<![CDATA[Abstrak. Penyerapan tenaga kerja merupakan maslah penting dalam pembangunan daerah. Penyerapan tenaga kerja pada dasarnya dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi, tingkat inflasi dan tingkat upah. Kondisi pertumbuhan jumlah pnduduk usia kerja pada Kabupaten Pidie tahun 2011-2022 mengalami perbandingan yang fluktuatif. Pada tahun 2011 penduduk yang bekerja di Kabupaten Pidie mengalami pertumbuhan sebesar 1.73% dan ditahun 2014 turun menjadi 1,42%. Kemudian di tahun 2015 laju pertumbuhan penduudk yang bekerja naik lagi sebesar 2,02%, penurunan jumlah pertumbuhan penduudk yang bekerja diduga karena faktor migrasi (perpindahan penduduk). Kondisi meningkatnya jumlah pertumbuhan penduudk angkatan kerja dari 170.251 jiwa ditahun 2011 menjadi 215.316 jiwa di tahun 2020 artinya perlu peningktan kesempatan kerja. karena apabila antara pertumbuhan angkatan kerja dan pencipta lapangan kerja tidak sebanding dengan jumlah permintaan tenaga kerja yang mampu menyerapnya akan menjadi dalam dunia ketenagakerjaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh inflasi dan upah minimum terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor pertanian di Kabupaten Pidie tahun 2011-2020. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian bersifat asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa, (1) Inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor pertnian, dan (2) Upah minimum berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor pertanian di Kabupaten Pidie.The Effect of Inflation and Minimum Wage On Labour Absorption in the Agricultural Sector in Pidie DistrictAbstract. Employment is an important issue in regional development. Labor absorption is basically influenced by the rate of economic growth, inflation rate, and wage level. The growth condition of the working age population in Pidie Regency in 2011-2020 experienced a fluctuating comparison. In 2011 the working population in Pidie Regency grew by 1.73% and in 2014 it fell to 1.42%. Then in 2015 the growth rate of the working population rose again by 2.02%. The decline in the number of working population growth was thought to be due to migration (population movement). The condition of increasing the population of the labor force from 170,251 people in 2011 to 215.316 in 2020 means that there is a need to increase job opportunities. Because if the growth of the labor force and job creation is not proportional to the demand for labor that is able to absorb it, it will become a problem in the world of employment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Inflation and Minimum Wage on Labor Absorption in the Agricultural Sector in Pidie Regency in 2011-2020. The analytical method used is a causal associative research method with a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the study, it was found that, (1) Inflation had a negative and insignificant effect on employment in the agricultural sector, and (2) Minimum wages had a significant negative effect on employment in the agricultural sector in Pidie Regency. ]]>
