Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT AK,Tbk Jakarta Selatan. Manfaat penelitian ini yaitu memberikan informasi mengenai motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT AK,Tbk Jakarta Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT AK,Tbk Jakarta Selatan dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dan didapat sampel sebanyak 92 orang. Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Regresi Linear Sederhana, Uji Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji Koefisien Korelasi, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, dan Hipotesis. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan observasi. Hasil uji t terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan  dengan nilai t hitung > ttabel atau 2,213 > 1,987 dan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. dengan nilai t hitung > ttabel atau 7,358 > 1,987. Hasil uji f variabel motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan  dengan  nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau 27,637> 3,10.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how much positive and significant influence the work environment and work motivation have on the performance of Satpol PP employees and Subdistricts in the North Bambu City Region, West Jakarta, partially or simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative with a descriptive quantitative approach. The population used in this research were 80 employees of the Satpol PP and North Bambu City District, West Jakarta; the sample used was 60 employees. Data testing uses multiple linear regression tests. The research results show that the Work Environment variable partially and significantly affects the Employee Performance variable. The work motivation variable has a partial and significant effect on employee performance. Work Environment and Work Motivation variables simultaneously and significantly influence employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Tangerang Selatan City Office of Industry and Trade. The method used is an associative quantitative approach with data collection through direct observation and questionnaires during June–July 2023. The independent variables include work discipline and motivation, while employee performance is the dependent variable. The analysis results show that work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.307. Motivation also shows a significant positive effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.473. Simultaneously, work discipline and motivation contribute significantly to employee performance, with an F value of 125.716. This study highlights the importance of strengthening work discipline and motivation to improve employee productivity. Recommendations include optimizing human resource management through the provision of incentives, training, and performance recognition to support the achievement of the institution's strategic goals.
