Abstract

This study aims to analyze the registration of hajj at this age in the study of the MUI fatwa No. 002/MUNAS X/MUI/XI/2020 and socio-economic theory studies. This study uses a qualitative research method based on literature study with primary data sources, namely the preamble of fatwa no. 002/MUNAS X/MUI/XI/2020 concerning registration of hajj at an early age and a book on economic sociology by Damsar and Indrayani. Data analysis was carried out using content analysis and description analysis techniques. The results of the study explain that Hajj registration at an early age to get a portion of the Hajj is legal (permissible), provided that the money used to register for Hajj is obtained in a lawful way, does not interfere with other costs that must be met, does not violate the provisions of the legislation. , does not hinder the implementation of Hajj for mukallaf who already have the obligation 'ala al-faur and have registered. Then the research also explains that socially registration for Hajj at an early age has the opportunity to create new social strata, where at an early age a person will be seen as respectable by his participation as a prospective Hajj participant. Whereas in the perspective of economic studies, participation from an early age can only be carried out by people with high economics.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan para pengurus LAZISMU dalam mengelola dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital khususnya website crowdfunding berbasis afiliasi sebagai sarana efektif dalam penggalangan dana ZISWAF. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan terdiri dari tahap identifikasi permasalahan mitra, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Hasil identifikasi permasalahan meliputi rendahnya pemahaman tentang strategi fundraising digital, keterbatasan akses dan pengetahuan mengenai platform dan alat digital yang efektif, serta kurangnya keterampilan dalam mengelola kampanye penggalangan dana online. Pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui metode ceramah, diskusi, dan studi kasus. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner kepada mitra pelatihan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan para pengurus dalam mengelola penggalangan dana secara digital. Pelatihan ini memberikan solusi bagi permasalahan yang diidentifikasi sebelumnya dan memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi LAZISMU dalam mengembangkan strategi penggalangan dana yang berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, pelatihan manajemen strategi fundraising secara digital pada LAZISMU Kabupaten Langkat dapat dianggap berhasil dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan para pengurus dalam menggalang dana secara efektif melalui teknologi digital.

Abstract

Entering the 19th century which is often called the period or the modern century, Islamic figures and leaders realized the weaknesses and causes of the decline of the Muslim community. It was as if they agreed that Muslims must rise from adversity and stagnation in thinking, especially regarding Islamic law and free themselves from blind obedience. This study aims to analyze the sequence of the ijtihad period from decline to revival, and analyze the contribution of Muhammad Abduh in the renewal of Islamic law. The research uses a qualitative research method based on literature study, the data source in this study analyzes the works of Muhammad Abduh, especially with regard to Islamic law. The research results explain that. The revival of Ijtihad in the Modern era began when it entered the 19th century, which was marked by movements against Western/foreign occupation of Islamic territories; knowledge movement and return to pure Islamic teachings; the movement to reinterpret the understanding and thought of Muslims; Ijtihad on completely new issues that arise as a result of the ongoing development of science and technology. Muhammad Abduh's contribution can be seen from his invitation to Muslims to use their minds optimally so that the Muslim community develops and its Islamic law develops as was done by our predecessors.
