Abstract

Absensi merupakan suatu hal yang penting dalam sebuah instansi pemerintah ataupun swasta. Dengan sistem absensi yang baik maka diharapkan dapat membantu dalam mengendalikan proses penyelesaian pekerjaan sehingga didapatkan hasil yang maksimal dan sesuai dengan tujuan yang ditetapkan. Prosedur pengujian absensi berbasis web yang diterapkan saat ini di PT Wilmar, dapat dikatakan masih kurang baik, dimana semua masih dilakukan secara manual. Proses pengujian sebelumnya pada aplikasi absensi berbasis ini memiliki banyak kekurangan, seperti mengisi absensi yang tidak valid ketika data yang masuk salah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujian otomatis menggunakan tools plug-in Selenium Ide, yang dilakukan pada pengujian fungsionalitas. Keuntungan dari pengujian menggunakan perangkat lunak ini adalah dapat mempermudah proses pengujian dengan tidak membutuhkan banyak sumber daya manusia. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa website yang dibangun berjalan dengan lancar dan memiliki waktu pengerjaan yang baik. Kata kunci: Absensi Karyawan, Pengujian Otomatis, Selenium Ide, Aplikasi Web

Abstract

Abstrak Sebelum Kantor Forklift Rental Indonesia menerapkan kepemilikan SSID di setiap perusahaan, perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai Analisis Quality of Services (QoS) pada Jaringan Wireless Multi SSID Berbasis VLAN untuk mengetahui tahapan pengukuran serta nilai rata-rata dari setiap parameter QoS. QoS adalah parameter penilaian dari trafik jaringan yang terdiri dari throughput, packet loss, delay & jitter. Jaringan wireless multi SSID memungkinkan perangkat fisik hanya memiliki satu interface wireless yang memancarkan lebih dari satu SSID. Metode penelitian menggunakan action research yang terdiri dari learning berupa studi literatur dan persiapan, diagnosing berupa capture traffic pada tiap perusahaan menggunakan software wireshark, action tacking berupa pengolahan data, serta evaluating menentukan kriteria parameter QoS. Setiap perusahaan mendapatkan kategori parameter QoS dengan hasil sangat bagus. Walaupun untuk jitter kategori yang dihasilkan adalah bagus, akan tetapi hasil tersebut hampir mendekati 0 ms. Sehingga konfigurasi multi SSID berbasis VLAN dapat diterapkan. Kata kunci: Quality of Services, Wireless Multi SSID, VLAN.

Abstract

Business in the field of car rental in Indonesia has very promising prospects, because car transportation is the type of transportation most favored by Indonesian people and the trend of car use continues to increase from year to year. Adapaun Surya Rent Car is a company engaged in the field of car rental which in practice its business operational management activities still use the old method or manually. As in managing car data, rental transactions and making rental reports, company admins still use pen and paper, this often results in damage or loss of managed data. The method used in this study as a guide in designing a car rental information system using the Rapid Application Development method. By making this research, it is hoped that it can minimize errors that often occur, speed up work time and provide convenience to company owners in managing company operational data at Surya Rent Cars. Abstract

The purpose of an Academic Information System evaluation is to find out the quality of the Academic Information System being evaluated. The output value of this evaluation is a subjective assessment including Very Good, Good, Moderate, Bad, Very Bad. The Pelita Bangsa University eCampus Academic Information System has been used for several years, but the system has never been evaluated whether it can still meet user needs. In the future, this will make it difficult to develop systems to support campus operations in the medium and long term. For this reason, researchers are trying to conduct research to determine system performance with the PIECES method. Analysis was carried out to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the system that has been used by Pelita Bangsa University, with the PIECES Framework analysis method, which consists of analysis points, namely: Performance, Informations and data, Economics, Control and security, Efficiency, and Service where the points This becomes a reference for evaluation and analysis of an information system. The results of this study are expected to be able to find out some of the advantages or strengths of the system that can support the development and progress of education at Pelita Bangsa University. The results of this study are also expected to show the shortcomings and weaknesses of the system, so that the existing system needs improvement or refinement towards a better direction. Besides that, it can also be shown the results of research on the level of student satisfaction with academic administration services. Keywords: System Evaluation, e-Campus, PIECES Method

Abstract

Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK) SMK Al-Amin bekerja dalam melayani informasi terkait dunia industri untuk para siswa dan alumninya. Selama ini BKK SMK Al-Amin tidak menggunakan sistem terpadu sebagai alat bantu dalam penyampaian informasi terkait lowongan pekerjaan. BKK SMK Al-Amin masih mengandalkan sistem manual berupa selembaran poster yang ditempel di mading sekolah. BKK SMK Al-Amin sudah berusaha menggunakan teknologi pesan singkat melalui handphone akan tetapi pendataan nomor handphone alumni masih sulit dilakukan. Maka dari itu tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem bursa kerja khusus berbasis web agar dapat membantu kinerja BKK SMK Al-Amin dalam melakukan fungsi pelayan terkait dunia kerja kepada para siswa dan alumni. Selain itu sistem ini juga dapat mengintegrasikan antara siswa, pihak BKK, dan Perusahaan.
