Abstract

Diaper rash or often called diaper rash is a bright red rash caused by irritation of the skin exposed to urine or feces that lasts a long time under a child's diaper. This study analyzed the relationship between the use of loose powder in the genital area of ​​infants aged 0-9 months to the incidence of diaper rash in PMB Fadilah, Bulukagung Village, Madura. Correlation research, cross sectional, population of 23 infants aged 0-9 months with diaper rash, 23 infants sampled, purposive sampling, observation data collection, checklist measuring instrument, chi square analysis, (0.05). The results of statistical analysis with the chi square test, the results obtained = 0.000 with a level of 0.05 which means = 0.000 <0.05, so there is a relationship between the use of loose powder in the genital area of ​​infants aged 0-9 months to the incidence of diaper rash.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang sangat mempengatuhi terjadinya kematian ibu adalah kemampuan dan keterampilan penolong persalinan. Kemitraan adalah suatu kerjasama yang formal antara individuindividu, kelompok-kelompok atau organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu, ada kesepakatan tentang komitmen dan harapan masing-masing anggota, tentang peninjauan kembali terhadap kesepakatan-kesepakatan yang telah dibuat,dan saling berbagi (sharing ) baik dalam resiko maupun keuntungan yang diperoleh. Kemitraan bidan dan dukun adalah suatu bentuk kerjasama bidan dengan dukun yang saling menguntungkan dengan prinsip keterbukaan, kesetaraan, dan kepercayaan dalam upaya untuk menyelamatkan ibu dan bayi. Kemitraan ini menempatkan bidan sebagai penolong persalinan dan mengalih fungsikan dukun dari penolong persalinan menjadi mitra dalam merawat ibu dan bayi pada masa nifas, yang berdasarkan kesepakatan yang telah dibuat antara bidan dengan dukun, serta melibatkan seluruh unsur/elemen masyarakat yang ada. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dukun sebagai mitra bidan di Posyandu Anyelir Tanah Merah Kabupaten Bangkalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dukun bayi sudah melakukan sebagian perannya pada periode kehamilan dan persalinan. Dukun telah memotivasi ibu hamil untuk memeriksakan kehamilannya ke bidan serta menyarankan ibu hamil untuk melakukan persalinan ke bidan. Namun dukun bayi masih menolong persalinan karena sebagian masyarakat meminta dan memaksa dukun untuk menolong persalinan.

Abstract

Kerek District is a densely populated area where the majority of the people work as traders and fishermen, urban education is still low, the people of Kerek District have middle and high school education, the average population is 67,163 people, consisting of 33,196 male residents. . and 33,967 people are women. In the Kerek area there is 1 health center, 17 villages and 17 posts, where each village has 1 village midwife in each village sub-district who is tasked with monitoring the health of mothers and children so that the number of village midwives follows. number of midwives. Kerek Subdistrict Village includes 17 village midwives and 1 Kerek Community Health Center coordinating midwife whose duties include providing private health services that serve maternal and child health in their work area, but are required to carry out supervision. The problem is that there are incidents of malpractice in Kerek sub-district carried out by midwives on women giving birth which causes harm to the patient, namely the baby dies, so the health sciences faculty collaborates with the IBI Kerek sub-district branch and the Kerek Community Health Center to provide guidance and counseling to all village midwives in Kerek sub-district to improve quality of service to patients with the aim of reducing maternal and infant morbidity and mortality.
