Abstract

Perbedaan pendekatan dalam regulasi dan struktur akad sukuk ijarah dan ijarah muntahiya bittamlik (IMBT) antarnegara menimbulkan tantangan dalam menciptakan standar praktik yang seragam dalam pasar keuangan syariah global. Ketidakterpaduan ini dapat memengaruhi integrasi lintas negara dan kepercayaan investor internasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis serta membandingkan praktik akad sukuk ijarah dan IMBT di Indonesia dan Dubai. Keduanya merupakan yurisdiksi penting dalam pengembangan keuangan syariah, namun menunjukkan karakteristik yang berbeda, khususnya dalam hal kebijakan regulator dan fatwa syariah. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur dan analisis dokumen, termasuk fatwa, regulasi, dan laporan otoritas keuangan terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun prinsip dasar kedua akad bersumber dari konsep syariah yang sama, terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam pelaksanaannya. Dubai menunjukkan fleksibilitas kontrak yang lebih tinggi karena dukungan kerangka regulasi yang terintegrasi, sedangkan Indonesia cenderung menerapkan model yang konservatif dan sangat mengandalkan fatwa DSN-MUI. Perbedaan ini mencerminkan perlunya upaya harmonisasi standar internasional dalam penerapan sukuk, agar dapat meningkatkan integrasi pasar keuangan syariah global dan memperkuat kepercayaan investor lintas yurisdiksi.

Abstract

Financial literacy is an essential skill that needs to be instilled from an early age so that the younger generation develops the ability and habit of managing money wisely. This study focuses on efforts to improve financial literacy through savings awareness among children in Ndeskati Village. The background of this research is based on the low understanding of children about the importance of saving and the lack of age-appropriate financial education facilities. The research method employed is a qualitative approach involving observation, interviews, and direct practice of saving activities through a simple program. The findings show that children begin to understand the concept of saving not only as storing money but also as a step toward achieving future goals. Furthermore, the active participation of parents and mentors plays an important role in building consistent saving habits. Through this financial literacy program based on savings awareness, it is expected to create a generation that is disciplined, responsible, and capable of managing finances properly from an early age.

Abstract

In today’s digital era, social media has become a new space for individuals to develop their personal creativity. This study analyzes the content strategy of the TikTok account @buiramira in building audience engagement and understanding the impact it has on the account’s image. The background of this research stems from the phenomenon of increasing social media usage, particularly TikTok, as a means of communication, entertainment, and promotional media. Using McGuire’s information processing theory, the study finds that followers’ perceptions of the TikTok account @buiramira as a source of information for thesis learning are very positive, making it suitable as a learning platform. The content presented not only provides technical knowledge but also shapes students’ attitudes and behaviors in facing the thesis process.This research employs a descriptive qualitative method  with data collection techniques including content observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the @buiramira account successfully builds strong interaction with its audience through consistent uploads, the use of a communication style that feels close to viewers, and the utilization of current trends. In addition, the study finds that audience engagement is strongly influenced by a combination of content creativity, relevant topic selection, and the account owner’s ability to maintain emotional closeness with followers. These findings emphasize the importance of well-planned digital communication strategies in managing social media accounts, so that they can provide benefits both personally and professionally.
