Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the ability of work motivation in optimizing employee commitment and performance, either directly or through job satisfaction mediation.This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data were obtained through questionnaires which were distributed to 35 employees of the Pasuruan City Inspectorate. Empirical evidence shows that work motivation is able to optimize employee performance, either directly or through job satisfaction mediation. However, work motivation is not able to optimize organizational commitment, if it is directly related, but if through job satisfaction mediation, this variable is able to increase organizational commitment supported by descriptions of the four variables, all of which are expected, they feel responsible for their responsibilities, are encouraged to develop their potential. , challenging work, superiors praise well, be part of the family, leave the agency, achievement of performance, and based on the main tasks and functions

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the role of compensation and work ability in encouraging the improvement of Employee Performance of Department Industry and Trade of Pasuruan City. In addition, to obtain empirical evidence of the moderating ability of QRIS e-retribution technology.This type of research is quantitative with the SEM method. The data was obtained through a questionnaire which was distributed to 62 employees of Department Industry and Trade of Pasuruan City.Empirical evidence obtained is that work ability can play a strong role in encouraging employee performance improvement, but compensation cannot. However, if through the moderation of the QRIS e-retribution technology, both work ability and compensation, both play a strong role in improving the Employee Performance of Department Industry and Trade of Pasuruan City. This finding is supported by education that can develop talent, the longer the employee works the more able to understand his duties, the salary is in accordance with the regulations, obtains a pension fund, is able to learn quickly, QRIS increases productivity and enhances work effectiveness

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of competence and workload in encouraging the performance of PAUD teachers, either directly or through compensation mediation. This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data were obtained through questionnaires which were distributed to 62 PAUD teachers in Bululawang District, Malang Regency. Empirical evidence shows that both competency and workload are capable of strongly driving increased PAUD teacher compensation and performance. Meanwhile, the mediation role of compensation is only able to strongly mediate the influence of competence on the performance of PAUD teachers. Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the ability of perceived supervisor support and job insecurity to reduce turnover intention, either directly or through employee engagement mediation. This type of research is quantitative using the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data was obtained through questionnaires which were distributed to 71 contractor/TKJP employees PT PHM's Senipah field (Pertamina Hulu Mahakam). The results obtained indicate the ability of perceived supervisor support to reduce turnover intention, but this is not the case with job insecurity, which is unable to strongly influence turnover intention. Both perceived supervisor support and job insecurity can affect employee engagement. Employee engagement is not able to mediate strongly the effect of perceived supervisor support on turnover intention. However, employee engagement is able to mediate strongly the effect of job insecurity on the turnover intention of contractor/TKJP employees in the PT PHM Senipah field (Pertamina Hulu Mahakam)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of workload and achievement motivation in encouraging increased work productivity, either directly or through the mediation of job satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 80 tellers and CS of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Offices: Brawijaya Branch and Malang Branch. Empirical evidence shows that workload is not able to strongly influence work productivity, but workload has a strong effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, achievement motivation was able to encourage increased job satisfaction and work productivity. The mediation role of job satisfaction is also able to strongly mediate, both the effect of workload on work productivity, as well as the effect of achievement motivation on work productivity Tellers and CS PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Offices: Brawijaya Branch and Malang Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of Work Overload and the Work Environment on Work Stress and Work Productivity, either directly or through the mediation of Work Stress. This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data were obtained through questionnaires which were distributed to 64 employees of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Brawijaya Malang Branch Office. Determination of the sample follows the Slovin formula, then the sample is proportional. Empirical evidence shows that both Work Overload and the Work Environment can strongly influence Work Stress and Work Productivity. Likewise, the mediation role of Work Stress is also strong, both for the influence of Work Overload on Work Productivity, as well as for the influence of the Work Environment on Work Productivity of employees of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Brawijaya Malang Branch Office

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence about the ability of perceived organizational support and self-efficacy in encouraging an increase in organizational citizenship behavior, either directly or through the mediation of organizational commitment. This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data were obtained through questionnaires which were distributed to 86 municipal police officers in Pasuruan City. Empirical findings show that perceived organizational support is not capable of driving an increase in OCB, but is capable of organizational commitment. Likewise, self-efficacy is able to encourage an increase in OCB, but it is not able to increase organizational commitment. The mediating role of organizational commitment is quite strong in the effect of perceived organizational support on OCB, but is unable to play a strong role in the effect of self-efficacy on OCB.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the ability of workload and work conflict to affect employee performance, either directly or through the mediation of work stress. This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data were obtained through questionnaires which were distributed to 35 employees of the Pasuruan City Regional Civil Service Agency. The results obtained indicate that neither workload nor work conflict can affect employee performance, but both can influence work stress. The mediation role of work stress is very strong, because even though workload and work conflict are not able to directly affect employee performance, if through work stress mediation, both are able to influence the performance of employees of the Pasuruan City Regional Personnel Agency. This shows that work stress can act as a strong mediation.
