Abstract

This study examines how the village credit institution implements the local wisdom of Sad Kerthi in the form of the vision of "Nangun Sad Kerthi Loka Bali" and how the vision can help maintain the existence of LPD in the future. This phenomenon is important to study considering the magnitude of the benefits that can be given by the Village Credit Institution for the development and development of the rural economy sector. This research was conducted using qualitative methods, as well as data analysis techniques using interactive analysis techniques, and data collection techniques in the study through interviews, observation, and documentation. This research was conducted at 9 LPD in Buleleng Regency. This study found that the implementation of local wisdom of Sad Kerthi in LPD, of the six concepts of the existing Local Wisdom, 4 concept of local wisdom Sad Kerthi could already be well implemented by LPD. And the local wisdom of Sad Kerthi in the form of the vision was able to contribute to the sustainability of the LPD through conservation of custom villages and was able to create a sturdy economic pattern within the scope of traditional villages, and this economic pattern would also help maintain LPD's existence through sustainable performance results. The results of this study were able to contribute to all village credit institutions in the province of Bali as an effort to maintain its existence

Abstract

The main factors of the success of an organization that HR provides are extra behavior and effectiveness in work. Extra behavior from human resources is needed by organizations to be able to help encourage the progress of an organization and this extra behavior is called Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study aims to analyse the implementation of organizational citizenship behavior of family members of the Joger Words Factory. The literature used in this study consists of two theories, namely social exchange theory and Organizational Citizenship Behavior.  The research focus plays an important role for researchers to make it easier to conduct research, with the aim of limiting studies in research conducted, especially on research objects so that the discussion does not expand and focus on research topics. There are three data collection techniques carried out in data collection in this study, namely: documentation interviews and observations. The selection of informants is carried out using the snowball sampling method. Testing the validity of the data in this study uses the triangulation method, which is a data examination method that utilizes something else in comparing the results of the interview with the object of the study. The triangulation used in this study includes source triangulation. The data analysis technique used in this study is interactive analysis. This model has 4 components of analysis, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Implementation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Family Members Factory Joger’s words is seen from five indicators including Altruism, Conscientiousness, Courtesys, Sportsmanship and Civic Virtue.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan sejak 1 Juli 2022 sampai dengan 31 Agustus 2022. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, merupakan kegiatan Praktik Kerja Lapangan yang disertai dengan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Dilapangan, pihak UD Sari Bambu menyatakan sering terjadi salah perhitungan omset, karena pencatatan dan proses perhitungannya masih menggunakan metode manual dan menggunakan kertas. Selain itu, ketika observasi tim pelaksana menemukan catatan tersebut ditulis dengan tidak rapi. Menyikapi permasalahan tersebut, tim pelaksana memberikan pelatihan pencatatan keuangan secara sederhana disesuaikan dengan kemampuan karyawan, dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan langsung oleh mahasiswa dan didampingi oleh dosen yang bertugas. Adapun capaian yang diperoleh ialah, pencatatan yang awalnya manual, kurang rapi dan memiliki risiko kesalahan yang tinggi, saat ini sudah lebih baik. Proses perhitungan sudah lebih mudah dan minimalisasi kesalahan meski hanya menggunakan pencatatan yang sederhana.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali informasi secara lebih mendalam terkait eksistensi prilaku cyberloafing di tengah pandemic covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi, dengan informan sebanyak 6 orang yang terdiri dari 3 orang karyawan dan 3 orang mahasiswa yang dipilih menggunakan Teknik Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa prilaku cyberloafing di UNDIKNAS telah terjadi dalam beberapa kegiatan karyawan seperti mengakses platform media sosial, platform video sharing, private messaging, situs berita online, dan game online. Tindakan tersebut berdampak pada peningkatan kreatifitas karyawan, khususnya karyawan di bidang information Technology serta penurunan tingkat stress kerja. Kata Kunci : Cyberloafing, Kinerja Karyawan, Pengguna Teknologi

Abstract

The business sector at this time has severe challenges, due to the lack of income earned which gives a threat to the sustainability of a business. At this time the company leader is expected to be able to apply the right leadership and is expected to be able to encourage employees to contribute more. The purpose of this study is to examine the Empowering Leadership model in optimization in the New normal Era in one of the business fields engaged in the sale of food and beverage products, namely Envy Restaurant. This study uses qualitative and quantitative types of data, using data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants in this study were 6 people chosen using purposive sampling techniques. The results of this study found that leaders at Envy Restaurant implemented empowerment to employees in the form of support that was seen from certain aspects such as employee motivation, trust and self-efficacy

Abstract

Abstract During the Covid-19 pandemic, there were many problems that occurred, one of which was credit problems. With this problem, the government takes steps to help the community, namely the government issued a credit relaxation policy. This credit relaxation is a loan of credit requirements, both financial and non-financial requirements to provide convenience to bank customers. The purpose of this study is to measure the readiness of the Jimbaran LPD in responding to credit relaxation policies. In this study using qualitative and quantitative types of data, using data collection techniques through the process of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study are based on data analysis, it can be concluded that Jimbaran LPD has been able to apply this credit relaxation policy, LPD Jimbaran imposed a credit interest cut of 0.1%, providing an easing in credit payments which during the Pandemic Covid-19 Credit is allowed to only pay the interest interest only.   Keywords : Credit issues, credit relaxation policies

Abstract

ABSTRAKPengabdian pendampingan aplikasi sistem Lamikro pada UD. Wayan Suarningsih merupakan salah satu bentuk program pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui program PKL (Praktik Kerja Lapangan) yang dilaksanakan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Satya Dharma. Selain memperoleh pengalaman dunia kerja, mahasiswa juga diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi terhadap usaha tersebut. Tentunya didampingi oleh dosen yang berkompeten dibidangnya, sesuai dengan kendala yang dihadapi oleh mitra. Pendampingan secara intensif dilaksanakan sejak tanggal 11 Juli 2022 sampai dengan 31 Agustus 2022. Kendala yang dihadapi ialah tidak adanya pencatatan arus kas meski hanya sederhana pada UD. Wayan Suarningsih. Berdasarkan kendala tersebut, tim pelaksana yang terdiri dari dosen dan mahasiswa berkolaborasi melakukan pendampingan aplikasi Lamikro. Aplikasi Lamikro mempermudah pencatatan arus kas, karena proses inputnya yang mudah hanya melalui smartphone.ABSTRACService for assisting the Lamicro system application at UD. Wayan Suarningsih is a form of community service program through the PKL (Field Work Practice) program implemented by the Satya Dharma College of Economics. In addition to gaining experience in the world of work, students are also expected to be able to contribute to the business. Of course accompanied by lecturers who are competent in their fields, in accordance with the constraints faced by partners. Intensive assistance was carried out from 11 July 2022 to 31 August 2022. The obstacle faced was that there was no record of cash flows, even though it was only simple at UD. Wayan Suarningsih. Based on these obstacles, the implementation team consisting of lecturers and students collaborated to assist the Lamikro application. The Lamikro application makes it easier to record cash flows, because the input process is easy only via a smartphone.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility berbasis kearifan loka Tri Hita Karana dalam menciptaka kinerja organisasi di LPD Sekabupaten Buleleng dengan variabel good corporate governance sebagai variabel interveningnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dan menggunakan angket untuk Teknik pengumpulan datanya. Teknik analisis data  menggunakan SEM-PLS. Sampel dalam penelitan ini sebanyak 40 LPD yang ada di kabupaten Buleleng, nilai T-tabel pada penelitian ini menggunaka  taraf signifikan ? = 0,05 dan degree of freedom (df) = 40 adalah 1,687. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan judgment sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa semua hipotesis diterima dan berpengaruh positif signifikan, diantaranya CSR berbasis kearifan lokal THK terhadap GCG dengan nilai (9,156>1,687), GCG terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan nilai (4,071>1,687), serta CSR berbasis THK terhadap kinerja organisasi menghasilkan nilai (9,982>1,687).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap atau menyingkap implementasi budaya organisasi berbasis tri hita karana dalam menciptakan sustainability competitive advantage pada hotel ayung resort. penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. jenis data yang digunakan ialah data primer dan sekunder, pemilihan informan pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, analisis data yang digunakan ialah teknik analisis data interaktif oleh miles dan huberman. teknik keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan teknik triangulasi teknik. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengimplementasian kearifan lokal tri hita karana pada budaya organisasi di hotel ayung resort sudah diimplementasikan secara maksimal, baik dari konsep prahyangan, pawongan dan palemahan, hal tersebut mampu berdampak terhadap kinerja yang dihasilkan, dan dari kinerja yang dihasilkan berdampak terhadap eksistensi atau daya saing yang dimiliki oleh hotel ayung resort

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to gather information related to the contribution of job training, financial compensation, and work discipline to employee performance at PT. Bayu Jaya Kusuma Bali. The sample in this study were 54 samples. The analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test, f test and determination analysis. This study obtained the results of H1 obtaining a t value of 4,670 with a p-value of 0.000 <alpha = 0.05, which identified a significant positive effect related to job training variables on employee performance.. H2 obtained a t value of 4,404 and a p-value of 0.000 <alpha = 0.05, which indicates that there is a significant positive effect of financial compensation on employee performance. H3 has a t-value of 3,197 and a p-value of 0.002 <alpha = 0.05, which indicates a positive and significant effect of the work discipline variable on employee performance. H4 has an F value of 70,708 and a p-value of 0.000 <alpha = 0.05, which identifies a positive and significant effect between job training, work compensation, work discipline on employee performance.
