Abstract

Plat nomor merupakan salah satu hal terpenting bagi kehidupan manusia. Kendaraan merupakan alat transportasi untuk bepergian kemanapun dan kapanpun yang kita inginkan. Kendaraan juga menjadi sasaran penjahat untuk melakukan pencurian dan perampokan terhadap kendaraan tersebut, maupun disalah gunakan kendaraan untuk berbuat kejahatan khususnya pada komplek perumahan dan gang. Salah satu pemanfaatan teknologi untuk mengurangi hal tersebut, dengan sistem identifikasi plat nomor kendaraan menggunakan pengolahan citra digital. Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to implement administrative applications that can help Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) actors in the Taman Harapan Baru Association (THB) Bekasi City. MSMEs are an important part of the Indonesian economy and have a significant contribution to the country's GDP. In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, application technology trends that focus on data exchange and automation have great potential in the development of MSMEs. However, there are still many MSMEs in Indonesia who do not have a structured administration system and well-organized filing. Therefore, this service activity uses a descriptive analytical method to find out what kind of information system is expected by MSME actors and can help them manage their business administration. Based on this method, it was found that SMEs expect an information system that is automated, simple, and easy to understand to assist them in managing their business administration. In this service activity, administrative applications will be implemented that are tailored to the needs and expectations of MSME actors in the THB Association. Through collaboration with MSME actors, it is hoped that this application can help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their business administration, as well as assist them in achieving business growth and sustainability.

Abstract

In today's technological era, the internet has played an important role in all aspects of human life. This is also what drives various mobile applications to develop very rapidly. Kredivo is an instant credit solution that provides convenience to buy now pay later in a 1-month tenor or 3-month installment tenor with 0% interest. In addition, Kredivo is not only used for shopping purposes, but borrowers can also make withdrawals in the form of cash. However, not all users are satisfied with the service of the application. and the many comments submitted through the Kredivo application review feature on the Google Play Store. Therefore, in this study, researchers tried to conduct a sentiment analysis of Kredivo application users using the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. The purpose of this study was to determine the accuracy value produced by the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. From testing 1880 data using the cross-validation model, it was found that reviews containing positive sentiment were 62.55% and containing negative sentiment were 37.45%. Evaluation of the classification results using the Confusion Matrix test obtained an accuracy value of 79.36%, with a recall value of 83.08%, precision of 72.15%, and recall (Specificity) of 73.15%, so it can be concluded that the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm can classify sentiments well using review data on Kredivo application users

Abstract

The rapid growth of the culinary business has made business competition in this field increasingly tight, so a strategy is needed to increase food and beverage sales patterns. Bonjur Cafe Resto serves many food and beverage menus, but business actors need to try to produce product innovations in order to provide satisfactory service to customers. In this condition, a data processing technique is needed to determine customer segmentation and menu recommendations at Bonjur Cafe Resto. The analysis method used is RFM Analysis by analyzing customer behavior, analyzing purchase transaction data consisting of Recency Frequency Monetary (RFM) attributes and data mining techniques with the Apriori algorithm, where this algorithm is used to determine the most frequently appearing data set (frequent itemset). The results of this study are grouped into five categories of customers based on their purchasing behavior and association rules are formed with predetermined parameters, support 28% and confidence 70%. This can later be a recommendation for a menu combination from the data that has been collected and applied using the apriori algorithm so that it is expected to be used for service evaluation and be able to increase customer satisfaction so that Bonjur Cafe Resto can develop better

Abstract

Sign language is the primary means of communication for deaf individuals, one of the alternative languages used by people with disabilities, and it has evolved from the deaf community. Sign language has many variations, making it something unfamiliar and difficult to interpret for some hearing or uninitiated people. This research aims to develop a real-time sign language motion and facial expression detection system using the Random Forest method. The main challenge in this detection is the complexity and variation of the movements and facial expressions. In this study, MediaPipe is used to extract features from video input, which are then analyzed using the Random Forest algorithm for classification. In this research, the model's evaluation results use a confusion matrix with testing scenarios based on the division of training and testing data. From the model evaluation results, an accuracy of 99% was achieved. This research is expected to help deaf individuals communicate with hearing people, thereby reducing social gaps.

Abstract

PT Integrasi Data Nusantara (ID-Networkers) is a company that provides training and certification in the field of information technology. In its implementation, the company faces issues related to the management of laptops borrowed by training participants, where there is no organized system to record the borrowing status, resulting in the risk of device loss and reduced training efficiency. To address this, a web application has been developed for monitoring, tracking, and inventorying laptop loans. This application is designed to assist warehouse administrators in recording and tracking device status in real-time, as well as ensuring the timely return of laptops. The methods used in the development of this application include literature review, system requirement analysis, and system testing by distributing questionnaires to application users. The testing results show that this application can enhance the efficiency of device management, minimize the risk of laptop loss, and support the smooth running of training programs. With this application, it is expected that PT Integrasi Data Nusantara can better manage its devices, improve training efficiency, and ensure optimal device availability for training participants.
