Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis seberapa besar efektivitas pemungutan pajak kendaraan bermotor dalam meningkatkan penerimaan Pajak Daerah, untuk menganalisis pengaruh efektivitas pemungutan pajak kendaraan bermotor terhadap penerimaan pajak Daerah, serta Untuk menganalisis bagaimana efektivitas pemungutan pajak kendaraan bermotor dapat meningkatkan penerimaan Pajak Daerah pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dan dokumentasi, teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi dan korelasi sederhana. Hasil penelitian diperoleh temuan bahwa tingkat efektifitas pemungutan pajak kendaraan bermotor sudah dikelolah secara efektif, dimana penerimaan pajak kendaraan bermotor yaitu tahun 2016-2018 yang telah mendekati 100% sedangkan dalam tahun 2019-2020 yang telah melebihi 100% yang walaupun dalam tahun 2020 terjadi penurunan.  Hasil analisis mengenai pengaruh efektifitas pajak kendaraan bermotor terhadap penerimaan pajak daerah pada Kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, yang diperoleh temuan pada penelitian ini bahwa efektifitas pemungutan pajak kendaraan bermotor secara nyata dapat meningkatkan penerimaan pajak daerah. Hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektifitas pemungutan pajak kendaraan bermotor dapat meningkatkan pajak daerah. Hal ini sesuai dengan perbandingan tingkat efektifitas pajak kendaraan bermotor dengan pertumbuhan peneriman pajak daerah. Dimana dari hasil perbandingan tersebut di atas mengindikasikan bahwa efektifitas pajak kendaraan bermotor dapat meningkatkan penerimaan pajak daerah pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. The purpose of this study was to analyze how much effective motor vehicle tax collection is in increasing regional tax revenues, to analyze the effect of the effectiveness of motor vehicle tax collection on regional tax revenues, and to analyze how the effectiveness of motor vehicle tax collection can increase regional tax revenues at the Revenue Agency. South Sulawesi Province. Data collection techniques through observation, and documentation, data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, regression analysis and simple correlation. The results of the study found that the level of effectiveness of motor vehicle tax collection has been managed effectively, this is based on the results of the comparison of targets with the realization of motor vehicle tax revenues, where motor vehicle tax revenues are in 2016-2018 which has approached 100% while in 2019-2018. 2020 which has exceeded 100% even though in 2020 there is a decline. The results of the analysis on the effect of the effectiveness of motor vehicle taxes on local tax revenues at the Office of the Regional Revenue Agency of South Sulawesi Province, the findings in this study showed that the effectiveness of motor vehicle tax collection could significantly increase local tax revenues. The results of data analysis in this study indicate that the effectiveness of motor vehicle tax collection can increase local taxes. This is in accordance with the comparison of the effectiveness of the motor vehicle tax with the growth of local tax revenues. Where the results of the comparison above indicate that the effectiveness of the motor vehicle tax can increase local tax revenues at the Regional Revenue Agency of South Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh human capital dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan produktivitas pegawai, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap produk-tivitas pegawai, pengaruh human capital dan budaya organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui kepuasan pegawai pegawai pada Instansi Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Bone. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, interview, dokumentasi dan penyebaran kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji instrument penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis jalur (path analysis), pengujian hipotesis, analisis sobel test. Hasil analisis bahwa human capital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organi-sasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, human capital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan produktivitas kerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh human capital terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, hasil uji mediasi bahwa kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Kantor Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional kabupaten Bone. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of human capital and organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee productivity, the effect of job satisfaction on employee productivity, the influence of human capital and organizational culture on work productivity through employee satisfaction at the Agrarian and Spatial Planning Agencies. Bone Regency National Land Agency. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires, while data analysis techniques use research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, path analysis, hypothesis testing, Sobel test analysis. The results of the analysis show that human capital has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, human capital has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, organizati-onal culture has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on work productivity. significant employee work productivity, mediation test results that job satisfaction can mediate the influence of human capital on employee work productivity, mediation test results that job satisfaction can mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee work productivity at the Agrarian and Spatial Planning Office/National Land Agency Bone district.
