Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan internet yang pesat sangat berperan untuk memenuhi semua kebutuhan masyarakat dengan mobilitas tinggi khususnya di bidang finansial. Financial technology memfasilitasi proses transaksi keuangan salah satunya adalah dompet digital. Salah satu dompet digital yang paling banyak digunakan adalah Jenius. Jenius merupakan aplikasi perbankan sekaligus e – wallet. Berdasarkan data Q2 iPrice tahun 2019, jenius berada di peringkat 5 pengguna aktif bulanan. Namun, di tahun 2020 menurun drastis diduga karena pengaruh personal selling, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, dan persepsi manfaat. Tujuan dari terlaksananya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengamati pengaruh yang ditimbulkan oleh personal selling, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, dan persepsi manfaat terhadap minat penggunaan pada aplikasi Jenius. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah yang orang mengetahui dan mengenal aplikasi Jenius. Dengan mengadopsi metode non probability sampling dalam mengambil sampel penelitian serta mengadopsi teknik convenience sampling. Terdapat 65 responden yang kemudian data yang berhasil dihimpun dari para responden dapat dianalisis dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini memperoleh bahwa masyarakat yang mengetahui Jenius akan terpengaruh dikarenakan personal selling, persepsi kemudahan menggunakan, dan persepsi manfaat. Kata kunci : Personal Selling, Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan, Persepsi manfaat, e – wallet.

Abstract

Smartphones have become a basic human need, so many companies deploy various strategies to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty, one of which is through Customer Relationship Management (CRM). This study aims to analyze the influence of customer relationship management on loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research population is all Vivo smartphone customers in Sidoarjo. In this study using a sample of 54 respondents. The non-probability sampling method in purposive sampling is the technique used in sampling. While the data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The research results show that Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction is an intervening variable that is able to mediate the influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Technological developments and a highly competitive economy have had the impact of facilitating investment. Generation Z, as a group that is very familiar with technology, is starting to pay attention to managing their finances, and has significantly increased their interest in investing. However, there are still many who have not learned the knowledge of how to analyze the market, face risks when investing, and how to choose a safe and legal broker. The investments made do not get maximum results, the investment money even decreases or there is nothing left. This gives rise to doubts and fears among some players about starting to invest again. This service aims to increase investment literacy among the Z generation group, especially students, through education on technical analysis and risk management of futures trading. This education explains how to analyze the market through technical analysis material, how to manage risk through risk management material, and provides tips for choosing a broker that is safe and whose legality is guaranteed.

Abstract

This activity aims to assist MSMEs in Pakal Subdistrict in preparing simple financial reports and optimizing the use of the E-Peken platform to improve financial management and market access. The method used is an action research approach involving problem identification, assistance, implementation and mentoring, and evaluation. The results of the mentoring program indicate that the assistance successfully enhanced the MSMEs ability to prepare simple financial reports, understand and utilize the features of E-Peken, and improve market access and revenue. This assistance provides recommendations for the government and related stakeholders in encouraging the development of MSMEs through mentoring programs and the use of digital technology.

Abstract

In an effort to improve the quality of healthcare services, NMU focuses on strengthening capacity and operational efficiency, particularly in response to the surge in demand for digital services post-pandemic. This activity analyzes the impact of cash flow on the financial efficiency of PT Nusantara Medika Utama (NMU) during the 2022-2023 period. The method used is descriptive quantitative, with analysis of secondary data from NMU's financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. The results of this study show an increase in operational performance indicators, such as the Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR), which rose to 86.99%, and a decrease in Total Liabilities by 15.21%. It can be concluded that effective cash flow management contributes to the improvement of NMU’s financial efficiency. The proposed solutions include a cash flow monitoring system and staff training for better financial management. These findings are expected to contribute to NMU's business sustainability and the improvement of healthcare quality in Indonesia.
