Analisis Framing Media Online Hidayatullah Berita Pro Kontra RUU P-KS Periode 25-29 September 2019 Arning Susilawati; Moch. Subechi Nurcahyo

The issue of the Draft Law on the Elimination of Sexual Violence (RUU P-KS) was hot again when Bambang Soesatyo (Chairman of the 2014-2019 DPR) stated that the bill would still contain pros and cons. The attitude of the mainstream media tends to show the side of why the P-KS Bill deserves to be passed. Meanwhile, the Islamic media strongly reject the ratification of the bill because it is not in accordance with the norms and religions that apply in Indonesia. Hidayatullah.com as a media based on Islam, of course, will display the news point of view as the ideology of the media. This study aims to determine the pros and cons of the P-KS Bill in the Daring Hidayatullah.com media for the period 25-29 September 2019. The analytical method used is Framing Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki, by looking at the four elements, namely syntax (how to) . compiling fact reports), scripts (how to report facts), thematic (how to write news), and rhetorical (how journalists write facts) on news with the discussion of the P-KS Bill on Hidayatullah.com. The results of research from Hidayatullah.com show an attitude towards the 2014-2019 DPR RI plan to ratify the P-KS Bill. Hidayatullah.com has also met the requirements for completeness of news (5W+1H), but has not met the requirements of what, who, and why. On the theme, Hidayatullah.com is related to the reasons or parties who reject the ratification of the P-KS Bill. In fact, Hidayatullah.com uses the image "Reject the P-KS Bill" as a form of the P-KS Bill.

Sumber Makmur Farmers Group located in Warugunung Flats Block Manyar B RT.4 / RW.3 Surabaya is a farmer group engaged in hydroponic-based horticultural crops, mostly dominated by housewives aged between 40-50 years. They use hydroponics as a side business to fulfill their needs. This Farmer Group still uses conventional marketing methods such as selling directly in the market or to certain agents, so that its marketing reach is relatively narrow and does not develop and is less ogled by the company. Based on the results of the survey, it was decided that group 11 would help Sumber Makmur Farmers Group to solve their capital problems with the right branding strategy to find potential investors.

The acceleration of digital transformation in the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) sector is the government's big target and plan until 2024. In its growth, SMEs must become one of the main driving wheels in economic development and development. SMEs must carry out financial management. In the era of sophisticated technology, everything is done manually, can be solved digitally, for example recording and bookkeeping using bookkeeping applications. So it is necessary to implement a Digital Entrepreneurship Academy (DEA) training program for Digital Financial Management. The implementation method by providing training with an offline class curriculum of 2 days 13 Hours Meeting with the results of providing new insights and understanding for participants to be able to compete globally in their respective business sectors. It was explained that 95% of the participants considered that the material was relevant to the problems faced by the participants and the benefits of the training could be judged to have a decent level of sustainability to continue to be implemented.

Fotografi kini semakin populer seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan teknologi. Foto jurnalistik memiliki kekuatan untuk menjembatani keterbatasan bahasa. Lewat foto, seseorang dapat bercerita mengenai suatu peristiwa, kegiatan, ekspresi, atau bahkan berbagi gagasan kepada orang lain. Dalam dunia jurnalistik, foto merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat penting. Karena selain sebagai pelengkap berita, foto juga sebagai salah satu daya tarik bagi para peminatnya. Kejadian fenomenal pun dapat direkam melalui foto atau fotografi jurnalistik. Salah satu pewarta foto Indonesia yang memenangkan penghargaan dari Anugerah Pewarta Fotografi Indonesia kategori People in The News tahun 2020 yaitu Kristianto Purnomo, dengan karya berjudul “Eksepsi Ditolak”. Dengan mengungkap makna denotasi, konotasi, dan mitos menurut Roland Barthes yang terkandung dalam foto karya Kristianto Purnomo. Dari data yang dikaji melalui semiotika Roland Barthes, diperoleh beberapa hasil, yaitu: makna denotasi yang memberikan gambaran seorang aktivis Papua yang menjalani persidangan di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat. Untuk analisis konotasi, menunjukan keberanian untuk mengungkap jati diri dari seorang terdakwa yang menjalani persidangan. Pada mitos, foto yang ditampilkan menunjukan seorang terdakwa di persidangan menyampaikan pesan tentang perlawanan terhadap rasisme yang sedang terjadi.
