Abstract

Kode etik profesi bimbingan dan konseling merupakan bagian integral dari kehidupan dan pekerjaan seorang guru bimbingan dan konseling (konselor). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar penerapan kode etik yang diterapkan di dalam sekolah tersebut. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang dimana untuk mendapatkan informasi yang akurat langsung kepada guru BK dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Objeknya dalam penelitian ini adalah guru BK. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kode etik perlu ditegakkan disekolah lingkup sekolah, ditegakkan oleh pimpinan atau kepala sekolah. Sedangkan untuk konseling (ABKIN) dilakukan untuk penegakan kode etik sekolah dapat dilakukan salah satunya dengan cara melakukan sosialisasi tentang aturan sekolah. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah agar meningkatkan mutu kode etik konseling guru BK di sekolah agar dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa di sekolah.

Abstract

This tendency to procrastinate in psychology is known as procrastination. The main task of educators is to help mature students, mature psychologically, socially and morally. A guidance and counseling teacher who is engaged specifically in understanding student problems at school needs to try to deal with procrastination problems experienced by students. This article aims to find out the efforts of counseling guidance teachers in dealing with procrastination behavior in academic matters of students at MTsS Al-Ittihadiyah Dendang Sea. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The data collection technique used is the data collected from various sources and the results of this study only apply to the cases investigated. guidance and counseling teacher efforts in overcoming academic procrastination behavior at MTsS Al-Ittihadiyah by identifying procrastination behavior and when receiving reports from subject teachers then guidance and counseling services are given to these students.

Abstract

Pada usia remaja merupakan masa yang banyak mengalami perubahan baik jasmani, rohani, pikiran, maka pada masa ini para remaja banyak mengalami gejolak emosi remaja dan masalah remaja pada umumnya di sebabkan adanya konflik peran sosial. Di satu pihak ia sudah ingin mandiri sebagai orang dewasa, di lain pihak ia masih harus terus mengikuti kemauan orang tua. Problematik yang timbul di kalangan remaja yang bisa di kategorikan sebagai permasalahan serius antara lain adalah masalah kenakalan remaja, mengingat remaja adalah suatu kelompok usia yang di harapkan menjadi penerus generasi di masa yang akan datang. Bimbingan konseling Islam bertujuan untuk Membantu individu mewujudkan dirinya menjadi manusia seutuhnya agar mencapai kebahagiaan hidup didunia dan di akhirat sesuai dengan syariat Islam. Pendekatan Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan fenomenologi yang mengkaji penerapan bimbingan dan konseling dalam pembinaan akhlak di era digital dan dibantu dengan riset keperpustakaan untuk lebih mengetahui keakuratan dalam mengutip pembahasan. Konseling Islam sebagai sebuah alternatif solusi menyampaikan nilai-nilai agama pada remaja yang melakukan kenakalan. Bimbingan dan konseling, mengikutsertakan konsep-konsep Islam yang bertujuan untuk membentuk berperilaku yang sesuai dengan perintah Allah SWT.

Abstract

Counseling is an important activity in an education that originates directly in human life. Students who do not carry out their obligations as natives who carry out the mandate as the nation's generation also need good handling. As well as the lack of awareness of discipline in students. Especially in terms of guidance counseling which is based on religion. This study aims to describe the Analysis of Guidance and Counseling Problems that are Often Experienced by Students at SMP N 22 Medan and explain the importance of the role of the counseling teacher in overcoming problems that are often experienced by students. This research is a qualitative descriptive research and seen by place is a field research. The subjects of this study were 292 students of SMPN 22 Medan. While the object of this research is the analysis of guidance and counseling problems that occur in students and the importance of the role of the counseling teacher in the implementation of religious guidance and counseling for students at the Junior High School level at SMP Negeri 22 Medan. Data collection methods consist of: interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study: (1) The problems that often occur are that most students experience tardiness, long hair, clothing that is not according to the rules, carrying cell phones, fighting, smoking in the school environment, unplugging, dating and being absent more than 3 times. (2) The importance of guidance and counseling and the role of the counseling guidance teacher is urgently needed. BK teachers must also establish communication or collaborate with other teachers so that the educational process will run smoothly and make it easier to carry out the learning process. Therefore, as functional educators, counseling teachers are required to carry out various main tasks in a professional manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk  mengetahui bagaimana penerapan kode etik profesi dalam pengajar bk pada sekolah pada menaikkan ciri yg terdapat dalam anak didik. Kode etik dalammeningkatkan ciri anak didik yaitu wajib memegang teguh prinsip-prinsip & asas-asas yg terdapat pada bimbingan konseling. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode Kualitatif. penelitian eksklusif pada pengajar BK yg terdapat pada SMAN 2 PERCUT SEI TUAN menggunakan Metode wawancara, observasi, & pula dokumentasi. Penerapan kode etik profesi BK bisa meningkatkan karakter anak didik, beliau berkata bahwa sejauh ini telah bisa meningatkatkan karakter anak didik lantaran kode etik kita wajib membimbing anak didik. Hambatan pada melaksakan dalammelaksanakan kode etik profesi BK merupakan komunikasi. Kode etik konselor merupakan gugusan standar, sistem nilai & moral yg melandasi perilaku anggota profesi dalam menjalankan kewajiban profesinya &hidup  bermasyarakat menggunakan cara tertentu.

Abstract

Adolescence is a time when a person will find out his own identity. When adolescents look for their own identity, it is necessary to build a legitimate character so that the teenager is not wrong in forming his identity. Even in adolescence a person will tend to follow along, often indecisive in religion, and others. This research was made because of the many problems of adolescents that often arise due to cultural development, as well as the lack of an education system that pays attention to adolescent psychology and social. This research uses library research methods and all data collected from references to books, journals, or documents that are still relevant to the title of this study. A rema ja who has problems in terms of reluctance to be religious can make several efforts, namely filling free time with positive things, such as attending recitations, learning more deeply about religion or can also join Islamic organizations. To solve adolescent problems is not only done by him but also requires the role of parents in it.

Abstract

Academic stress is a significant problem experienced by students at various levels of education. Academic stress can have a negative impact on students' well-being and their academic performance. Individual counseling has been recognized as an effective approach in helping students overcome academic stress. This research aims to determine the role of counselors in helping students overcome academic stress: a counseling guidance approach. This research is qualitative research. The results of the analysis show that there are several individual counseling strategies that are effective in dealing with academic stress in students. These strategies include relaxation techniques, time management, developing study skills, social support, self-regulation, and developing adaptive thinking patterns. Previous research also shows that individual counseling conducted by trained and experienced counselors has a positive impact on reducing academic stress and improving student well-being. This research has important reinforcement for counseling practitioners and researchers in the field of education. By understanding effective individual counseling strategies, counseling practitioners can develop appropriate and scalable interventions to help students cope with academic stress. In addition, this research also identifies research opportunities that could provide opportunities for further research in this area.

Abstract

Implementing a code of ethics is a crucial aspect in the Guidance and Counseling (BK) teaching profession, considering their vital role in helping students overcome various personal, social, academic and career problems. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the code of ethics for guidance and counseling teachers in secondary schools, as well as identifying the obstacles and strategies faced in its implementation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation.

Abstract

This article discusses the integration of Islamic values ​​in the professional ethics of counseling guidance. In an era of globalization full of moral and ethical challenges, the guidance and counseling profession plays an important role in forming individual characters with integrity. Islamic values ​​such as honesty, justice, compassion and responsibility not only provide a moral foundation for counselors but also provide comprehensive guidance in carrying out their professional duties. This research explores the understanding and implementation of Islamic values ​​by counselors, identifying the challenges faced, as well as the benefits obtained from this integration. The research results show that counselors who integrate Islamic values ​​in their practice tend to provide more empathetic, fair and responsible services, which ultimately improves client well-being. However, there are challenges such as lack of training and differences in client backgrounds that need to be overcome. This article also provides practical suggestions for increasing the integration of Islamic values ​​in the ethics of the counseling profession, including curriculum development, regular training, and strengthening the professional community. Thus, the integration of Islamic values ​​in the professional ethics of counseling guidance is expected to have a significant positive impact on counselors, clients and society as a whole.
