Abstract

Background and aims: Breast cancer is a malignant tumor that grows in the breast tissue. Anxiety has an influence that can worsen health conditions in breast cancer patients. Therefore, this review was conducted to assess the effect of music therapy on changes in anxiety levels of breast cancer patients. Methods: This study was a literature review obtained from six databases, including Scopus, Wiley Online Library, PubMed, Science Direct, DOAJ, and Gray Literature. This review followed the guidelines based on PRISMA 2020. All inclusion articles included English and Indonesian articles and were published in the last five years. Results: Five articles were obtained from this study, each using an intervention research method. Conclusion: Based on these findings, music therapy can be used as an additional intervention to help patients with breast cancer reduce anxiety levels. Abstract

One of the problems for teenagers in the post-pandemic adaptation era is an unhealthy lifestyle. The lifestyle of SMK 7 Makassar students is mostly classified as sedentary life is playing gadgets and sitting relaxed. The importance of healthy lifestyle educational activities and nutritional status screening in teenagers can identify and reduce the risk of disease in children in the future. The purpose of this program is to educate and increase teenagers knowledge about the importance of a healthy lifestyle, assess the nutritional status of teenagers and find out the description of teenagers blood pressure in the adaptation era of new normal at SMK Negeri 7 Makassar. Based on the results of community service activities on 149 teenagers, the average value obtained includes age is 16 years, body weight is 51 kg, height is 155 cm, systolic blood pressure is 110.88 mmHg and diastolic is 71.84 mmHg, good nutritional status is 70.5% and normal blood pressure as much as 81.2%. There was a significant difference in the level of knowledge of teenagers based on the pre-post test after education, namely p=0.001. This shows the importance of education given to teenagers to increase understanding of a healthy lifestyle as a preventive action. The important role of health workers in the Puskesmas work area to identify and intervene the effects of unhealthy lifestyles as well as the support of the school and parents to prevent short and long term health impacts that occur in teenagers.

Abstract

No Mobile Phone Phobia (Nomophobia) is excessive anxiety/fear when away from smartphones caused by several conditions such as no battery and running out of quota. Nomophobia can be detrimental to adolescents during their school years such as decreased achievement, physical problems (pain in certain body parts), and psychological (panic especially when away from their smartphones). The importance of Nomophobia education and counseling activities can control themselves to use smartphones wisely. The purpose of the service is to educate adolescents of SMA Negeri 21 Makassar so that they do not experience Nomophobia tendencies. The results of the service on 121 adolescents, obtained that most respondents were 16 years old and used smartphones for> 2 hours. The most self-control in the good category (77.7%) and the tendency of Nomophobia in the moderate category (77.7%), There is a difference in the level of knowledge during the pre-post test after education, namely p = 0.0001. Education must be given to teenagers involving parents and schools to increase understanding of Nomophobia as a preventive measure as well as the involvement of health workers in identifying and intervening for teenagers who have high levels of Nomophobia.
