Abstract

Kesadaran hukum dapat diartikan sebagai kesadaran seseorang atau suatu kelompok masyarakat kepada aturan-aturan atau hukum yang berlaku. Terdapat faktor yang mempengaruhi kesadaran hukum yaitu: pengetahuan seseorang terhadap kesadaran hukum, pengakuan terhadap ketentuan hukum, penghargaan terhadap ketentuan hukum, pengakuan terhadap hukum, penataan terhadap ketentuan hukum. Masih banyak masyarakat yang melanggar hukum terutama pelajar. Dalam hal ini, membangun kesadaran hukum sejak dini sangat diperlukan dalam upaya pencegahan yang bisa dimulai dari lingkungan sekolah.(Suryaningsih, 2020) Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode kualitatif yaitu pengumpulan dan analisis data. Setelah itu kelompok penulis menerapkan metode pendidikan masyarakat dengan sosialisasi kepada mitra kelompok penulis agar lebih dekat dengan mitra sehingga bisa mengetahui kurangnya kesadaran terhadap hukum lalu lintas. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara daring melalui aplikasi Zoom Meeting. Hasil sosialisasi ini menunjukkan masih banyak siswa/i yang tidak menaati peraturan lalu lintas dengan tidak memakai helm dan lain sebagainya, serta kurangnya akan edukasi kesadaran hukum lalu lintas di lingkungan sekolah. Dengan demikian mereka bisa mendapatkan wawasan baru terhadap hukum lalu lintas.(Hasibuan, 2014) Kelompok penulis berharap kegiatan ini terus dilaksanakan atau di tingkatkan lagi sehingga banyak masyarakat yang sadar akan pentingnya hukum lalu lintas, dan dapat sama sama belajar untuk menciptakan gerakan yang positif dan mengedukasi.

Abstract

Burger King from its name alone makes you know that this company operates in the culinary sector, which is the point of its name, namely burgers, which are definitely the main menu of its name. Currently, there are many companies and individuals who sell this food, one of which is Burger King. Burger King was first founded in Miami, Florida, America. Currently, Burger King has almost 19,247 branches throughout the world and 31 branches in all cities in Indonesia. Burger King has a variety of very interesting menu variants, not only burgers but also fried chicken, potatoes, and various other menus that are no less delicious than their burgers. Burger King also makes package menus containing potatoes and drinks too, but we as consumers can also buy certain foods that we want. Burger King also often creates special menus that are only released at certain moments or collaborates with other food brands which makes it even more attractive to consumers. In Indonesia itself, Burger King has also included its company in online applications such as Gofood, Grab, and others. Burger King fans are not only adults but all groups, from children to the elderly, love this food.

Abstract

This research explores the urgency of talent acquisition and onboarding in the food and beverage industry in the era of globalization and technology. The success of this industry relies on effective talent recruitment strategies to maintain competitiveness. The focus involves identifying individuals with technical skills. Onboarding is necessary for the swift integration of new employees with a deep understanding of the industry, food safety, and skill training. This strategy encompasses technical aspects, cultural values of the company, and adaptability to market changes. Using a descriptive analytical and qualitative approach, the study finds that this strategy not only supports short-term growth but also plays a key role in sustaining long-term competitiveness. The article provides practical insights for companies to design and implement effective talent acquisition and onboarding processes in this industry.
