Abstract

To academics and policymakers. This study is to examine the effect of Advertising on compulsive purchasing and materialism as mediating variables in Purwokerto. Using the snowball sampling technique, 450 samples were gathered from various areas of the city of Purwokerto, Indonesia. This research employs PLS. The promotion was statistically significant at 5% and had a positive link with materialism in Purwokerto, Indonesia, according to the findings. Similarly, materialism was found to be statistically significant and favourable in 95% of compulsive buyers. , materialism influences the connection between advertising and compulsive purchasing. The study suggests that it is essential to prioritize these elements.

Abstract

The suitability ofothe management of Hajj funds to be invested inovarious infrastructure developmentoprojectsobasedoonosharia principles and laws and regulations can be a benefit. The use of hajj funds for infrastructure financing can increase the value of the benefits of hajj funds even though they contain risks. Therefore, the use of hajj funds to finance infrastructure investment requires further study. The author is interested in conducting a study of the suitability of the policy forotheomanagement (investment) of Hajj funds in infrastructure financing in relation to Law Number 34oof 2014 concerning Hajj Financial Management. The article uses descriptive narrative analysis method. Based on the review narrative literature and the Indonesia Government Policy during 2012 until 2020. The analysis used is top down by analyzing macro factors towards the study, especially innovation of infrastucture investment. The existence of this conformity will provide confidence that the interests of prospective pilgrims will always be prioritized. Based on conclusions research is: the price range of hajj finances may be invested to help financing/supplying infrastructure due to the fact hajj finance has the nature of being a deposit fund so that it resembles the use of the wadiah yadh dhamanah principle in an sharia finance attitude, making it possible for the Hajj Financial Control Agency (BPKH) to optimize the value of the benefits of the budget. And based on descriptive literature, the financial investment of hajj funds is aimed at obtaining optimal value for the benefit of improving the implementation of the hajj pilgrimage by prioritizing the security aspects of the prospective hajj pilgrims' funds.

Abstract

The existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) plays a significant role in contributing to the growth of the Indonesian economy. MSMEs are required to optimize their resources, especially non-physical resources, and utilize existing financial technology (Fintech) in order to be able to compete and develop at all times. Intellectual capital is increasingly recognized as a strategic asset that is considered important for sustainable profits. Business support by utilizing financial technology will improve business performance. The goal of this research is to investigate the impact of intellectual capital and financial technology components on the performance of MSMEs. The resulting sample was 66 respondents who were MSME business actors. The method used was Multiple Regression analysis. The results of the study found that customer capital and structural capital, which are elements of intellectual capital, affect MSME performance, while human capital, social capital, spiritual capital and financial technology do not affect MSME performance. Thus, the elements of intellectual capital owned by MSMEs need to be utilized optimally to achieve competitive advantage and maintain business existence.

Abstract

Abstrak  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemahaman mahasiswi terhadap produk hijab dan memahami faktor-faktor penentu yang dipakai oleh mereka dalam memilih produk hijab. Berbeda dengan penelitian di sektor halal sebelumnya yang berfokus kepada sektor makanan halal, dalam penelitian ini isu yang diangkat adalah halal fashion.  Responden yang dijadikan partisipan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari kalangan mahasiswi muslim sebanyak 20 orang yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok. Kelompok pertama terdiri dari 10 mahasiswi muslim yang aktif di organisasi kerohanian Islam kampus sedangkan sisanya merupakan mahasiswi muslim non-organisasi. Dengan menggunakan metode Focus Group Interviews, terungkap bahwa mahasiwi yang terlibat sebagai anggota di unit kerohanian islam kampus cenderung lebih memahami product knowledge tentang hijab syar’i daripada mahasiswi yang tidak. Selain itu, terungkap pula bahwa faktor standar ke-syar’i-an, model, ukuran, kenyamanan, dan harga, menjadi faktor penentu yang digunakan oleh mahasiswi dalam memutuskan untuk membeli hijab. Kata Kunci: Halal, Hijab, Persepsi Indivividu Abstract  This research aims to initiate the study regarding  the topic of hijab in the realm of consumer behavior. Particularly, it seeks to reveal how female moslem students in university perceive hijab concept and to understand what factors determine their hijab purchasing decision. Focus group interview was chosen and the participants which were involved in this study were 20 moslem female students wich were separated into two groups. The first group consisted of 10 moslem student-activists, while the second one were 10 moslem non-activists student. The result of the study reveals that the female students which are involved in Moslem Student Assembly tend to be more knowledgeable about shar’e hijab rather than those who do not involve. Furthermore, factors of shariah-compliance standard, design, size, comfort, and price were disclosed as determinant of purchasing decision of hijab which are usually used by the students. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-identity, sikap, dan norma subyektif individu untuk membeli produk hijab fashion. Data diambil melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara purposive sampling dari sebanyak 235 responden yang berasal dari kalangan mahasiswi.  Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa self-identity memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap niat individu untuk membeli produk hijab fashion. Kemudian ditemukan juga bahwa aspek norma subyektif memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap niat individu untuk membeli produk hijab fashion.   Kata kunci : Hijab, Self-identity, Sikap, Norma subyektif Abstract This research attempted to analysis the impact of self-identity, consumers attitude , and subjective norm towards intention to buy hijab fashion product.  The data were gathered by using self-adminitrated questionaire to 235 respondents which came from higher education student girls. The result revealed that self-identity has a positive and significant impact towards intention to buy hijab fashion. Abstract

 AbstractThis research aims to analyze the influence of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control towards intention to choose halal beauty center with the Islamic religiousity as the moderating variable. This study took 120 respondents as its samples by using accidental and purposive sampling as the method to collect the sample. Using Multiple Regression Analyis, and Chow test, the results of this study shows that attitude and subjective norm have a positive influence towards intention to choose muslimah beauty center. Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sebuah pemodelan wakaf terintegrasi sebagai upaya penguatan wakaf melalui pengintegrasian potensi wakaf, perguruan tinggi, dan audit sector publik di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah studi literature yang diawali dari permasalahan besarnya potensi wakaf  di Indonesia yang belum dikelola secara optimal.
