Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Tinjauan Hukum Perlindungan Konsumen Terhadap Perjanjian Kredit Bank. Tujuan penelitian ini yang pertama ; untuk mengetahui dan memahami klausula eksonerasi dalam perjanjian kredit bank yang bertentangan dengan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen ; kedua Untuk dapat mengetahui sejauh mana upaya hukum perlindungan konsumen terkait dengan klausula eksonerasi perjanjian kredit bank. Hasil penelitian: pertama; Ketentuan manakah dalam klausula eksonerasi dalam perjanjian kredit bank yang bertentangan dengan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen, yaitu Perjanjian kredit bank merupakan perjanjian sepihak oleh bank, nasabah tinggal menandatangani dokumen/ formulir yang sudah dibuat dan dirancang formatnya oleh bank. Yang mana didalam perjanjian kredit bank tersebut terdapat klausula-klausula yang memberatkan konsumen. Serta terdapat klausula eksonerasi yang mana didalamnya pihak bank membebaskan kewajibannya atau menghapus sama sekali kewajibannya. Dan klausula- klausula baku perjanjian kredit bank yang bertentangan dengan Undang- Undang Perlindungan Konsumen khususnya pada pasal 18 yang memuat larangan terhadap larangan klausula baku atau klausula eksonerasi tersebut. Pengawasan dan penegakan hukum terhadap pelanggaran klausula baku sebagaimana diatur dalam undang- undang perlindungan konsumen juga sampai sekarang belum dilaksanakan. Kedua: Upaya Hukum bagaimanakah yang dapat dilakukan untuk melindungi konsumen terkait dengan klausula eksonerasi dalam perjanjian kredit bank tersebut, Upaya Hukum Perlindungan Konsumen Terkait dengan Klausula Eksonerasi Perjanjian Kredit Bank selain dapat dilakukan melalui penerapan pasal 18 Undang-Undang No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen juga dapat dilakukan sesuai dengan kebijakan Bank Indonesia. Yang mana Bank indonesia meningkatkan perlindungan terhadap kepentingan nasabah dalam berhubungan dengan bank. Bank Indonesia telah menetapkan upaya perlindungan nasabah sebagai salah satu pilar dalam Arsitektur Perbankan Indonesia (API) . Agar kepercayaan dari masyarakat itu harus tetap terjaga. Serta Keberadaan independen ini akan memberikan manfaat baik bagi nasabah maupun bank khususnya dalam perjanjian kredit bank di indonesia. Abstract

Organizational communication in Kampung Adat Cireundeu is one of the important things for disseminating information effectively through Pokdarwis. Pokdarwis does not have knowledge and experience regarding Organizational Communication skills, so they do not understand how to communicate based on the organizational hierarchy, for example to superiors, to subordinates, internally and externally. This research aims to strengthen, deepen and effectiveness the Pokdarwis communication function. The method used is a case study through community service activities. Based on the research results, the Pokdarwis Organizational Communication capability has characteristics and uniqueness compared to formal Organizational Communication in companies, government, business and so on. They have conceptual/theoretical Organizational Communication Capabilities but technically operationally they have two philosophies of local wisdom that differentiate them from other organizations.

Abstract

As a business that relies on human mobility, the tourism sector has proven to be severely affected by the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. The paralysis of tourism both nationally and globally as a result of the lockdown policy in various countries and the Large-Scale Social Restriction (LSSR) policy in Indonesia affects the operations of tourism businesses. This has raised high anxiety for Tourism Human Resources about the future of the tourism business. This research discusses culture shock, adaptation, and self-concept of Tourism Human Resources in welcoming the new normal era from a communication perspective, both related to intercultural communication, interpersonal communication, and self-concept as part of communication psychology. This research used a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, field observations, and document study through WhatsApp messages in several professional association groups, webinars, and mass media. The key informants in the research were 14 people as primary data and more than 200 members of the WhatsApp group “Housekeepers Jabar” as secondary data. The results of this research showed that Tourism Human Resources suffered from a culture shock and reached its lowest point in March to mid-April, but rose slowly from late April to June. There are three very stressful aspects of their life, consisting of cultural, social, and economic aspects. Cultural and social aspects are relatively easier to overcome, but the economic aspects are the most impactful because it concerns the sustainability of their life and their families. The period of awareness in the adaptation process is a period of struggle, creativity, and action so that many of them switch professions to run online businesses. This period is still ongoing and it is not known how long it will end. Positive self-concept plays an important role in a person’s success in adapting to survive because it helps a person to be resilient, patient, courageous, and creative in finding solutions in facing challenges thus opening up greater opportunities to successfully solve the problems.

Abstract

Visiting tourist villages has become an alternative tourism trend favored by both domestic and international tourists. This trend is driven by tourists’ desire to gain new experiences and discover unique and distinctive natural and cultural attractions. Cireundeu Traditional Village is an increasingly visited destination, especially by students, university students, and academics. The management of these tourist villages is based on community involvement, known as Community-Based Tourism (CBT), where the participation of the local community is essential. This research aims to explore and analyze how the organizational communication of the Pokdarwis (Tourism Awareness Group) is carried out with mentors, fellow administrators, and the community in the context of managing the Cireundeu Traditional Village. The research seeks to identify communication patterns, obstacles, and the effectiveness of the communication strategies implemented. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data was collected through participatory observation and in-depth interviews with members of the Pokdarwis, mentors, administrators, and local community members. Data analysis was conducted thematically to identify key patterns and themes in organizational communication based on local wisdom. The results show that Pokdarwis’ organizational communication is mostly acquired autodidactically. They can effectively understand and implement organizational communication functions and flows based on local wisdom. The Pokdarwis can communicate vertically, horizontally, and diagonally with mentors, fellow administrators, and the community. They can also express ideas and views, inform, empathize, and coordinate in the management of the Cireundeu Traditional Village. The organizational communication behavior of the Pokdarwis is based on local wisdom communication traditions, which include the principles of mutual learning, caring, nurturing, and sharing. It also involves relational foundations such as compassion for others, respect for lineage, etiquette, courteous behavior, and self-control.
