Abstract

This research aims to determine Ibu Ayu's HNI-HPAI product business development strategy in Timika City. The research method used is descriptive, which is a type of research that aims to describe or describe an incident or incident. The descriptive method in this research was used to provide an overview of Mrs. Ayu's HNI-HPAI business development strategy in Timika City. In this research, the data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews. To find out what the business development strategy is, the analysis used in this research is a combination of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Strength Weakens Opportunity Threat (SWOT). Based on the results of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), it shows that location accessibility and promotion are weaknesses because they have low performance, then the strengths are in service to complaints, accuracy of information related to products, thoroughness in preparing the required products, delivery of clear and fair information. in providing services. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the condition of the HNI-HPAI product business, Mrs. Ayu's business in Timika City is in quadrant I, which means it has good opportunities and strengths. One strategy for business development is to maintain the performance of strength attributes and make efforts to increase promotions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the determining factors of customer loyalty in the PT Timika Graphics Express newspaper. The research method used in this research is descriptive. The data collection techniques in this research are observation techniques and distributing questionnaires to Timika Express newspaper subscribers. The analytical tool in this research uses factor analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that product quality factors, promotion factors and price factors are the determining factors for PT customer loyalty. Timika Express.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze business strategies that can be implemented by Dua-A stores to increase their competitive advantage. To achieve this goal, the research method used is a descriptive method, data collection techniques used are interviews and questionnaires using the SWOT analysis instrument. The results of the research are that Toko Dua-A has sufficient business capital to be used as strength to increase the inventory capacity of Toko Dua-A, increase product added value, flexible pricing strategies, as well as evaluate business locations and employee training to create competitive advantages, provide employee training to deal with external threats and strengthening the company's internal strengths, and placing employees according to their skills and fields to reduce risks and increase operational efficiency. Abstract

This study aims to find out what factors dominate Yamaha Motorcycle Sales at PT. Hasjrat Abadi. The research method used is a descriptive research method, which is a research method that describes systematically, factual and accurately about the facts and characteristics of a certain population or tries to describe the phenomenon in detail. In this study, the data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that the determining factor of Yamaha Motorcycle Sales at PT. Hasjrat Abadi is a promotional factor, then a price factor, a product factor, a place factor, a factor. Thus, of these five factors.

Abstract

Background:Hypertension is a serious global health issue due to its rising prevalence and its link to severe cardiovascular diseases. Red ginger (Zingiber officinale var. rubrum)infusion therapy has gained attention as a potential natural treatment for high blood pressure because of its active compounds, such as gingerols and shogaols, which have anti-inflammatory and vasodilatory effects. Objectives:This study investigates the effectiveness of red ginger infusion therapy in reducing hypertension among residents of Kawatuna Village, where hypertension rates reached 12.2% in 2022. Given the community’s dietary habits and limited healthcare access, alternative treatments like this are important for managing blood pressure. Methods:The study used a Quasi-Experimental design with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group approach. A total of 66 participants were divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group consumed red ginger infusion daily for seven days, while the control group received no intervention. Blood pressure was measured before and after the intervention. Results:The results showed a significant decrease in blood pressure in the experimental group. Systolic pressure dropped by an average of 24 mmHg and diastolic pressure by 11 mmHg (both p<0.001). In contrast, the control group had only slight changes, with a decrease of 0.17 mmHg in systolic pressure and 1.1 mmHg in diastolic pressure. These findings suggest that red ginger infusion therapy can effectively lower blood pressure in the short term. However, the small sample size and short duration of the study highlight the need for further research. Future studies should explore the specific mechanisms behind red ginger’s effects and assess its long-term safety and efficacy. Addressing lifestyle factors, like the high consumption of coconut milk in Kawatuna, through health education programs could also improve hypertension management. Conclusion:Red ginger infusion therapy shows promise as a complementary treatment for hypertension, but more comprehensive studies are needed to confirm its long-term benefits.
