Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of goodgovernance on the quality of public services at the Department of Population and CivilRegistration of Pamekasan Regency. This research is classified as explanatory research witha quantitative approach. The sample used was 95 respondents with purposive samplingtechnique. The type of data used is primary data, namely data collection using aquestionnaire. Analysis of the data used is Linear Regression with SPSS. The results of thisstudy indicate that the application of good governance has a positive effect on the quality ofpublic services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of PamekasanRegency.Keywords: Good Governance, Quality of Public ServiceAbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penerapan Good Governanceterhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil KabupatenPamekasan. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian explanatory research dengan pendekatankuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 95 responden dengan teknik Purposive Sampling.Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer, yaitu pengumpulan data dengan menggunakankuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier dengan SPSS. Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan Good Governance berpengaruh positifterhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil KabupatenPamekasan.Kata Kunci: Good Governance, Kualitas Pelayanan Publik

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual dan motivasikerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian explanatory researchdan penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS untuk mengolah data sampel 100 pegawai BankRakyat Indonesia di Madura. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan spiritualberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan spiritualberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Spiritual, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja KaryawanAbstractThis study aims to analyze the influence of spiritual leadership and work motivation onemployee performance. This study is an explanatory research and this study uses SPSS toprocess data samples of 100 employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Madura. The resultsshowed that spiritual leadership had a positive and significant effect on work motivation,spiritual leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and workmotivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Spiritual Leadership, Work Motivation, Employee Performance
