Abstract

The number of Covid-19 cases is still increasing. This is due to a lack of discipline in complying with health protocols. Knowledge is something that affects the creation of compliance. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between knowledge about Covid-19 and obedience to do health protocols among non-health faculty students at Harapan Bangsa University. This type of research is quantitative with a cross - sectional approach. The sampling method used a total sampling of 122 students of the Non-Health Faculty, Universitas Harapan Bangsa. Data collected by online distributing questionnaires using a google form. The results of the study obtained the value of Sig. 2-tailed is 0.000 (p-value > 0.005), meaning that there is a correlation between knowledge of Covid-19 and obedience to health protocols among non-health faculty students at Universitas Harapan Bangsa. The Correlation Coefficient value is 0.568, which means that the correlation is included in the type of moderate relationship strength. This research is expected to be an illustration for students about the relationship between knowledge and obedience with health protocols so that students are expected to be more concerned about preventing Covid-19.

Abstract

Perineal laceration is a tear that occurs when a baby is born either spontaneously or by using tools or procedures. This tear occurs in almost all primiparas. Healing of laceration wounds is by implementing vulva hygiene and consuming chicken eggs. Birth data at the Susukan 1 Banjarnegara CommunityHealth Center, the number of births was 11 mothers gave birth and 6 of them received perineal lacerations, grade 2 lacerations, mothers complained of pain in the perineal area causing difficulties. defecation (defecation), fear of mobilization, and lack of knowledge which believes that culture is hereditary due to the myth of taboos for postpartum mothers who are not allowed to eat fishy food such as eggs. This method uses a subsidence scale instrument and a knowledge questionnaire, the number of respondents used is 5 respondents whoexperienced grade II perineal lacerations at the Susukan 1 Banjarnegara Community Health Center. The average perineal laceration of postpartum mothers was grade II as many as 5 respondents and the age of the five respondents was 20-33 years with the previous average condition of the woundas seen by the reeda score being 3, experiencing increased wound healing after the application of vulva hygiene and consumption of chicken eggs for 5 consecutive days became a score of 0 with an average decrease of 2.4 and the knowledge of the five respondents increased to good after the application of vulva hygiene and consumption of chicken eggs. The conclusion of this case study was that vulva hygiene and Consuming chicken eggs is effective in healingperineal lacerations

Abstract

Perdarahan adalah suatu kondisi dimana darah berlebih keluar dari pembuluh darah akibat kerusakan pembuluh darah. Kabupaten Banyumas dikenal sebagai daerah dengan frekuensi kejadian cedera tertinggi, tercatat sebanyak 4.058 kejadian. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dirancang untuk memperluas pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memberikan pertolongan pertama untuk menghentikan perdarahan. Program ini melibatkan 30 peserta dari PMR MAN 1 Banyumas. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi penilaian pengetahuan pre-test dan post-test dan demonstrasi menggunakan lembar ceklis. Metode edukasi yaitu penyuluhan dan ceramah dan metode keterampilan yaitu dilakukan dengan cara mendemosrtrasikan, sedangkan media yang digunakan power point,video dan leaflet. Hasil analisis data dengan distribusi frekuensi SPSS menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta. Sebelum edukasi, terdapat 17 peserta (57%) dengan tingkat pengetahuan cukup, dan setelah edukasi, meningkat menjadi 27 peserta (90%) dengan kategori pengetahuan baik, dengan kenaikan pengetahuan sebesar 21,33%. Keterampilan siswa juga menunjukkan hasil yang cukup signifikan hal ini di tandai dengan ketegori tarampil 73,3%. Kegiatan PkM pertolongan pertama tatalaksana menghentikan perdarahan secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan peserta, dengan mayoritas peserta mencapai tingkat yang baik setelahan penyuluhan. Namun untuk keterampilan (skills) mayoritas peserta, yaitu lebih dari dua pertiga, memiliki keterampilan yang memadai atau baik. Hanya sekitar seperempat dari total peserta yang dianggap kurang terampil. Menunjukkan peningkatan berdasarkan hasil dari presentase pre-test, post-test dan keterampilan yang telah dilakukan.   Hemorrhage is a condition where excess blood comes out of the blood vessels due to damage to the blood vessels. This community service is designed to expand knowledge and skills in providing first aid to stop bleeding. This program involved 30 participants from PMR MAN 1 Banyumas. The methods used in this community service include pre-test and post-test knowledge assessment and demonstration using a checklist sheet. The educational method is counseling and lectures and the skill method is done by demonstrating, while the media used are power point, video and leaflet. The results of data analysis with SPSS frequency distribution showed an increase in participants' knowledge. Before education, there were 17 participants (57%) with a moderate level of knowledge, and after education, it increased to 27 participants (90%) with a good knowledge category, with an increase in knowledge of 21.33%. Students' skills also showed significant results, marked by 73.3% skilled category. PkM activities for first aid management to stop bleeding significantly increased the knowledge of participants, with the majority of participants reaching a good level after counseling. However, for skills, the majority of participants, more than two-thirds, had adequate or good skills. Only about a quarter of the total participants were considered less skilled. Showing improvement based on the results of the pre-test, post-test and skills percentages that have been conducted.
