Abstract

Development in the growing world of business have mande infulencing the world esier. This can be observed in buying goods as desired in a transaction using E-Commerce, regradless of the infulence in the marketing strategy of two E-Commerce. Where in the marketing strategy can be observed in terms of prices, products, promos and service offered. This research method uses qualitative methods based on literature results through sources from previous research results by discussing data based on theory 15 informants. This study aims to determine the E-Commerce application that is in great demand by the respondents in terms of its marketing strategy. The results of this study indicate that the most widely used E-Commerce based on its marketing strategy is shopee. this can be seen in terms of the price offered, the promotions provided, the products sold according to the prcie, and the service provided.

Abstract

Provider cards definitely have their advantages and disadvantages in the hearts of their users. In every advantage, there must be an effort by business people to maintain it as a product advantage. Then behind the deficiencies, there must also be an extra effort made by businesses to minimize it so that it doesn't become a reason for consumers to switch to other providers. In addition, there are also other efforts made by business providers in terms of competition, such as in the field of pricing and promotion. The right step in setting prices and also choosing a way of promotion will bring entrepreneurs the only choice in the hearts of consumers. Pricing according to quality as well as attractive promotions will usually be able to be the most important thing in business competition. This research will use a qualitative method with an associative method with a population of UINSU students and a sample of 100 students. The final results show which provider is able to win the hearts of consumers and become the most chosen by the provider card users that have been presented by researchers, namely Indosat providers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dengan menggunakan model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berbantu media kotak Pancasila kelas II SD Negeri Blotongan 02, Salatiga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Kolaboratif (PTKK), menggunakan model Kemmis dan McTaggart yang meliputi perencanaan, tindakan dan observasi, serta refleksi pada setiap siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas II di SD Negeri Blotongan 02, Salatiga yang berjumlah 20 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Indikator keberhasilan adalah ≥75% dari jumlah peserta didik telah mencapai KKM yang ditentukan yaitu 75. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model TGT berbantu media kotak Pancasila dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas II di SD Negeri Blotongan 02, Salatiga. Saat belum diberikan tindakan, nilai pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila belajar peserta didik kelas II di SD Negeri Blotongan 02 hanya 7 (35%) peserta didik yang mencapai KKM. Pada kegiatan tindakan siklus I terjadi peningkatan, yaitu sebanyak 12 (60%) peserta didik yang mencapai KKM. Dan pada siklus II sebanyak 17 (85%) berhasil mencapai nilai ketuntasan. Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar dari siklus I dan siklus II juga mengalami peningkatan yaitu dari 70,3 menjadi 82,45.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita dibuktikan dari hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika menggunakan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan materi perkalian dan pembagian bilangan cacah di kelas VA SD Negeri Blotongan 02. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika peserta didik melalui model Problem Based Learning mengalami peningkatan. Melalui model Problem Based Learning kemampuan peserta didik meningkat dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita pada materi perkalian dan pembagian dengan indikator memahami soal, membuat perencanaan, melaksanakan rencana, serta membuat kesimpulan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan rata-rata persentase skor indikator dalam kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita sebesar 68,04% pada siklus I menjadi 82,39% pada siklus II.

Abstract

The aim of this research is; 1) develop an initial e-book assisted PPjBL approach platform Book Creator for fourth grade elementary school students; 2) describes the initial draft form of teaching materials in the form of an e-book based on the PPjBL approach assisted by a platform Book Creator for fourth grade elementary school students. This research is a kind of research and development or R&D (Research & Development). This study uses the Sukmadinata modification research stage which consists of 3 stages, such as; preliminary study (stage 1) consists of library research activities, field observations, and preparation of an initial draft; development (stage 2) consists of the product preparation stage, design validation, improvement, product testing, product improvement and determination; and product testing and socialization (stage 3). Data was collected using test and non-test techniques in the form of observation. This study uses qualitative data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the e-book developed was "Very Appropriate" with a percentage of 81%. Moreover, based on the results of the product trials at a 95% confidence percentage obtained that the average value of the students after using the e-book was equal to 80.
