Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is a disease that has a rapid course of disease and can cause death in a short time, and often causes Extraordinary Events (KLB). The aims of study was to identify the implementation of the prevention and control program for Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (P2DBD) Kendari City through three aspects, namely the input system, process system and output system. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with in-depth interview method. The informants in this study were P2M Programmers who worked in Public Health Center which consisted of 5 Nursing Health Centers in Kendari City. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews (in depth interviews) and document review. The results showed that in general the implementation of the P2DBD Program in Kendari City had been carried out well. In the input aspect, human resources are available at the Public Health Center, there is a division of tasks according to their respective fields and training is provided in order to maximize P2DBD. Facilities such as fogging machines, ambulances and Abate powder are available from the Kendari City Health Office. The budget used comes from the available BOK funds and is sufficient to finance the implementation of P2DBD. The method of implementing P2DBD comes from the Technical Instructions issued by the Ministry of Health. In the process aspect, epidemiological investigations are carried out directly to locations that have confirmed dengue cases. Fogging is carried out at locations and areas around locations where cases are confirmed. Coordination is carried out across sectors in locations such as the RT/RW Village Head. Abate powder distribution and health education were carried out by the Public Health Center together with Jumantik Cadres through the Mosquito Nest Eradication (PSN) program. On the aspect of Output. said to be successful after reaching 100% or has been under control. Reports related to the implementation of P2DBD are provided by the Public Health Center to the Kendari City Health Office.

Abstract

Pregnant women with anemia will increase the risk of giving birth to babies with low birth weight, miscarriage, premature birth, risk of bleeding before and/or during delivery which can cause death of the mother and baby. The prevalence of anemia in pregnant women for 2018 is 4.7 % and increased in 2019 by 16.87% which then decreased in 2020 by 12.24%. The prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in North Buton Regency is still high compared to the national target. This research is an evaluative research with a qualitative approach. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling and accidental sampling (Snowbal Sampling). The number of samples or respondents in this study were 12 people consisting of key informants and regular informants. The results in the study were the program of giving blood tablets to pregnant women in the working area of ​​the Bone Rombo Health Center, namely this was considered unsuccessful because there were still many pregnant women who felt dizzy due to anemia and cases of bleeding after giving birth.

Abstract

The implementation of school-age and adolescent health services is carried out through a youth-friendly service approach or known as the Youth Care Health Service (PKPR). The Youth Integrated Healthcare Center activities at the Gu District Health Center consist of 14 posts consisting of UPTD Public health center Gu, UPTD Public health center Rahia and UPTD Public health center Wadiabero. The purpose of the youth Integrated Healthcare Center is to improve the health status of adolescents and healthy behavior of adolescents. The aims study to analyze the relationship between adolescents' interest in using youth Integrated Healthcare Center at the Public Health Center in Gu District, Central Buton Regency. Analytical research with a Cross Sectional Study approach. The research location is the Youth Integrated Healthcare Center at the GU District Health Center. The research population was teenagers in the Gu District Health Center in 2021 spread across 14 Integrated Healthcare Center as many as 2,863 teenagers. The research sample was 351 people. Research results: Based on the results of the Chi-square test statistical analysis shows that significant relationship with interest in the use of youth Integrated Healthcare Center, the support of adolescent cadres obtained p-value = 0.000. Interest in the use of youth Integrated Healthcare Center has a significant relationship with youth cadres.

Abstract

challenge worldwide in the health sector related to the ongoing spread of the virus. More cases of death occur in the elderly and have co-morbidities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between comorbidities and COVID-19 severity at the Wisma Atlet Kemayoran Central Jakarta COVID-19 emergency hospital in 2022. The type of research was a survey with a cross-sectional study design. The study population was patients who were confirmed positive for COVID-19 with symptoms at the Wisma Atlet Kemayoran Emergency Hospital from July to December 2021. The study sample was 400 people. The results showed that the 6 variables studied, 4 variables that had a correlation with the severity of Covid-19 patients, namely hypertension from Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000, cardiovascular obtained Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000, tuberculosis obtained Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 and comorbidities obtained Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000. Meanwhile, diabetes mellitus and asthma do not have a correlation relationship with the severity level in Covid patients who obtained a Sig value. (2-tailed) respectively, namely = 0.483 and 0.599
