Abstract

This research focused on 3 aspects, they are: first, how Madrasah Literacy Activity(GELEM)program in improving students' reading and writing culture is; second, how implementation of the Madrasah Literacy Activity(GELEM)program in improving students' reading and writing culture is; third, what factors that support and inhibit the Madrasah Literacy Activity (GELEM) program in improving students' reading and writing culture are. This research is descriptive qualitative in the form of case study, in collecting the data, the researcher used techniques of interviews, observation, and documentation. The implementation of the Madrasah Literacy Movement (GELEM) program in improving the reading and writing culture of students at MTsN 3 Jombang includes: habituation activities in the madrasa literacy movement with a program of reading non-lesson books and reading 15 minutes before a break, activities in the madrasa literacy movement with a program of coaching activities literacy, writing books and printing books, learning activities in the madrasa literacy movement by integrating literacy culture in learning planning and cultivating literacy into teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to describe the new student admission design, the student support model for improving the quality of graduates, the student leadership assessment in improving graduate quality, and the supportive and inhibitory factors in enhancing high school graduates. Wahid Hasyim. The research method used is qualitative with the type of case study, whereas the data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The data obtained is then analyzed using qualitatively descriptive methods, namely on-going data presentation and data reduction conclusions. The results of this study show that 1) the planning of enrollment activities, in particular the new enrollment model, to improve the quality of graduates requires a new registration policy and admissions criteria and methods of admission of new students. 2) The model of student learning training through extracurricular activities needs more attention to make training activities deepen and expand knowledge. 3) Assessing student quality in written and oral assessment processes with daily repetitions, repetitions of practice, and repetition of semesters 4) Supporting factors for student development are the entire organizational structure that supports student management activities, adequate facilities, communication, and cooperation with students and other organizations.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the management and maintenance of assets and facilities, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in the management of advice and facilities in MTsN 1 Jombang. This research includes qualitative case studies. Data is collected through observation methods, question answers, and documentation. The results of this research show that: 1) The management of assets and stocks in MTsN 1 Jombang covers the stages of planning, procurement, inventory, use, disposal, and storage. 2) In terms of its maintenance, it involves the resources that exist in the school, not only the wakamad, but all of them play a role in safeguarding the means and facilities that it owns. 3) As to the inhibitory factor of its own resources, such as no care for the facilities and facilities of the madrasah, the supporting factor of the SDM is the main factor in supporting the success of the programmes that have been held by the madrasah.
