Abstract

Mamah Factory Nusantara merupakan salah satu UMKM oleh-oleh kuliner yang bergerak di bidang roti dan kue kering dengan sertifikat halal nomor: 04 20 003461 0121 yang berlokasi di Komp. Ruko Papa Mama Residence 1, Blok B No. 07, Batam Centre. Produk yang dijual oleh Mamah Factory Nusantara yaitu Pancake durian, gold cake serta brownies durian dan luti gendang. Dampak dari pandemi Covid-19 secara signifikan menurunkan penjualan dan produktivitas Mamah Factory Nusantara, sehingga diperlukan media promosi untuk membantu meningkatkan penjualan Mamah Factory secara signifikan. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan mengunakan metode MDLC untuk membuat video promosi produk Mamah Factory Nusantara. Video promosi yang dibuat diharapkan dapat membantu menaikkan penjualan produk untuk Mamah Factory Nusantara.

Abstract

As a type of fraud, corruption is a widespread global problem that adversely affects political stability, economic performance, and community integration. Corruption during a pandemic is very fatal, especially that involves public society, for example, in the case of Juliari Batubara. This study aims to analyze and interpret the corruption case related to the social assistance fund in COVID-19. This study uses a qualitative analysis method with a study case approach. This study uses secondary data obtained through books, journal articles, and websites. Study case analysis consists of categories of frauds, profile of victims, profile of fraudsters, motivation of fraudsters, impact of fraud, and fraud detection strategies, tools, and methods. Corruption can be detected through the KPK's whistleblowing system, such as JAGA and KWS. The results of this study are to provide implications, both theoretical and managerial. The theoretical implications of this research are to increase understanding of types of fraud, victim profiles, perpetrator profiles and motivations, impacts, and fraud detection. The managerial implications of this research are to analyze and identify elements related to fraud that occurred in Indonesia, namely the COVID-19 social assistance corruption case, as a reference for attention and improvement.

Abstract

TikTok merupakan aplikasi media sosial yang sangat popular dan digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk berinteraksi secara sosial dan mengisi produktivitas sehari-hari dengan memiliki jumlah pengguna TikTok sebesar 30,7 juta. Pada saat ini banyak anak remaja yang seringkali mengikuti perkembangan jaman sehingga perilaku remaja memiliki rasa hedonisme dan konfusianisme meningkat. TikTok sangat membantu masyarakat mendapatkan berbagai informasi yang positif namun banyak juga hal negatif dari TikTok yang tidak disadari oleh kalangan masyarakat. Dengan permasalahan tersebut maka dibuatlah sebuah video pendek yang berjudul “FAKE” untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang dampak negatif dari TikTok. Dalam Penelitian ini penulis menggunakan aplikasi Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 untuk memproses editing video pendek yang berjudul “FAKE”. Metode yang digunakan oleh penelitian ini adalah ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implement and Evaluation) dengan metode mengumpulkan data penilaian terhadap video yang telah diunggah ke youtube melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan google form. Kuesioner ini disebarkan ke 50 responden yang berdomisili Kota Batam untuk mengetahui pendapat dari responden mengenai video pendek yaitu “FAKE”. Hasil tersebut bersifat positif dan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian masyarakat masih memiliki kesadaran terhadap dampak penggunakan media sosial TikTok.

Smaller size business tends to record their business transaction improperly. The absence of a correct financial statement may affect the decision-making of business owners and the company's future. Asak Salon is a service business without a systemized accounting recording system. This research aims to design an accounting recording and financial reporting system for Asak Salon with Microsoft Access. Primary data collection was by observation and interview. The output of the research is an accounting recording system to input transactions and produce financial statements for the business. The system can assist the business owner in recording transactions and generating financial statements to show business performance in the period. The business owner may use the financial statement as a basis in decision-making for business development in the future.
