Abstract

Kelor merupakan tanaman yang memiliki banyak manfaat sebagai bahan makanan dan obat – obatan. Kelor berkhasiat sebagai stimulan jantung dan perdaran darah, antitumor, antihipertensi, antihiperlipidemia, antioksidan, anti diabetik antibakteri, dan ant jamur. Komponen proksimat meliputi kadar air, kadar abu, karbohidrat, protein dan lemak. Serat pangan meliputi bagian bahan makanan yang tidak dapat di hidrolisis oleh enzim-enzim pencernaan. Komponen proksimat dan serat pangan merupakan dasar dari pengembangan suatu pangan fungsional. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi dan menentukan kadar komponen proksimat dan serat pangan yang terdapat pada tepung daun kelor yang berasal dari kabupaten kupang-NTT. Metode pembuatan tepung daun kelor dengan cara daun kelor di blansing kemudian dikeringkan dibawah sinar matahari lalu di blander dan di ayak. Analisis kandungan proksimat di lakukan di Laboratorium SIG, Bogor. Hasil analisis kandungan proksimat diperoleh hasil kadar air 6,96%, kadar abu 10,59%, kadar lemak 7,28%, kadar protein 27,27%, kadar karbohidrat 47,96%. Hasil analisis kandungan serat pangan diperoleh hasil 35,34%.

Abstract

The description of the nutritional status of children under five represents the degree of public health. Indonesia is experiencing multiple nutritional problems, namely the problem of undernutrition has not been completely resolved, the problem of overnutrition (obesity) appears. Nutritional status is influenced by unbalanced energy intake and infectious diseases. This is due to the level of education, knowledge, parenting patterns that are inappropriate and bad environmental sanitation. The biggest problem faced by the community is the low level of knowledge and skills of mothers about nutrition. This study aims to determine the relationship between mother's level of knowledge about nutrition and the nutritional status of children under five in Lembah Sari Village, West Lombok. This type of research is an observational study with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were mothers who have toddlers (aged 6-60 months) and their babies, totaling 55 people. Sampling technique with cluster random sampling. The results obtained based on the chi square test showed that there was a significant relationship between the mother's level of knowledge about nutrition and the nutritional status of children under five in Lembah Sari Village, West Lombok Regency with a p-value of 0.015. The results of the analysis of the relationship between the level of knowledge related to nutrition and the nutritional status of children under five, that was found that 7 respondents with less knowledge had poor nutritional status (46.67%). Two respondents with good knowledge had poor nutritional status (5%), while 8 respondents with poor knowledge had good nutritional status (53.33%) and 38 respondents with good knowledge had good nutritional status (95%). Conclusion: there is a relationship between the mother's level of knowledge about nutrition and the nutritional status of children under five in Lembah Sari Village, West Lombok Regency. Suggestion: it is necessary to add other variables that can affect the level of knowledge of mothers and caregivers regarding the nutritional status of children under five years.

Abstract

Abstrak HUBUNGAN STATUS GIZI DENGAN PERKEMBANGAN ANAK USIA 1-5 TAHUN DI KELURAHAN CAKRANEGARA SELATAN Aloysius Adhi Pratama Latar belakang: Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak merupakan suatu periode yang menentukan kualitas anak di masa depan. Kualitas gizi yang baik merupakan faktor kunci dalam memastikan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang optimal pada masa anak-anak. Status gizi yang memadai memberikan dasar yang kuat bagi perkembangan fisik, kognitif, dan emosional anak. Sebaliknya, kekurangan gizi atau malnutrisi dapat memiliki dampak negatif yang serius terhadap perkembangan anak. Metodologi: Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian analitik dengan tipe korelasional dengan desain cross sectional yang merupakan penelitian berorientasi pada waktu serta observasi pada kedua variabel. Sampel sebanyak 90 orang diperoleh dengan teknik simple random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji analisa chi-aquare. Hasil Penelitian: Responden yang memiliki status gizi kurang sebanyak 13 anak (14,4%), status gizi normal sebanyak 74 anak (82,2%), status gizi lebih sebanyak 3 anak (3,3%) dan yang memiliki perkembangan penyimpangan sebanyak 5 anak (5,6%), perkembangan meragukan sebanyak 17 anak (18,9), perkembangan sesuai sebanyak 68 anak (75,6%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan p value < 0,05 sebesar 0,000 sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara status gizi (BB/U) dengan perkembangan anak usia 1-5 tahun di Kelurahan Cakranegara. Kesimpulan: Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa status gizi memiliki hubungan dengan perkembangan anak. Aloysius Adhi Pratama Background: Growth and development in children represent a critical period that determines their future quality of life. Adequate nutritional quality is a key factor in ensuring optimal growth and development during childhood. Proper nutritional status provides a strong foundation for the physical, cognitive, and emotional development of children. Conversely, nutritional deficiencies or malnutrition can have serious negative impacts on child development. Methods: This research design employs an analytical research design with a correlational type and a cross-sectional design, which focuses on time-oriented and observational study of two variables. The sample consists of 90 individuals obtained using a simple random sampling technique. The study utilizes the chi-square analysis test. Results: Respondents who had malnutrition status were 13 children (14.4%), those with normal nutritional status were 74 children (82.2%), those with overnutrition were 3 children (3.3%), those with developmental deviations were 5 children (5.6%), those with questionable development were 17 children (18.9%), and those with appropriate development were 68 children (75.6%). The research results showed a p-value < 0.05 of 0.000, indicating a significant relationship between nutritional status (weight/age) and the development of children aged 1-5 years in Cakranegara Village. Conclusion: From the research results, it can be concluded that nutritional status is associated with child development. Keywords : Toddlers; Nutritional Status; Child Development.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The relationship between family support and exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 0-6 months in the working area of the Karang Taliwang Health Center Ria Risti Dewi Background : Breast milk is the first food for newborns, variousscientific points of view can be proven that breast milk is the best and most ideal baby food. Although there are many known benefits of exclusive breastfeeding, there are still many mothers who do not breastfeed exclusively, many factors that influence breastfeeding are not Exclusively, one of which is support from the family, which is to provide information, advice and attention that makes mothers feel comfortable and calm in the process of breastfeeding. Objective : The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 0-6 months in the working area of the Karang Taliwang Mataram Health Center. Method : The method in this study is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was 63 respondents, the sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. Data analysis using chi square test. Results : The results of this study showed no meaningful relationship of emotional support (p = 0.632), no relationship of instrumental support (p = 0.727), there was an association of assessment support (p = 0.008), there was an association Information support (p = 0.030) with exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 0-6 months in the working area of the Karang Taliwang Mataram Health Center. Conclusion : The conclusion in this study is that there is no significant relationship between emotional support and instrumental support and exclusive breastfeeding, while in assessment support And information there is a significant relationship with exclusive breastfeeding in infants aged 0-6 bulam.
