Abstract

The development of directed and planned human resources accompanied by good management will save other resources or at least the processing and use of organizational resources can be efficient and effective. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the development of human resources in the health service employees of North Buton Regency. Method. This cross sectional study was conducted in September-October 2022 involving 45 respondents at the Health Office of North Buton Regency. Data were processed and analyzed using bivariate test using chi square, multivariate test using logistic regression. Variables that have a P-value <0.05 are considered significant. The most dominant respondent's HR development is the effective category as many as 26 respondents (57.8%), and the least is the ineffective category as many as 19 respondents (42.2%). The results of the chi square test show that the development of health human resources in North Buton Regency is related to the mission and goals of the organization (P-value = 0.000), strategies for achieving organizational goals (P-value = 0.000), government policies (P-value = 0.000), social and culture (P-value = 0.000), development of science and technology (P-value 0.000). The conclusion of the study is that the development of Health HR in North Buton Regency is most related to the strategy for achieving organizational goals with an R Square value of 87.5%.

Abstract

The implementation of school-age and adolescent health services is carried out through a youth-friendly service approach or known as the Youth Care Health Service (PKPR). The Youth Integrated Healthcare Center activities at the Gu District Health Center consist of 14 posts consisting of UPTD Public health center Gu, UPTD Public health center Rahia and UPTD Public health center Wadiabero. The purpose of the youth Integrated Healthcare Center is to improve the health status of adolescents and healthy behavior of adolescents. The aims study to analyze the relationship between adolescents' interest in using youth Integrated Healthcare Center at the Public Health Center in Gu District, Central Buton Regency. Analytical research with a Cross Sectional Study approach. The research location is the Youth Integrated Healthcare Center at the GU District Health Center. The research population was teenagers in the Gu District Health Center in 2021 spread across 14 Integrated Healthcare Center as many as 2,863 teenagers. The research sample was 351 people. Research results: Based on the results of the Chi-square test statistical analysis shows that significant relationship with interest in the use of youth Integrated Healthcare Center, the support of adolescent cadres obtained p-value = 0.000. Interest in the use of youth Integrated Healthcare Center has a significant relationship with youth cadres.

Abstract

Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) or also known as sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are infections that are generally transmitted through unsafe sex. The purpose of this community service is to increase public knowledge about sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). The method used is counseling with lectures, discussions, and questions and answers as well as pre and post tests about sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). The counseling participants were pregnant women who visited the KIA Poly Hospital of Aliyah Kendari Hospital as many as 20 people. The result was that the participants were very enthusiastic in watching and participating in the PkM activities. The pre-test of participants' knowledge was carried out by the service team and after the counseling, the mother's knowledge was also measured. The conclusion of this service is that there is an increase in knowledge of pregnant women about sexually transmitted infections (STDs).
