<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis perlindungan hukum terhadap pemegang sertifikat hak milik atas tanah yang mengalami sengketa; (2) mengetahui dan menganalisis kekuatan pembuktian sertifikat hak milik atas tanah berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 1997 tentang Pendaftaran Tanah. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian normatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perlindungan hukum terhadap pemegang sertifikat hak milik atas tanah yang mengalami sengketa adalah kurang memberikan jaminan kepastian hukum; (2) kekuatan pembuktian sertifikat hak milik atas tanah berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 1997 tentang Pendaftaran Tanah adalah sertifikat mempunyai kekuatan pembuktian yang kuat selama tidak ada bukti lain yang mengingkarinya. The research objective to analyze the legal protection for the holders of certificates of title to land in dispute; (2) find out and analyze the strength of proof of land title certificates based on Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration. The research method in this study uses the type of normative research. The results of this study indicate that: (1) legal protection for holders of certificates of ownership of land in dispute is less guarantee of legal certainty; (2) the strength of proof of the certificate of ownership of land based on Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration is that the certificate has strong evidentiary power as long as there is no other evidence that denies it.]]>
