Abstract

Tridarma perguruan tinggi merupakan tugas yang harus dilaksanakan setiap perguruan tinggi. Setiap perguruan tinggi diwajibkan melaksanakan 3 (tiga) kegiatan utama yaitu : pengajaran, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat.Setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh dosen akan dicatat dan diarsipkan oleh perguruan tinggi setiap semesternya. Dan menjadi laporan kegiatan perguruan tinggi disetiap semester, sebagai bahan evaluasi persemester, maupun perencanaan untuk kegiatan semester depan.Penyusunan dan pencetakan berkas, sering menjadi kendala bagi dosen dalam mempersiapkan pengajuan jenjang akademik.Sistem penilaian angka kredit dosen merupakan suatu aplikasi yang dikhususkan untuk dosen dalam mempermudah melakukan dalam pemantauan dan pengecekan angka kredit yang mana dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu syarat untuk pengajuan kenaikan jabatan funsional dosen berdasarkan surat pernyataan yang telah disetujui oleh masing-masing pihak. Diharapkan dengan sistem pengolahan data angka kredit ini, dapat membantu dosen dalam pengelolaan dokumen-dokumen yang dibutuhkan untuk menyusun berkas pengajuan jenjang akademik. Sehingga dosen dapat lebih tepat waktu dalam pengajuan dan mempersingkat waktu mempersiapkan berkas jejang akademik yang akan diajukan.Kata kunci—Banjir, sistem monitoring, sistem peringatan, berbasis web, sms gateway

Abstract

CV. Oilfindo is a company engaged in the supply of oil and gas industry spare parts. CV. Oilfindo works routinely in carrying out mutually supportive assignments in the delivery of spare parts to several consumers in several cities. Based on the interview, the constraints that are found are on time efficiency and slow employee performance. The purpose of conducting this research is to create an Industrial Parts Distribution Information System on the CV. Oilfindo Using Rational Unified Process Method. The methodology used in system development is Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology which includes 4 stages of work, namely the inception phase, the elaboration phase, the construction phase, and the transition phase. In designing the system, 3 diagrams are used, namely class diagrams, use case and activity diagrams. The results of the application of the Information System The distribution of industrial parts is expected to help employees in facilitating the process of distribution to consumers. Abstract

The high maternal mortality rate in the city of Palembang in 2017 reached 7 maternal deaths out of 27,876 live births largely due to ignorance regarding pregnancy issues and delays in handling. This expert system of diseases diagnosis in pregnant women is made to provide knowledge about diseases in pregnant women and its handling and prevention. The Naive Bayes Classifier method applied to this expert system is a simple probabilistic classification that calculates a set of probabilities by summing the frequency and combination of values from a given dataset. The final result of this study was an expert system of diseases diagnosis in pregnant women that can provide knowledge about diseases in pregnant women and its handling and prevention.

Abstract

PT. Kasih Agro Mandiri merupakan perusahaan swasta yang mengelola perkebunan kelapa sawit yang berlokasi di Desa Sungai Rengit Kecamatan Talang Kelapa Kabupaten Banyuasin dan memiliki 3 divisi lahan sawit yang terdiri dari 100 blok dengan luas masing-masing divisi kurang lebih 500 – 850 Ha. Setiap blok memiliki luas rata-rata 20 Ha dan terdapat kurang lebih 2600 pokok hidup yang dapat menghasilkan produksi rata-rata 36 ton per bulan. Pengelompokan lahan sawit produktif ini dimaksudkan untuk membantu pihak perusahaan dalam memanajemen lahan dan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam mengambil keputusan sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil produksi kelapa sawit. Metode K-Means merupakan salah satu metode Clustering yang masuk dalam kelompok Unsupervised Learning yang digunakan untuk membagi data menjadi beberapa kelompok dengan sistem partisi. Hasil akhir pada penelitian ini merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat melakukan pengelompokan lahan sawit produktif dengan menerapkan metode K-Means Clustering.

Abstract

The best lecturer is a form of appreciation that can be given by universities to their lecturers who have carried out the threefold missions of Higher Education (implementing education and teaching, carrying out research and developing science, and carrying out community service) well. This research was conducted at XYZ University Palembang with the aim of developing a web-based application for selecting the best lecturers by applying the Simple Additive Weighting decision-making method. The criteria used are functional position, rank or class, education, length of teaching, number of seminars attended, number of studies, number of published journals and number of community service activities. The software development method used is the prototype method. From the results of the tests carried out, it is known that this application can work and function properly and correctly with a calculation accuracy rate of 100% obtained from comparing the results of calculations manually with the results of application calculations. For further research, it is better to increase the number of criteria used and apply certain methods to determine the weight of the criteria. In addition, it can also make comparisons with other calculation methods in order to find out which method is better in determining the best lecturer.

Abstract

Berwisata sudah menjadi bagian dari kebutuhan sebagian masyarakat Indonesia, tidak hanya bagi kelompok ekonomi mapan, tetapi masyarakat kelas menengah dan bawah pun mulai memandang penting wisata sebagai momen rekreasi keluarga. Potensi objek-objek wisata air terjun di seluruh provinsi Indonesia belum digali secara optimal, begitu juga halnya dengan promosi belum gencar dilakukan apalagi dengan menggunakan media online atau digital. Maka dari itu perlunya rancang bangun website service guide “Tour Waterfall South Sumatera” di karnakan belum adanya website khusus promosi yang lengkap tentang objek-objek wisata air terjun yang ada di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Metode pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode perancangan sistem Rapid Application Development (RAD), yang dimulai dengan yaitu tahapan requirement planning, system design, dan implementation.

Abstract

CV Tiara Persada is a company engaged in motor vehicle repair services, especially private cars or city cars, CV Tiara Persada also collaborates with several vehicle insurance companies to carry out vehicle repairs based on the insurance company's recommendations. The problem that often occurs at CV Tiara Persada in the process of repairing vehicles from insurance companies is that there is often a difference in payment between submitting a damage claim and working on damage because you have to submit multiple times and have to wait for an email approval from the insurance. With these problems, we need a web-based system that functions to carry out transactions and communication so that the payment process is not an obstacle. This system was built using the extreme programming method by carrying out several stages including Planning, Design, Coding, Testing and Software Increment. The purpose of building this system is to facilitate the process of managing insurance data, company spare parts data, repair data, insurance survey data, invoice reports and insurance customer reports. Then in this application there are 5 users, namely insurance, leadership, chief mechanic, cashier and customer service.Keywords: Vehicle Insurance, extreme programming (XP), Information Systems, Web Based.

Abstract

Purpose: A community service activity related to technical assistance in the implementation of his ANBK for SD Negeri 05 Palembang students was conducted due to limited resources and required equipment. Research Methods: This activity has three phases: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Preparations were made by conducting final coordination and site condition surveys to prepare resources and supporting equipment for conducting ANBK 2021 at SD Negeri 05 Palembang. The implementation activities were carried out using the method of technical assistance namely, Pusmenjar's simulation of its ANBK using CAT AKMBK and technical assistance in the implementation of ANBK. Evaluation is performed at each stage by collecting and summarizing data from each stage of the activity. Result: The results of this service are the participants feel prepared and comfortable during the ANBK exam and the school (SDN 05 Palembang) can administer the ANBK independently without relying on another school. Limitations: Many of the students are not fluent in reading and have just interacted with digital devices such as laptops, smartphones, and similar applications. Contribution: It is hoped that the school will be ready to face the ANBK exams for the coming year.

Abstract

PDAM Tirta Betuah Mariana Branch is a local government-owned business entity engaged in the service and provision of clean water. One form of PDAM service to its customers is new customer registration. Currently, PDAM Tirta Betuah Mariana Branch still uses a manual system for new customer registration data collection. This causes the customer registration process to be less effective and efficient. The author designed a web-based new customer registration application at PDAM Tirta Betuah Mariana Branch. This application uses the Extreme Programming (XP) development method. The scope of the application includes new customer data, new connection output, and the registration process up to providing installation information to new customers. The purpose of this application is to improve employee performance and provide convenience to the community in the process of registering new customers.

Abstract

Aplikasi pengolahan nilai raport merupakan aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mengelolah data nilai-nilai siswa. Pengolahan nilai rapor yang dilakukan oleh SMK PGRI 1 Palembang masih menggunakan cara konvensional. Dalam proses merekap nilai satu persatu sering terjadi kesalahan penulisan sehingga proses pengolahan data nilai terhambat dan membutuhkan waktu lama untuk memperbaikinya. Aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mengolah nilai rapor adalah Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Excel juga dapat digunakan sebagai alat perangkingan nilai-nilai yang dapat digunakan oleh guru. Sasaran mitra dari pengabdian ini adalah guru-guru yang ada di SMK PGRI 1 Palembang. Pengabdian ini akan diselesaikan dalam tiga tahapan yaitu, persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Persiapan dilakukan dengan melakukan survey untuk melihat kondisi di lapangan mengenai kegiatan Siswa SMK PGRI 1 Palembang. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan langsung kepada peserta, yaitu dengan teknik presentasi dan dilanjutkan dengan latihan praktek kepada guru SMK Negeri PGRI 1 Palembang. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan untuk masing-masing tahap dengan mengumpulkan dan menyimpulkan data dari masing-masing tahapan kegiatan. Hasil yang dicapai dalam pengabdian ini adalah guru dapat mengaplikasikan Microsoft Excel sebagai alat dalam melakukan pengolahan data nilai siswa SMK PGRI 1 Palembang.
