<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis DPRD terhadap Laporan Keterangan Pertanggungjawaban Gubernur menurut Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 13 Tahun 2019 di daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian empiris. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan DPRD terhadap laporan pertanggungjawaban Gubernur menurut Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 13 Tahun 2019 di daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan belum efektif; (2) faktor yang berpengaruh dalam pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan DPRD terhadap Laporan Keterangan Pertanggungjawaban Gubernur : (a). faktor substansi hukum dalam hal ini regulasi atau aturan yang tidak memiliki konsekuensi bilamana rekomendasi yang diberikan tidak ditindaklanjuti oleh Gubernur, (b) faktor struktur hukum yaitu kemampuan sumber daya manusia anggota DPRD, tenaga ahli serta staf sekretariat DPRD, (c) faktor budaya hukum yaitu data yang disampaikan oleh OPD kurang lengkap dan akurat, serta waktu pembahasan LKPJ yang terbatas. The purpose of this study is to analyze the DPRD against the Governor's Accountability Statement according to Government Regulation Number 13 of 2019 in the South Sulawesi Province. The research method in this study uses the type of empirical research. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The implementation of the DPRD's supervisory function on the Governor's accountability report according to Government Regulation Number 13 of 2019 in the South Sulawesi Province has not been effective; (2) factors that influence the implementation of the DPRD's supervisory function on the Governor's Accountability Statement: (a). legal substance factors in this case regulations or rules that have no consequences if the recommendations given are not followed up by the Governor, (b) legal structure factors, namely the ability of the human resources of DPRD members, experts and secretariat staff of DPRD, (c) legal culture factors, namely the data submitted by the OPD is incomplete and accurate, and the time for discussion of the LKPJ is limited.]]>
