<![CDATA[AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual dan motivasikerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian explanatory researchdan penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS untuk mengolah data sampel 100 pegawai BankRakyat Indonesia di Madura. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan spiritualberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan spiritualberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Spiritual, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja KaryawanAbstractThis study aims to analyze the influence of spiritual leadership and work motivation onemployee performance.
