Abstract

This analysis illustrates how changes in warehouse structure affect the smooth operation of a company or factory. At PT. Tjakrindo Mas, there is an irregular arrangement of finished product storage. causing a pile of goods that are not in accordance with the type so that during the retrieval process using a forklift there are difficulties due to the area that is not large so that it must be assisted with a hand pallet to carry the product to a wider area so that it can be reached by a forklift. That way it will waste a lot of time just because of the difficulty of wanting to transport goods. The method to be applied in the storage arrangement is the shared storage method, organised by placing finished products based on the FIFO (First In First Out) principle. This will minimise transport time as well as ensure efficient use of space.

Abstract

Ahead of the 2024 elections, political parties have begun to prepare themselves in choosing their candidates. In fact, some political parties have decided to carry their general chairman to become President or vice president. The political parties are Democrats with their chairman Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, Golkar with Airlangga Hartarto, and Gerindra with Prabowo Subianto. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the utilization of digital space by political party leaders in building electability for the 2024 Indonesian elections. The novelty of this research lies in its exploration of how digital platforms, specifically Twitter, shape the strategies of political leaders in Indonesia's contemporary electoral landscape, providing fresh insights into the evolving nature of political campaigning in the digital age. This study used a qualitative method and literature study data collection techniques. This study uses NVIVO 12 analysis software to analyze data. The findings in this study show that the three political party leaders used Twitter facilities to build their political electability for the 2024 elections as part of their efforts to become potential candidates. The intensity of use does not necessarily influence the utilization of digital space for political candidates to build political electability but also involves other factors, namely in the form of loyalist capital and the popularity of previous political experience. This is a reinforcement for political candidates to expand the electability of voters by targeting digital users. Therefore, this research will contribute to the further development of the theory of political electability, specifically in the context of the influence of social media usage, particularly Twitter, on increasing the electability of political party leaders. It aims to support and strengthen previous studies on similar issues related to enhancing the electability of political leaders ahead of the 2024 elections.

Abstract

The Implementation of Content Differentiated Learning Based on Students' Readiness in the Topic of Presenting Data in the Form of a Scatter Plot in Class XI-7 of SMA Negeri 1 Jayapura. This research is a descriptive qualitative study aimed at describing the implementation of content differentiated learning based on students’ readiness in the topic of presenting data in the form of a scatter plot. The subjects of this study were 37 students from Class XI-7 of SMA Negeri 1 Jayapura, selected through purposive sampling technique.. The research instruments used included a teaching module, diagnostic assessment, individual test, and teacher observation sheet. The results of the diagnostic assessment were used to categorize students into three levels of readiness: low, medium, and high. Students were grouped into seven groups: three low-readiness groups, three medium-readiness groups, and one high-readiness group. The differentiated learning was implemented effectively, as indicated by the teacher’s observation score of 86.875% and the peer observer’s score of 88.125%, both of which fall under the “very good” category. The results of the individual test showed that 27 out of 37 students (72,97%) met the KKM, while 12 students (27,03%) did not. Among the medium- readiness group, 5 students did not meet the criteria, and among the low-readiness group, 5 students were not yet successful. These findings indicate that content-differentiated learning positively impacts students' learning outcomes, although further support is needed for those in the low-readiness group.
