Abstract

As the company grows, problems and activities will become more complicated, resulting in difficulties for the company to oversee operational activities that cause unhealthy governance. This study aims to analyze the influence of internal audit on the implementation of Good Corporate Governance. This study uses quantitative research which is a research method that uses data in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics. Data collection uses survey and documentation techniques. The data analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that internal audit has a positive and significant impact on the implementation of Good Corporate Governance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV. The influence of internal audit has contributed to Good Corporate Governance by 37.7% and the rest is influenced by other factors

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis paper presents the results analyze the Rohingya critical messages contained in the communication media, namely print media, television, and the world wide web using the Van Dijk model. Sources of data in this study are communication media, namely print media, radio, television, and online media regarding the Rohingya issue. The objectives of this study were, (1) to describe detailed textual analysis in the field of linguistics / superstructure, (2) to describe the macro-sociological analysis of social practices, and (3) to describe the interpretive and macro-sociological analysis in sociology. The method used in this paper is descriptive qualitative with techniques and super structure analysis strategies. The results showed that there are three dimensions in the AWK Van Dijk model, namely linguistic aspects, including functional grammar, macro structure, and micro structure.Keyword:Critical Discourse Analysis, Rohinghya, Communication Media. ABSTRAKArtikel ini memaparkan hasil analisis wacana kritis Rohingya yang terdapat di media komunikasi yaitu media cetak, televisi, dan world wide web dengan model Van Dijk. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah media komunikasi yakni media cetak, radio, televisi, dan media online mengenai isu Rohingya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah,(1) Mendeskripsikan analisis tekstual yang terinci dibidang linguistik/struktur super, (2) Mendeskripsikan analisis makro-sosiologis praktik sosial, dan (3) Mendeskripsikan tradisi interpretatif dan makro-sosiologis dalam sosiologi. Metode yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik dan strategi analisis wacana  kritis struktur super. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  ada tiga dimensi dalam AWK model Van Dijk yaitu aspek linguistik, termasuk tata bahasa fungsional, struktur makro, dan struktur mikro.Kata Kunci : Analisis Wacana Kritis, Rohingya.
