Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of advertising and sales promotion on refrigerator brand awareness. This research is a quantitative study with the method used in sampling, namely the quota sampling technique by accidental sampling with a sample of 50 respondents who are housewives who live in the Kel. 30 Ilir Kec. Ilir Barat II Palembang City. Partial testing of advertising variables has a positive and significant influence on brand awareness. It states that refrigerator advertising is able to increase brand awareness. Partial testing of sales promotion variables has a positive and significant influence on brand awareness. It states that sales promotions carried out by the refrigerator brand are able to increase brand awareness. Simultaneously the advertising and sales promotion variables on brand awareness significantly affected the value of the determination coefficient of 0.636 which means 63.6% variations in brand awareness variables are explained by advertising and sales promotion variables while the remaining 36.4% are explained by variables not examined or included in the regression model

Abstract

Housing comes with the conveniences offered, the existence of a credit system, low interest offers, booking fees at low prices and so on to attract consumer interest. The Asri Residence Housing Office, located in Jakabaring, strives to attract customer buying interest so that the sale of housing units and properties is in accordance with the company's goals. advertisements designed by the company have not been right on target, it can be seen by frequently distributing such brochures to people who do not need a house. For today's all-digital era, marketing through social media should be maximized with interesting and regular posts. If advertisements are to be successful in influencing consumer behavior, they must first lead consumers through a series of acceptance stages. In addition to advertising to increase sales there is also a sales promotion. Sales promotion tools used by Asri Residence Housing include vouchers, gifts and discounts.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of human resources and work motivation has on employee performance at PT. Cipta Prima Kontrindo. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques in this study were observation and questionnaires with a total of 100 samples or people consisting of employees of PT. Cipta Prima Kontrindo. The results showed that the quality of human resources and work motivation simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance. Evidenced by the results of the Fcount value of 11.902 greater than Ftable 3.09 with a significance of 0.000 less than 0.05 so that it can be stated to have a positive effect. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination, R square is 0.197 or equal to 19.7%. This figure can be used to see the magnitude of the influence of the quality of human resources and work motivation on employee performance, while the remaining 80.3% is influenced by other variables outside the regression equation or variables not examined, for example discipline, environment and infrastructure.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kurangnya disiplin dan tanggung jawab karyawan terhadap kinerja, yang disebabkan oleh gaya kepemimpinan yang kurang efektif dalam memberikan arahan dan pengawasan. Tujuan diadakannya kajian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data ialah studi pustaka, observasi, dan kuesioner. Populasi ialah 40 orang. Analisis data dengan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen. Analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menganalisis data, serta uji hipotesis dengan koefisien determinasi (R2) dan uji t. Temuan dari kajian ini ialah pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi karyawan sangat memuaskan sebesar 49%. Uji t kompensasi sebesar 0.000 < 3.950, bahwa motivasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap gaya kepemimpinan. Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana sebesar 0.654 menunjukkan bahwa motivasi secara signifikan memengaruhi gaya kepemimpinan. Sisanya 53% menunjukkan adanya faktor-faktor lain seperti tujuan bekerja, tujuan hidup, keinginan mendapatkan penghargaan, hubungan dengan atasan, status, dan tanggung jawab terhadap karyawan. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the work environment, work discipline and employee performance. The method used is quantitative, the object of research is employees at the Pharmacy Installation of the Sriwijaya General Hospital Palembang. The sampling technique was carried out in total sampling with a sample size of 36 respondents, collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique was carried out using SmartPLS 4. The results of this study indicate that first, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance (H1 Accepted). Second, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance (H2 Accepted). From the results of this study it is hoped that further research can discuss more in-depth factors such as employee loyalty, job satisfaction and work commitment.

Abstract

Pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dengan sebaik-baiknyadi era digitalisasi saat ini menjadi tujuan utama untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dengan mempermudah, mempercepat dan berkualitas. Dengan demikian Pelayanan publik dapat berfungsi dengan baik efektif dan efisien . Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efektifitas persyaratan dan pengarsipan eletronik dalam penyelenggaraan surat menyurat melalui sistem informasi kearsipan dinamis terintegrasi yang selanjutnya disebut Srikandi padaDinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Pertanahan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan melalui sosialisasi dan pendampingan penerapan Srikandi dalam mengelola kearsipan. Dari hasil sosialisasi ini memperlihatkan adanya pemahaman para karyawan dibagian administrasi surat menyurat sehingga bisa membantu menerapkan Srikandi ini dalam mengelola kearsipan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the influence of work motivation, work discipline and learning organization on the performance of PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang Unit 3 Ilir employees. The data collection technique used in this research is using a questionnaire method with closed questions so that respondents choose the answers that have been provided and the analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this research are that the variables Motivation, Work Discipline, and Learning Organization influence employee performance. Based on the f test results of 0.022, the value of 0.022 is smaller than 0.05, so it can have an influence on employee performance. Increasing high employee performance is very important in a company, because with high employee performance it will be possible to increase employee work productivity. With increased productivity, the company's goals will be achieved automatically. Therefore, a company always tries to improve the performance of its employees, so that the company's goals can be achieved immediately. Factors that can influence performance itself are motivation, employee work discipline, and learning organization.
