Abstract

AbstrakKasus kekerasan seksual semakin bertambah setiap tahunnya. Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi di eradigital, lingkup tindak pidana kekerasan seksual semakin meluas. Di Indonesia sendiri masih belum adanyapengaturan khusus yang membahas mengenai kekeras an seksual secara umum sehingga mengakibatkanketidakpastian hukum. Kekerasan seksual ini memberikan dampak fisik dan terutama dampak traumatispsikologis bagi korban dan hal tersebut membutuhkan tindakan pemulihan yang berkelanjutan. Selain itu,dampak dari tindak pidana kekerasan seksual ini juga sudah meluas ke arah privasi dari korban. Seperti yangdiketahui juga bahwa hak privasi merupakan suatu bagian dari hak asasi manusia yang perlu dilindungi. Makadari itu, tersebarnya identitas, foto-foto, dan video kronologi merupakan pelanggaran terhadap hak privasikorban. Hal tersebut juga sudah seharusnya menjadi alasan dari urgensi pengesahan Rancangan Undang -Undang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual (RUU TPKS) juga hal yang sama berlaku untuk pengesahanRancangan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Data Pribadi (RUU PDP).Kata Kunci : hak privasi, kekerasan seksual, perlindungan dan pemulihan, RUU TPKS AbstractCases of sexual violence are increasing yearly. The development of technology in the digital era causethescope of criminal acts of sexual violence is expanding. In Indonesia , there is still no specific regulation aboutsexual violence in general, resulting in legal uncertainty. This sexual violence has a physical impact andespecially a psychological traumatic impact for the victim and it requires continuous remedial action. Inaddition, the impact of this criminal act of sexual violence has also extended to the privacy of the victim. Asknown, the right to privacy is a part of human rights that needs to be protected. Therefore, the distribution ofidentities, photographs, and chronological videos is a violation of the victim's right to privacy. Therefore, theratification of the Sexual Violence Bill (RUU PKS) and the ratification of the Personal Data Protection Bill (RUUPDP) must be implemented immediately.Keywords : privacy rights, sexual violence, protection and recovery, RUU TPKS

Abstract

The use of technology also plays an important role in selling companies and consumers to dig up information and provide positive or negative opinions about the desired product, which will affect consumer purchasing interest before buying the product. This study aims to analyze the influence of lifestyle, brand image, and e-wom on Unisba students' purchasing interest in Skintific skincare products. The population of this study was 150 management students. The data collection technique used was questionnaire distribution. The data analysis tool used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that lifestyle, brand image, and e-wom have an effect on Unisba students' purchasing interest in Skintific skincare products. Students feel that buying skincare is a lifestyle and necessity, as well as brand image, and e-wom built from Skintific products make consumers continue to use the product. Skintific itself already has a good brand image, uses good quality ingredients, and has a good opinion in the eyes of consumers so that this good product quality can increase purchasing interest.
