Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to analyze the influence of Motivation, Work Experience, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Anugerah Nusa Jaya Karya Palembang. The research involved 35 employees who simultaneously served as the population and sample. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software for data analysis. The results of this study indicate that Motivation, Work Experience, and Work Discipline have an impact on Employee Performance. Hypothesis testing was conducted using SPSS output tables with a significance level of 0.05. Based on the hypothesis testing results, the Motivation variable (X1) was found to partially influence Employee Performance (Y). However, the Work Experience variable (X2) did not show a partial influence on Employee Performance (Y). Meanwhile, the Work Discipline variable (X3) partially influenced Employee Performance (Y). Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi, Pengalaman Kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Anugerah Nusa Jaya Karya Palembang. Penelitian ini melibatkan 35 karyawan yang sekaligus menjadi populasi dan sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, yang diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) dalam perhitungan analisisnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi, Pengalaman Kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan tabel output SPSS dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, variabel Motivasi (X1) terbukti secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Namun, variabel Pengalaman Kerja (X2) tidak menunjukkan pengaruh parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Sementara itu, variabel Disiplin Kerja (X3) secara parsial memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y).

Abstract

The study analyses the impact of Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Debt to Equity Ratio on the change in profits on companies in the technology sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. (BEI). Annual financial data of a number of companies were taken for the last few years, namely 2020-2022, and analyzed using regression methods. The results show that Current Ratio and Net Profit Margin have a significant positive relationship to profit changes, suggesting that the company's ability to manage liquidity and operational efficiency contribute to profit performance. On the contrary, Debt to Equity Ratio shows an uninfluential and significant relationship, indicating that the corporate debt level can influence profit changes. The implications of these findings can help financial managers and investors to make more informed decisions in managing risk and improving corporate financial performance in Indonesian capital markets.
