanusiaan sebagai tujuan utama syariah Islam.
