Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaa asset dalam mendukung pendapatan asli daerah di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Penelitian ini merupaka penelitian primer yang menggunakan 48 sampel key informan yang merupakan pihak dari dinas terkait yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan asset di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan alat analisis yaitu analisis B/C ratio dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Aset yang berpotensi meningkatkan pendapatan daerah di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi adalah asset Jalan, Irigasi dan Instalasi hal tersebut karena pembangunan jalan dan irigasi memberikan kontribusi dlam kegiatan perekonomian di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi yang umumnya bergerak di bidang pertanian dan perkebunan. Pengelolaan aset daerah dalam meningkatkan pendapatan daerah di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi melalui perhitungan B/C ratio tahun 2014-2020 diperoleh nilainya < 1 maka proyek itu tidak ekonomis, yang mana artinya ialah pengelolan asset di Kabupaten Kuantan Singinngi tidak ekonomi yang mana belum memiliki kontribusi yang besar. Strategi yang tepat bagi pemerintah dengan kondisi aset daerah Kebupaten Kuantan Singingi yaitu SO (strength and opportunities) yaitu Strategi ini dibuat berdasarkan penggunaan kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang. Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan Aset, PAD, SWOT

Abstract

Drinking water quality, including the levels of dissolved metals, is an important public health consideration. Manganese (Mn) is a naturally occurring metal that can be present in drinking water sources, and excessive intake of Mn can have adverse health effects. The objective of this study was to verify the performance of the analytical method for the determination of manganese (Mn) concentration in drinking water samples using Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES) techniques at the PT XYZ Laboratory. The method verification included tests for analyte identity confirmation, linearity, precision, accuracy, as well as the determination of the Method Detection Limit (MDL) and Limit of Quantification (LOQ). The verification results showed that the ICP-OES method met the established performance requirements. The linearity test yielded a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.9998, fulfilling the criteria of r ≥ 0.995. The percent relative standard deviation (% RSD) value in the precision test was 1.41%, meeting the requirement of % RSD ≤ 2/3 % CV Horwitz. The accuracy test provided an average percent recovery of 98.66%, which is within the acceptable range of 85-120%. The determined MDL was 0.0006 mg/L, while the LOQ was 0.002 mg/L, both meeting the criteria of MDL < spiked concentration < 10 MDL and LOQ < environmental quality standard. In conclusion, the method for the determination of Mn concentration in drinking water using ICP-OES has been verified and can be used for routine analysis at the PT. XYZ Laboratory, supporting the monitoring and control of Mn levels in drinking water to ensure public health protection.

Abstract

Polymers are essential components in various aspects of human life, particularly in the production of different types of materials and products. One of the primary applications of polymers is in the manufacturing of adhesives or glues used to bond various substrates. PG 6802 ALV adhesive, for example, is widely used in the ceramic box industry. This research was conducted to test the characteristics of PG 6802 ALV adhesive in several production batches at PT. XYZ, namely batches 0119LSA001, 0219LSA002, and 0219LSA004. One of the measured parameters was the viscosity of the adhesive using a Brookfield viscometer with a spindle 0.4 at a speed of 10 rpm. The measurement results Brookfield viscometer with a spindle 0.4 at a speed of 10 rpm. The measurement results showed that the viscosity of PG 6802 ALV adhesive ranged between 10500 cps, 10400 cps, and 11600 cps. Additionally, measurements of the adhesive's solid content were obtained in the range of 60.40% to 60.95%. The density of PG 6802 ALV adhesive ranged from 1.0528 to 1.0705 g/ml, while the pH was in the range of 5. In conclusion, this research provides an overview of the physical and chemical characteristics of PG 6802 ALV adhesive in several production batches. The measurement results of viscosity, solid content, density, and pH provide important information for a better understanding of the properties of this adhesive. This knowledge can be utilized for the development of improved products and the enhancement of the production process in the ceramic box industry and other adhesive applications.
