Abstract

 Divorce is the end of a marriage. Divorce is the severance of the relationship between husband and wife, caused by the failure of the husband or wife in carrying out the obligations of their respective roles. Divorce is understood as the end of marital instability between husband and wife who then live separately and are legally recognized under applicable law. The dynamics of life in the household sphere are increasingly complex, while married couples are required to face these conditions with all the efforts that can be mobilized by both parties. Conflicts that arise from efforts to resolve problems when they are not resolved and resolved will disturb and result in disharmony in the husband-and-wife relationship. As a result of this condition, quarrels often arise which in the end make them feel that their marriage is not as expected and feel disappointed. To overcome this disappointment, husband and wife must negotiate, if the negotiation is successful then the husband-and-wife relationship will improve, on the contrary if the husband and wife do not negotiate then it is possible for the marriage to be destroyed or divorced. The objectives of this community service activity are increased knowledge and understanding of student participants about Divorce on Family Perspective, and good attitude when finished delivering the material. The method used is to provide an understanding of the participants regarding the divorce on family perspective so that participants can apply it in society. After the counseling there was an understanding of the meaning of Divorce on Family Perspective for each participant and increasing the knowledge and understanding of participants at the Faculty of Psychology, Potential Utama University in understanding the material given in the counseling that has been held with the theme Giving Psychoeducation "Divorce on Family Perspective" to Psychology Students at the Potential Utama University.

Abstract

In the maximum work process, every organization strives to produce the ultimate goal with organizational progress driven by workers in the organization. This progress is driven by the work enthusiasm possessed by members of the organization. Employee morale is also influenced by the relationship between employees, organizational culture and work environment. A good relationship between employees, namely fellow employees, can be a good driver or motivation for other employees regarding producing good work achievements. The physical work environment also fundamentally has an impact on employee morale where the conditions of the work environment that support each job will be able to trigger high morale, in practice the completeness or infrastructure that is qualified and supportive can create a motivation to be able to complete a job with high enthusiasm. Every agency always strives so that the performance of its employees can continue to be improved, for this reason, organizations need to find solutions to develop employee morale. This is important because with work enthusiasm, it will encourage employees to work better and more productively, so that organizational goals can be achieved. In this study, the results obtained from human relations and the physical work environment affect work enthusiasm either partially or simultaneously and have a coefficient of determination of 53% for work enthusiasm influenced by human relations and the physical work environment.

Abstract

Keluarga yang saling menghargai, menghormati dan saling support adalah dambaan kita semua. Dan rumah merupakan tempat yang begitu aman dan nyaman untuk menjadi tempat tinggal kita bersama anggota keluarga. Namun enggak semua dari kita beruntung bisa mendapat hal-hal tersebut. Sejak masa anak-anak, remaja atau sudah berumah tangga, sebagian dari kita berada dalam keluarga yang malah membuatnya terhambat berkembang. Terjebak dalam lingkungan pasif yang menuntut begitu banyak hal untuk dijalani. Namun ya namanya kehidupan memang tidak selalu berjalan mulus seperti keinginan kita. Ada saja masalah yang terjadi, ada saja hambatan yang harus kita atasi. Apalagi dengan orang-orang yang paling dekat dengan kita, yaitu keluarga. Mulai dari masalah yang wajar, hingga yang tidak sehat. Dalam keluarga itu, berbagai macam masalah pasti akan terjadi, mulai dari pasangan suami istri, anak dengan orang tua, dan dengan saudara. Namun jika masalah yang terjadi terus menerus tanpa adanya solusi, yang membuat kita cemas, sedih, dan marah setiap memikirkannya. Bahkan membuat kita merasa harus mengurangi interaksi dan komunikasi dengan keluarga. Sehingga berada di luar rumah adalah pilihan yang tepat, untuk mencari kenyamanan di luar rumah. Hal tersebut menandakan bahwa kita sedang berada dalam keluarga yang beracun, atau biasa disebut toxic family. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah : 1. Sejauh mana keluarga memandang toxic relationship family?, 2) Bagaimana kemampuan keluarga dalam menimbulkan keluarga yang sehat? 3) Bagaimana kemampuan keluarga menciptakan keluarga yang harmonis? 4) Bagaimana hubungan aksi reaksi dan komunikasi antar anggota keluarga?. Metode yang dilakukan adalah a. Meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta mahasiswa dan mahasiswi tentang Mengenali “Toxic Relationship” Dalam Keluarga Di Universitas Potensi Utama, b. Sikap yang baik ketika selesai penyampaian materi tersebut.. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari kegiatan penyuluhan ini adalah, 1) Setelah penyuluhan adanya pemahaman mengenai makna dari “Mengenali “Toxic Relationship” Dalam Keluarga Di Universitas Potensi Utama didalam keluarga pada setiap peserta. Meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta di Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Potensi Utama dalam memahami materi yang diberikan pada penyuluhan yang sudah diadakan dengan tema “Mengenali “Toxic Relationship” Dalam Keluarga Di Universitas Potensi Utama.
