Abstract

Teachers can perform well to accomplish their works influnced byhigh motivation and work satisfaction as well as minimun task conflictoccured. This research is aimed to investigate the influence of workmotivation, task conflict, and work satisfaction toward teachers workingperformance simultaneously as well as partially. This research location isat SMP Bahrul Maghfiroh Malang. Respondents of this research aretheachers of the school totally 17 teachers. Data is taken fromquestionnaire which is separated and filled by the teachers. Then thecollected data are analyzed by using SPSS tool(F test and T test) andinterpreted by the researcher. The result of this research proves that first,work motivation, task conflict, and work satisfaction influencesimultaneously teachers working performance significantly. Second, workmotivation influences partially working performance significantly. Third,task conflict influences partially working performance significantly. Fourth,work satisfaction influences partially working performance significantly.

Abstract

Every person in the company must have different characteristics from one another. It creates dissent so that it can create conflicts that can interfere with employee performance. The study aims to identify the underlying factors behind conflict and the impact it can have on workers ‘performance PT LESTARI JAYA UTAMA Desa Kendalrejo Talun. The data-gathering method USES an interview technique. Research has found a recurring conflict between employees and superiors, as there are frequent disagreements between employees and their superiors. This conflict profoundly affects the performance of employees, employees who experience conflict undoubtedly in the work will feel less energetic and always feel inadequate to do work, so workers performance is reduced. PT LESTARI DJAYA UTAMA Almost all have encountered conflict between employees and between employees. There must be a factor, both because of differences of opinion and lack of compliance with his or her department friends. The potential impact of this conflict of work will be the degeneration of workers’ performance. The conflict was eventually settled in a matter of deliberation between the parties.

Abstract

This research brings out a purpose to determine the impact of workload on performance and compensation. In addition to teaching, teachers have additional tasks that can be a workload but it can encourage teacher competence in carrying out their duties at school. The type of research conducted by the author includes quantitative research using a Cause-and-Effect Approach. In this research, the population was all teachers at UPT SMP Negeri 1 Sutojayan, UPT SMP Negeri 1 Binangun, and UPT SMP Negeri 2 Sutojayan. The results showed that workload affects teacher performance, this is indicated by workload (X), which has a calculated t-value of 5.94 and a significance value of 0.00. Workload x Compensation (Z) has a calculated t value of 7.51 and a significance value of 0.00. In t count (7.51) > t table (1.67) and significance (0.00) < (0.05) so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, this implies that compensation can moderate the workload positively and significantly to teacher performance.

Abstract

The use of technology also plays an important role in selling companies and consumers to dig up information and provide positive or negative opinions about the desired product, which will affect consumer purchasing interest before buying the product. This study aims to analyze the influence of lifestyle, brand image, and e-wom on Unisba students' purchasing interest in Skintific skincare products. The population of this study was 150 management students. The data collection technique used was questionnaire distribution. The data analysis tool used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that lifestyle, brand image, and e-wom have an effect on Unisba students' purchasing interest in Skintific skincare products. Students feel that buying skincare is a lifestyle and necessity, as well as brand image, and e-wom built from Skintific products make consumers continue to use the product. Skintific itself already has a good brand image, uses good quality ingredients, and has a good opinion in the eyes of consumers so that this good product quality can increase purchasing interest.

Abstract

This study examines "SiBakul Jogja" as an electronic market platform to boost Jogja MSMEs' competitiveness. The qualitative research method involves document analysis to retrieve relevant data from numerous papers. This approach involves collecting data from papers, books, journals, and notes without research subjects' participation. According to research, “SiBakul Jogja” boosts brand visibility, market reach, and MSMEs' business training. Seller competition and stock management are challenges. This study advises MSMEs on using e-market platforms to succeed in the digital age. This report helps illustrate how "SiBakul Jogja" helps MSMEs compete and overcome growing business complexity
