Abstract

This study aims to describe the Management of Education Quality Improvement at the Islamic Junior High School Terpadu Daar Al Uluum Asahan. This research uses a qualitative research type, with a phenomenological approach. The research data collection is obtained by using observation, interview and documentation techniques. To check the validity of the data using triangulation techniques, namely credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. Steps to analyze data using data analysis model Milles and Hubberman, namely reducing data, presenting data and then concluding. The results of the research are (1) Planning for improving the quality of education is carried out through meetings involving school principals, assistant principals 1 and 2, along with teachers. (2) The organization of improving the quality of education is carried out by establishing a school organizational structure and making clear job details or division of labor, then carrying out clear and directed work coordination and monitoring. (3) The implementation of improving the quality of education is carried out after the planning and organizing process. Principals, assistant principals, administrative staff and teachers have realized and implemented various planned programs, in order to achieve good, superior and quality education. (4) Supervision of improving the quality of education is carried out as an effort to observe, examine and monitor the quality of education so that efforts to improve the quality of education are being carried out in accordance with the predetermined plan, in order to achieve good, superior and quality education.Keyword: Management, Improvement, Quality of Education

Abstract

This study uses qualitative research, the subject of this research is public relations management in SMP IT Al-Hijrah Deli Serdang in shaping the quality of digital-based education services. Digitalization systems in improving the quality of education services such as using virtual accounts in the process of paying school fees. The role of public relations in improving the quality of digitalization-based education at SMP IT Al-Hijrah Deli Serdang . Already implementing a digitalization system in conveying information about student development, student financial administration, attendance, student and teacher attendance and so on The policies formulated by SMP IT Al-Hijrah Deli Serdang related to the implementation of public relations management in improving digitalization-based education services have been formulated properly and accordingly the needs of stakeholders are also realized through various strategic programs. Although overall it has not yet fulfilled the stages of good policy formulation. Public relations management has a role in the dissemination of policies and commitment in implementing the ability to improve the quality of education based on digitalization at SMP IT Al-Hijrah Deli Serdang , the management planning process in improving digitalization-based education services is considered sufficient. good and cooperative by involving related elements. The role of public relations management in improving the quality of digitalization-based education services still tends to be a reactive formal institution but less progressive so that the organization has not been able to accelerate the process of implementing digitalization-based education quality services at SMP IT Al-Hijrah Deli Serdang so that the image of public relations management in improving the quality of education services is still lacking. and due to a lack of commitment from all stakeholders at SMP IT Al-Hijrah Deli Serdang .

Abstract

The budget implementation at the North Sumatra State Islamic University (UINSU) as a Public Service Agency (BLU) has been changing in the management paradigm from public administration to public service management. Performance Management is an attempt to synchronize various methodologies such as Strategic Management, Human Resources Management, Strategy Maps, Balanced Scorecards, and Financing Management which has a goal to improve performance so that the organization can perform more efficiently and effectively in achieving its institutional goals. Management creates the values required in building a creative and productive organizational culture. The purpose of this study was to analyze the BLU budget implementation from the Performance Management perspective. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are conducted by interview, observation, and documents study. The results of this research showed that the budget implementation at the UINSU adjusted to the demands for improving the performance and productivity of Higher Education based on the achievement of the 2016-2020 Strategic Plan (Renstra) at the university in aspects of teaching, research, and society dedication, service quality, and lecturer and education staff productivity, student satisfaction, and financial performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen kelas dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik di MTs Teladan Ujung Kubu Kecamatan Nibung Angus Kabupaten Batu Bara. Pendekatan ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan teknik triangulasi melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengungkapkan : (1) Bagaimana penerapan manajemen kelas dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik di MTs Teladan Ujung Kubu, (2) Faktor apa saja yang menghambat manajemen kelas dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik di MTs  Teladan Ujung Kubu, (3) Bagaimana solusi untuk mengatasi hambatan manajemen kelas dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik di MTs  Teladan Ujung Kubu. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan tiga temuan yaitu: (1) Penerapan manajemen kelas dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik di MTs Teladan Ujung Kubu Manajemen kelas ini diawali pada awal pembelajaran sekitar bulan Juni-Juli dan dengan adanya peningkatan manajemen kelas diharapkan minat belajar siswa akan meningkat, yang pertama pengadaan bangku siswa yang cukup, meja siswa yang baik, meja guru, bangku guru dan seluruh alat peserta pendidikan seperti lemari, (2)Faktor apa saja yang menghambat manajemen kelas dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik di MTs  Teladan Ujung Kubu kekurangannya biaya untuk melengkapi alat-alat perserta didik, kerusakan- kerusakan tidak dapat di topang oleh dana BOS berguna untuk melengkapi dari pada alat-alat manajemen kelas tersebut sangat terbatas, (3) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana solusi untuk mengatasi hambatan manajemen kelas dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik di MTs  Teladan Ujung Kubu yaitu bekerja sama dengan siswa dalam menanggulangi pengadaan-pengadaan pertama sekali itu meja siswa, kursi siswa, meja guru, kursi guru papan tulis dan lain-lain. Dari penjelasan diatas dapat disimpulkan dalam manajemen kelas dapat meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik, manajemen kelas adalah usaha dari pihak guru untuk menata kehidupan kelas dimulai dari perencanaan kurikulumnya, penataan prosedur dan sumber belajarnya, pengaturan lingkungannya untuk memaksimumkan efisiensi, memantau kemajuan siswa, dan mengantisipasi masalah-masalah yang mungkin timbul.

Abstract

This study is to describe how the Strategy for Improving the Performance of Al-Washliyah Private Madrasah 22 Tembung. In Improving Performance of Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung. Madrasa Headmaster is a way to improve the quality of education and achieve educational goals. This type of research conducted is a type of qualitative research with naturalistic. Research data collection was obtained by collection techniques, interviews and documentation studies. The step of data analysis is to collect data, reduce data, present data and then collect data. To retrieve the validity data, a test of creativeness, transferability, dependability and confirmability was carried out. The findings of this study discussed three findings that discussed 1) Strategy for Improving the Performance of Madrasah Head in Al-Washliyah Madrasah 22 Tembung. 2) Madrasah Superintendent and Principal Development Policy at Al-Washliyah Madrasah 22 Tembung in Mapenda Area of ​​the Provincial Ministry of Religion Office. 3) Implementation of Strategy Management for Madrasah Principals in Al-Washliyah Madrasah 22 Tembung. The results of this study were concluded as a Strategy for Improving the Performance of Headmaster at Al-Washliyah Madrasah 22 Tembung performed well and certainly there were still deficiencies that were not properly used properly.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the evaluation of the unique class program's context, input, process, and output in improving the quality of education. The research was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muallimin UNIVA Medan. The research uses the CIPP Model, namely Context, Input, Process, and Product. Furthermore, data validity uses the level of trust, switchability, dependability, and confirmability, which refers to Moleong. The results of the research show that the program context, program inputs, program processes are considered good because they are efforts made by Madrasas in improving the quality of education. In addition, based on the program evaluation conducted, the quality of madrasas showed their effectiveness in a reasonably good category. Therefore, research recommends that other madrasahs in Indonesia improve their education quality by implementing a unique class program because it has been proven effective in improving the quality of madrasa education

Abstract

The outbreak of the COVID-19 virus has become a global issue that has hit all aspects of life and government, education is two things related to people's lives and government. Education is the place where humans depend to shape civilization and progress, while the government is fully responsible for the implementation of the orders and mandates of the constitution. The purpose of this study was to determine the management implementation strategy based on the Medan City State Madrasah Aliyah during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative approach to the method of library research (library research). The data in this study used data obtained from books, journals, articles, tabloids, newspapers and government-owned data. Data analysis was carried out using content analysis (analyzing data, facts) from the data used in the study. The results of the study found that the CIPP strategy, input-process-output and outcome in the implementation of madrasa-based management carried out by madrasas during the covid 19 period by internalizing the situation and environment of the madrasa condition as well as assessing the strength of the organization's resources (vision, mission, goals, human resources, students, curriculum, infrastructure, financing).

Abstract

Kurikulum Integratif Pengembangan pada Dasar dan Menengah Pendidikan Menuju Pembelajaran Efektif. Kebijakan pendidikan membuat lakukan dengan penilaian responsif terhadap kebutuhan individu dan masyarakat. Dengan demikian  Kurikulum 2013 Mengembangkan yang sering disebut-sebut sebagai kurikulum integratif. Mengembangkan Kurikulum ini memiliki filosofi, psikologi, paedogogik, dan yayasan sosial - budaya. Pendekatan modern, teori, dan ilmu tentang perkembangan anak, pendidikan oleh orang tua, dan bagaimana mendidik anak-anak, espescially pada usia mereka sebelumnya telah meningkat di era keemasan Islam Peradaban oleh para ahli dan ilmuwan Muslim. Views Kurikulum integratif dalam suatu mata pelajaran inti pelajaran harus benar-benar terintegrasi secara. Subjek kurikulum ini akan berguna secara fungsional dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa baik dalam proses dan produk. Subjek selalu aktual dan up to date sesuai dengan pertumbuhan dan tuntutan masyarakat holistik siswa, sehingga materi pelajaran selalu relevan dengan minat siswa, hadiah, dan potensi. Untuk mengimplementasikan kurikulum integratif, guru harus memiliki kemampuan untuk melaksanakan bervariasi dari strategi belajar mengajar. Akhirnya, evaluasi kurikulum sebagai salah satu komponen dalam pengambilan keputusan yang sangat berguna untuk mengembangkan program pendidikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the strategy for developing a management system for strengthening the accreditation of study programs at Islamic religious universities through the use of literature study techniques such as observation, comparison of research journals, book collection, and other reading sources. Data analysis entails several steps, including data reduction, visualization, and conclusion drawing. According to the findings and analysis of the strategy for developing a management system for enhancing the accreditation of study programs for institutions, the strategy will focus on enhancing the accreditation of study programs at Islamic religious universities. According to his findings, the strategy for developing a management system for strengthening institutional study programs based on the strengthening of study programs at Islamic religious universities can have an effect on increasing the accreditation of service study programs, performance, governance, budgets, and the reputation of institutions and study programs. As demonstrated by the data in this study, implementing a management system development strategy centered on enhancing the accreditation of study programs at Islamic religious universities can result in a number of benefits, including the following: a) strengthening organizational governance; b) developing a strong knowledge base; c) cultivating a proactive culture of continuous improvement; d) adhering to applicable laws and regulations; and e) ensuring that, as a result, thinking centered on strengthening the accreditation of study programs has developed into a way of thinking that is embedded in stakeholders and decision makers throughout the organization.

Abstract

This research aims to describe how Adiwiyata program management at MIN 7 Medan City. The problem focus in this research is the Adiwiyata Program Management Function at MIN 7 Medan City. This research used qualitative research methods and documentation studies. The findings of this study are: (1) Planning for the Adiwiyata program at MIN 7 Medan City is carried out by involving all Madrasah residents. Establishing the vision and mission of the Madrasah, assessing the environment around the Madrasah and formulating a strategy for implementing the Adiwiyata program; (2) The organization of the Adiwiyata program at MIN 7 Medan City is as follows: The head of the Madrasah acts as a coach and so onwards the structure of the Adiwiyata team consisting of the Deputy Head of Madrasah, all teachers and staff and students. After compiling the team, the main tasks and functions of each are determined according to the field. There are also collaborations with various parties related to the Adiwiyata program; (3) The implementation of the Adiwiyata program at MIN 7 Medan City has been carried out by involving all Madrasah residents, implementing environmental-based adiwiyata madrasa policies. Madrasas also organize several activities to create a clean and healthy environment, implementation of the Adiwiyata Madrasah environment-based curriculum, implementation of participatory-based environmental activities as well as implementation of environmentally friendly facilities management; (4) Supervision of the Adiwiyata program at MIN 7 Medan City is carried out every day by all Madrasah residents, evaluated in monthly meetings. The Adiwiyata implementation is reported by the Adiwiyata Team to the Head of Madrasah; and (5) Supporting Factors for the Adiwiyata Program at MIN 7 Medan City are the guidance of the Environmental Service, Leadership of the Head of Madrasah, Team solidity, students are easy to direct and support from Madrasah partners, while the Inhibiting Factors for the Adiwiyata Program at MIN 7 Medan City are limited funds, down enthusiasm, takes a lot of time and energy
