Abstract

Mentoring is an activity in community empowerment by placing assistants who act as facilitators, communicators, and dynamists. In this case, service assistance with Pokdarwis in Tuyuhan Village, Pancur District, Rembang Regency. The problems faced by Pokdarwis include the lack of popularity of Maqam Mbah Djumali, no list of attendance books for pilgrims, no genealogy that explains the history of Maqam Mbah Djumali, no Pokdarwis google account and social media accounts, and the location of Maqam Mbah Djumali is not yet available. registered.Based on these problems, the implementing team made a program plan to introduce the existence of Maqam Mbah Djumali, namely by carrying out marketing carried out through online media, making attendance lists for pilgrims, making genealogies that explain the history of Maqam Mbah Djumali, creating gmail accounts, creating accounts. Instagram social media, to registration of business locations on Google Maps.The results of the program implementation by the implementing Team with Pokdarwis are making an attendance list for pilgrims, making banners, creating a Pokdarwis google account, creating Instagram social media accounts as marketing media, and registering business locations on google maps to make it easier to find addresses.Keywords: Mentoring, Pokdarwis, and Maqam Mbah Djumali.

Abstract

The development of natural tourism in Rembang Regency is famous for its beaches, because Rembang Regency has a coastline of 60 km, this makes it worthy of being a coastal tourism icon. Through situation analysis, partner problems can be formulated: 1) Marketing that is not optimal, especially packaging of tourism products, 2) Tourism HR Management that lacks tourism-based knowledge. In connection with the above problems, the solution to overcome problems related to education-based tourism products is to provide training and assistance with tour package products, so that one of the outputs of this service program activity is a brochure for educational tour packages in the Balong Mulyo beach tourist area which includes four tourist attractions in the area. It is hoped that HR training activities for tourist attraction managers will increase HR knowledge regarding basic tourism knowledge. It is hoped that the implementation of this community service program will be able to support the increase in the number of visitors and partners' income as well as increase the economic value and welfare of the community in the Balong Mulyo Beach tourist area, Kragan.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Mahasiswa yang sudah bekerja mempunyai tantangan tersendiri dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademiknya. Kesulitan mengatur waktu akan menyulitkan siswa dalam meningkatkan prestasinya. Mahasiwa yang memiliki motivasi belajar dan kepuasan hidup yang tinggi lebih mudah untuk memperoleh prestasi akademik. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan kepuasan hidup terhadap prestasi akademik pada mahasiswa kerja Universitas YPPI Rembang. Metode: Sampling jenuh digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini. Ada 60 mahasiswa bekerja yang dipilih sebagai responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang dibantu dengan aplikasi SMARTPLS 4.0. Hasil: Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi akademik siswa yang bekerja. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi belajar yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa yang bekerja maka akan semakin mudah memperoleh prestasi akademik. Sebaliknya, apabila mahasiwa memiliki motivasi belajar yang rendah maka mahasiswa sulit untuk memperoleh prestasi akademik. Selain itu, kepuasan hidup yang dirasakan mahasiswa bekerja terbukti mampu meningkatkan prestasi akademik secara positif dan signifikan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa apabila mahasiwa merasakan kepuasan hidup maka mahasiswa akan mendorong terciptanya prestasi akademik. Sebaliknya apabila mahasiswa tidak memiliki kepuasan hidup maka lebih sulit memiliki prestasi akademik. Kesimpulan: Motivasi belajar dan kepuasan hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik pada mahasiswa yang bekerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to introduce creative homes through making miniature pegs, namely by providing knowledge about entrepreneurship and making miniature pegs, making stickers, creating business manager Google accounts and Instagram social media accounts, to registering business locations on Google Maps. . The problems faced by partners include a lack of knowledge about entrepreneurship and making miniature poles, no stickers have been made, there is no Google account for business management and social media accounts, and the business location has not been registered. Abstract

A tourism product is a system consisting of tourists, attractions, facilities and time. So, there is a need for an education-based tourism product strategy to support tourism development in the Balong Mulyo Kragan Beach area, Rembang Regency. The aim of this community service activity was to empower the community through packaging tour packages in the Balong Mulyo Beach area. Apart from that, increasing knowledge, understanding, benefits and functions of tour packages. The method for implementing this community service activities were through theoretical knowledge transfer methods, practical training and mentoring, as well as processes that emphasize abilities, knowledge, skills and attitudes. The result of this activity was a positive attitude of partners in facing the opportunities and challenges of developing a tourist village through training in making tour packages and partners can make brochure material for tour packages, as well as calculating the cost of tour packages. Training on making tour packages is carried out through training for tourism actors in the Balong Mulyo Beach area to make tour packages so that the Balasemi and Balasiem tour packages are formed including combining several village tours in Balong Mulyo, Tegal Mulyo, Plawangan. With this activities, it was found that the number of visitors increased 60.25% from 2022 to 2023 and partner income increased 35.25% from 2022 to 2023.
